We had a plumbing issue in our office bathroom, Olin plumbing was fast and did an excellent job! Highly reccomend to any home owner or business for any plumbing related work!

The plumber arrived at my house within one hour of my call. The plumber, Edward, was professional and observed Covid19 protocols. He allowed me to explain the issues I was experiencing with my sewer line and then he viewed all of my drains and decided to clean the mainline. He kept me apprised of each step and finding and when he completed the service, he recommended a product I could use monthly to keep my sewer lines clean. The only negative I have was cost. Edward was upfront with the cost before he started the work and I understand that he does not control fees. It was expensive but probably close to market rate these days. I haven't had to call a plumber in several years so I do not have a current basis for comparison.

I have used Cass Plumbing several times now and have been very happy with their service & technicians. There was a little miscommunication with this repair but all was worked out and the repair was completed promptly. Victor was delightful & knew just how to make the repair without cutting into the wall knowing we were selling our home. I would definitely recommend Cass!

We called Sunday noon for emergency backup on toilets, shower and tub. We reached Jamie on the phone. She was very informative about weekend rates and that it would be late afternoon. Andrew came to fix the stopped up pipes, checking house to street first, then using several ‘snake heads’ to find blockage from toilet (He removed toilet first). He stayed late, until clog released. Whew! So grateful. Andrew was very skilled, smart, and courteous. This is our (new to the area) go-to plumbing company. Thank you.

I called to have them repair my shower and the guy was extremely rude, wanted to charge me a commercial fee even though I own the home. And when I said it is residential he swore at me. Horrible!!
