I am from NY and have had alot of trouble finding good contractors and service companies. I have used Mcnatts several times and they are great. Professional, honest and reasonably priced. They really take pride in the work they do. I am doing a major bathroom remodeling soon and I will definitely be using them.

Very professional employees you have that like to try to run people off the road and give the finger.

Their website mentions free estimates and to call for one. I call and the receptionist answers the phone and I say I'd like to schedule a free estimate.. her response a free what?! I say estimate. She's like umm ok hold on. I get transferred to another lady and I tell her I'd like to schedule a free estimate and she said we don't give free estimates.. to which I replied, your website advertises it-- right? and she is silent.. so I'm like ok.. great- I have total confidence here... Can't rate their actual plumbers because they weren't used but the quality of the receptionists can make or break a company as they are a customers FIRST interaction.

Old fashioned service you don't see any more.

Shook hands with the owner said I had a job and to show up next Wednesday. I showed owner sent his grunt out and said job wasn't ready. I turned down two offers and never heard from them again.

I want to personally thank Mr. Richard Guzman for his assistance this evening. I am heading on a long trip tomorrow and was unable to use my shower to clean and get ready, my washing machine to clean my clothes, or run water in my sink to cook or do dishes! After Mr. Guzman was finished I am back on track and able to prepare for my trip! He is a life saver! He was Courteous, Knowledgeable, & Efficient. And because of his services, I am now able to focus on the business at hand. Once again I would like to Thank Mr. Guzman for the awesome service that he has provided. As you can see from the before & after pictures below, I can now take a shower and get ready!

I had a technician come out and I followed up for the quote a week later because the technician never contacted me with the quote to repair my unit. After being told that I received the quote from the technician at the time of the visit (Thursday), when I did not, I was told pricing over the phone after being called back because there was no price in the system. I requested the quote be sent to my email for which I was told I could not get an “itemized” quote, reflecting price for parts and labor separately, until Monday because that information was not on file. I called back today (Friday) requesting the quote that should have been sent Monday which she still did not have because she never reached out to the technician for this information. I’m just highly disappointed in this company after being highly recommended by my sweet neighbor. I pray others will have a better experience.

Terrible experience! In draining old hot water heater, they left rust stains all over my driveway, my neighbor's driveway and the street. Cleanup was a joke.

So impressed with quality of service and professionalism of technicians. Richard was our technician and he blew me away when he actually called the day after service to check on our issue and make recommendations. We had a pipe rupture with gushing water that turned out to be from our fire sprinkler system which he diagnosed. He got down in the dirt pulled up our pavers and dug with a shovel to locate the leak. When we were advised that leaks of this nature must be repaired by certified fire system specialist -- not plumbers -- I began to panic. Richard got on the phone right away to help us find a company that could come that day and made sure they understood the issue and there was a smooth hand-off. He was also able to restore the water service to our home so we could tolerate the wait for the other company to make the repair.

Not only are these guys on time and professional, they do the job right the first time!

Great company, very nice employees!

Very unpleasant experience. Horrible technicians!! The receptionist was curt & unhelpful when I called to schedule the appointment. She gave me a four-hour window for the visit (11-3pm) and the technician (Kyle) arrived 4.15pm. One and a half hours after the window! Dirty worker! Dirty shoes, dirty hands! He left marks all over my doorframe, the sink & vanity unit. I called the next day to request a return visit by another technician to replace the faucet & plug as I didn't like them and advised about the mess left by Kyle. Her response.. Well, he is a plumber As if dirty work was an acceptable standard.
I called to request an invoice as Kyle asked for cash or check on-site. The invoice I received shows someone had forged my initials on the invoice! I did NOT sign or initial any invoice!
The next day I discovered there was a significant leak under the sink. Twice I called, at 10am and again at 1pm & asked to speak to a Manager. Both times the same receptionist advised Manager was not in and not available. Requested a technician to come and address the leak.. Was rudely advised someone' would be there sometime today!
After waiting since 10am, at 5pm Alfonzo called to say he was still at another job and didn't know if he'd even make it! I said he needs to come to fix the leak.
Finally showed up at 5.25pm. I asked him to change out the plug and faucet and he said NO!.. He was just there to fix the leak. Alfonzo then became confrontational towards me ( a woman!)... Stating I asked you on the phone, I didn't need to come out for this as it wasn't an active leak. You could've waited!!
ALFONZO'S CONDUCT WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE.. HE WAS AGREESIVE AND RUDE!!!

This whole experience with McNatts employees was HORRIBLE!!

Very rude and while I was talking to the plumbing manager I over heard the owner of the company phone call with his employee being very rude and threatening the employee with his job on the phone. He was very unprofessional with me via email while in his building. I feel like I doged a bullet !!!

Definitely, a top notch plumbing company with the gas division. I would recommend to any residential or commercial customer. I never wrote a review on a company before, these guys are the best

We were experiencing an issue with our water heater and had 2 plumbers come and go without resolution. Richard Guzman came out not only with a great attitude but with the answer to all of our problems! He was truly an expert. Richard even followed up a few days later to make sure it was still functing properly. This was our second job we hired McNatts for and we were lucky enough to have both Richards help us and both did an awesome job. McNatts is now our go to plumbing company!

Top notch plumbing company that covers all phases of plumbing. The mechanics there are extremely knowledgeable, professional and respectful. Time and actions have shown that regardless if they lose money they will go to extreme measures to make sure the job is done and done right.

My hot water heater bit the dust and had to be completely replaced. Adolfo from McNatt Plumbing came out the same day and did a fantastic job. The whole process from my first phone call to the moment they left my home was a breeze. All the staff is professional and courteous. Aldolfo and his team kept me informed the entire way and answered all my questions. I highly recommend McNatt Plumbing!

dangerous and inconsiderate drivers. speeding, weaving in and out of traffic and cutting people off. this driver almost cause a collision with me if i would not have slammed on my breaks to avoid him from clipping my front end. half of his mirror is completely broken which is extremely hazardous and unsafe for a COMMERCIAL vehicle. half of the tools are not tied down or secured. extremely unprofessional and if I need a plumber I won’t be calling them.

Worst driver ever. Swerving in and out of traffic on I4, nearly causing several accidents. It was so bad I actually felt the need to leave this review.
