We had an emergency on the weekend in a home we just purchased. We called for service on Sunday and Richard W. came to the rescue. He is very knowledgeable and did a thorough assessment of issue and was very informative on the plumbing used in our home and things we can do to make it more functional and secure from leaks.

We have an older home and it can be challenging, but Drew was patient, professional, affordable and even stayed late on a Friday night and finished the job on schedule. He made sure it was perfect. I found these guys on Angi's list. The service was prompt and quick. Unfortunately the price was a different story. I needed three things done, a slow filling toilet, replace a kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. At first the toilet and kitchen faucet was going to be $950.00. I said no thanks. I was told the toilet would be about $180 and I had that done. I asked how much if I buy the parts for the kitchen and I was was $650..Again, I said no thanks. At the end of the day I bought my own part and found someone to replace the parts for $80 on Taskrabbit. Good service, but what they charge is a rip-off. The two stars are for what they tried to charge me. Hope this helps.

Luis arrived early for the appointment and did a professional, efficient job in unclogging my sewer line.

They installed an out door kitchen. Provided great service. They also gave me information needed to get a part the manufacturer left out, but I was able to secure it from the manufacturer without additional cost to me

Cass Plumber came out to my home and did some work on a leaking pipe. Met him at the gate, no smile, no handshake, no name; he said absolutely nothing to me; got the feeling he didn't like me; just stared at me. I will not do business with Cass Plumbing, ever. Bad experience. When I pay a man for his labor, I want a smile and a handshake and a thank-you. Show some appreciation that I am a customer.

From the office manager Tammy to the technician Cody, Cass Plumbing was top notch! We found them through Home Advisor, and we're so glad we did! Tammy got us an immediate appointment. Cody arrived on time and was exceptionally polite and professional, but most importantly, he installed our 2 new bathroom faucets perfectly; this included replacing what turned out to be an old rusted out trap that was on the verge of leaking, which required going back to the shop for the right size trap--all of which was already covered in the cost of the job--at no extra charge. He also completed an unexpected toilet repair for a very minimal fee. Cass also offers a free membership that immediately gave us 20% off on the spot on everything that Cody did and any future jobs forever! Great service, Cass!

I had an Emergency on Saturday while I was installing a New Dishwasher in our newly purchased home.
Last step was to hook up the braided water line to the Hot water side under the sink.
When trying to loosen the old copper straight line, I hardly put pressure on the CPVC from 1998 and the pipe shattered, causing an eruption of Hot Water to flood the kitchen floor.
After shutting the water main and Hot water heater down, I called Cass Plumbing.
within 30 minutes I had a Crew on their way to fix the broken pipe and shut off valve which was in a very difficult position to get to.
After being on site for only 30 minutes, the crew of two had the pipe and valve replaced and everything packed up.
They waited a few to make sure everything was sealed, Tested, and were on their way to the next job.
Cass' Service and Professionalism was Top Notch to say the least.
I will definitely use Cass again in the future and will Highly recommend them to my new neighbors.

This is a family owned business that does exceptional work and is very professional. Viktor was my plumber. The quality of his work was amazing, he was on time and on budget. Highly recommend working with Cass.

It was a Saturday when I placed a call to Cass Plumbing. They sent a plumber 2 hours later and he went to the wrong location. When I told him he was at the wrong place, he insisted he was accurate and then he had the nerve to tell me not to waste his time!
When he finally arrived after I had convinced him he was at the wrong place to begin with, he wanted to charge me $545/- just to snake a drain line that appeared to have a clog somewhere. When I asked him where the clog was, he was very unhelpful and refused to give me an opinion or where he thought it was. He did not even show me where the outdoor clean out was etc and ran the snake through my kitchen sink. For less than 30 minutes, he charged me $375/-!! (Expecting me to be happy he reduced his charges from $545 to $375/-). This is pure daylight robbery. Poor service and very exorbitant even though it was considered emergency service by a plumber with an attitude!! I would think twice before I call this company out again.

Called Cass Plumbing today (Saturday) for someone to come and fix my shower. Tammy answered the phone and was able to have a plumber come out within a couple hours. Richard showed up and was awesome. He was able to fix the problem in about 20 min! The experience from beginning to end was great, I would definitely use them again for any future issues.

Cass Plumbing has gone above and beyond to provide excellent service. While I chose them for the fact they were the most economical, I would definitely use the again because of their service. There were a few challenges in the beginning of the project, but Cass has been incredible in responding quickly to correct the issue. I would definitely recommend them!

I called this company and they showed up at my house quickly and fixed my problem I had with my clogged plumbing. It was on a weekend and you know how important it is to get things done, most business closes. It was done quickly, i also referred this company to my daughter, who is also a home owner. She was satisfied with their works. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing repairs.

Once contacted, they sent out an experienced plumber as soon as they were able. He was very polite and efficient, fixing the problem (a huge hole in a cast iron pipe inside a wall) in a short time. I would recommend Cass Plumbing to anyone in need of a competent plumber

Came out the next day! I had a bathroom faucet that wouldn’t stop leaking. Water bill started to increase and I finally bit the bullet and called. Was afraid of how much it would cost. The tech was professional, on time, called me when he was on his way. Found the leak, ran to the store to buy me a new faucet and installed it. All super fast! Highly recommend. Also the cost was reasonable for everything he did.

Case plumbing NEVER disappoints! They always answer the phone and everyone is always pleasant. I’ve used them twice within a month (two separate properties ) and they do an excellent job. I will always all them for an emergency or repair because they always get the job done the first time around and they get it done correct. Called Cass Plumbing as soon as they opened to say we needed a new water heater as the one we had was leaking. They said they'd be here between 3-5 but if they had the service sooner. Cass called an hour later saying they had someone now...man showed up, drained our old water heater and installed new one within 2 hours.

Had them come to provide an estimate. They were the 4th of 5 I was getting. The first four estimated 3-4 hours of work, all at about $100 per hour. Cass came and provided a first estimate of $3250. In their defense, the person told me not to gag. When i told him I wasn't interested if it was anywhere near $1000, he hemed & hawed with much silence. I asked him to leave for wasting my time. Are they just trying to find an unaware customer willing to pay such bizarre costs? You should check around and never pay more than $100 per hour for a licensed and insured plumber.

We'd shopped around for a plumber in Tampa Bay for a while until we found Cass Plumbing. Not only do they do incredible work but they are very knowledgeable and helpful and their prices are really fair. What a great business and we're happy to have found them in the area.

I found these guys on Best Plumbers. They were really good! I had a problem with my hot water heater heater. The tech responded extremely fast.

The thing I liked the most about this plumbing company is that they gave me options. The plumber showed me exactly what was causing my water heater to constantly go out. He gave me an option for a quick fix, but explained why I would soon have the problem again. I guess there is only so much you can do with a 17 year old water heater.

I ended up having Cass Plumbing of Tampa Bay replace the entire unit with a brand new water heater. They were fast, clean and professional.

Decided in September to accept an interview, when they found me. was told I would 100% hear something back no later than 3 days. I called and emailed on 4th day. Never heard back.. My personal experience you just will not hear back.. In May I went with a company that replied back..

Just over a year ago Cass pluming came out and did some extensive work on my drains installed a clean out and installed a new drain line to replace one that was rusted out. My kitchen sink was plugged up I plunged it and I thought it cleared but the it was draining into my laundry room where the rusted drain they replaced hadn't been capped off they sent someone out and even though there was no warranty the repairman capped off the old line and unclogged my sink at no charge I'm very satisfied

I needed to know whether polybuterol piping was in my house. I paid $190 for them to tell me, we are not sureWe don't think it doesCan't really answer. This was an estimated job and they took my money and couldn't help. Then they gave me an estimate for $2250 for another project and that price was ridiculous.

They did a fine job replacing the valves on my washer hook up, but they don't repair drywall, so now I have to find another contractor to replace the drywall that was removed during the pipe repair.

The first technician came to assess the situation and he was very forthcoming and honest. The technician who performed the work was also excellent, and they were both very pleasant to work with! Panicking and standing in an inch of water in my kitchen due to a pipe break behind my refrigerator I reached out to Cass plumbing. From the initial phone call Brian was personable and very reassuring, he quickly arranged a service call. The technician showed up less than 2 hours later. Victor was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The repair was made quickly and priced reasonably. I will recommend Cass to anyone in need of an excellent plumbing company. There was a blockage, it was no know exactly where. The representative worked to clear the block, gave some future advise to keep the system clear, but when the water was turned off temporarily it caused the hit water in the bathroom to stop flowing., so this is now an issue.

I spoke with who I believe was the owner shortly after I requested a quote and he was so nice and helpful. We scheduled my appointment for the first opening they had and the tech arrived earlier than originally quoted. Lee was our tech - he was very nice and professional. He listened to my concerns and what I wanted fixed. He was able to give me a quote and perform the repair within just a few hours. I am so pleased with my service. I will definitely recommend and use Cass Plumbing.

-Thursday April 9 Cass Plumbing (via Home Advisor) repaired a toilet leak. At which time we expressed an interest of replacing all of the fixtures in both our bathrooms. This included a total of 4 faucets, 1 tub/shower set, 1 standing shower set, 1 roman tub set including replacement of all the plastic water lines with stainless braded lines and new valves. The installer said that he would send us an email with a list of all the necessary hardware. We never received the email.
-Friday April 15 a different installer came out to replace some of the tank hardware to the same toilet we had a problem with earlier. We explained to him that we wanted to replace all of the fixtures and lines. Before he left, he texted my wife all the hardware we would need to order. He also stated that he would appreciate if we requested he do the installation. We agreed.
-Friday April 24 Cass Plumbing estimator completed estimate. We then purchased all the fixtures and hardware.
-Monday April 27 we scheduled an installation date of Fri May 1 and keeping my word, I requested the particular installer do the work.
-Friday May 1 between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. At 10:30 my wife called as no one showed up yet and was told someone would be at residence by noon. The installer showed up at 2:30! He looked at the estimate and stated we were not quoted for line and valve replacement. I advised that I explained to the estimator what we wanted and what we ordered based on your list and that I was not aware of what was included or not on the estimate. In the end he was able to install 2 faucets, the roman tub (not installed properly handles not flush with tile) fixture trim and standing shower fixtures. Because he started 4.5 hours late, at 5:00 he asked if he could finish the next day. He stated that he would return 9:00 next day.
-Saturday May 2, he called me asking if he could come out later in the day, I stated no. He arrived at 10:30. By noon he replaced the 2 faucets in the guest bathroom and was called by his dispatcher that he had to go to another job site. He asked if he could come back the next day, Sunday. I said no, come back Monday. At this point the tub/shower fixtures and the roman tub drain plug need to be installed.
-Monday May 4 7:23 a.m. my wife received a call from Cass Plumbing dispatcher that an installer would be out in the morning. A different installer (Julio) arrived at 10:00 a.m. to correct the roman tub handles and install the drain plug in master bath and install tub/shower fixtures in guest bathroom. He was done in an hour and it was perfect!
-In conclusion, all looks really good but a bit of an up and down rollercoaster ride. It should have been a 1 day operation and it turned into 2.5 days. Started off well, went downhill with multiple miscommunications between the installer, the dispatcher and estimator. The experience was saved by Julio, the final installer who completed the job.

The PCV pipe to the vacuum valve for my inground sprinkler system burst, leaving me without water since I had to turn of the water at the main. Cass had a repair team at my home early the next morning. They were professional, courteous and fast. They made the necessary repairs quickly and the finished valve system looked better than it even had originally. The system is working perfectly now. I wouldn't hesitate to turn to Cass for any plumbing needs I may have in the future.

We called Cass Plumbing for a plumbing issue at our home and I must say that they are an outstanding company. Their customer service is great and the plumber that was sent over was very friendly and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond, and not only repaired the problem but also inspected our other plumbing to ensure that it was up to par. I also felt their price was great for the amount of time and effort they put towards the job. I definitely recommend this company to anyone that has a plumbing issue .

They installed a toilet for me February. I knew the cost of $225 was high but wanted it done. Intially I gave them decent review. Within a month the upstairs toilet had leaked downstairs. When I got my plumber out, the installer from Cass had broken the flange and failed to fix. So what should have been $130 job to replace 1 toilet now is about $500 plus cost to repaint ceiling. I should have known.

A wonderful and hard working plumber came out to assist me as late as midnight. He made sure and got the job done promptly. The quote was definitely affordable and not outrageous like other plumbing companies. I would definitely recommend Cass plumbing.

Paid a discounted $375 to clear the main drain from house to street since I was a previous customer. When that same drain backed up the very next day due to the small hole they had punched through the clog, I was told they do not guarantee their work, and I would be charged again if they tried to improve on their failure. Find a different company, who will do it right.

Cass plumbing has done a fabulous job from start to finish! . From the owner Dave to Tammy in the office and the entire crew that installed my new cpvc. Then i had a small issue shortly after and they (Kevin ) came out no questions asked. Totally professional and building a strong reputation for years to come.

Some other plumbing company (Ray Duncan Plumbing Today) hooked up our new sink after new counter install so when the garbage disposal started leaking I called them and they didn't hesitate but said the disposal was corroded and wanted over $700 for a new one. Told them no and called Cass. The man that came out also didn't hesitate but started tightening the top ring. Said it wasn't installed properly and that the disposal was not corroded. It has stopped leaking. $55.00 dollars to fix as opposed to $750 for new one from Ray Duncan Plumbing Today. Will definitely use Cass Plumbing again. Never use Ray Duncan Plumbing Today, in my opinion they are crooks.

Came to give a quote first and were given excellent ideas for repair or replacement and where to purchase needed items for best price and quality. A simple fix, unclogging the drain cost $175. Steep, but the work was quick, thankfully. They're consistent and nice guys. Dependable with timing.

Great responsiveness following up, they came out on thanksgiving day, attempted to fix the issue with a toilet clogged in my rental property, they were the 3rd plumber I get out to fix the issue without luck, and when the issue occurred again 2 days later, they offered to come out and do what ever is needed to ensure the toilet does not clog again, thank you CASS plumbing for backing your name and your work.

Today Monday, September 13, 2021 certified plumber from Cass plumbing, Victor Kelly, installed a hot water heater and fixed my leaking faucets in the bathroom he arrived approximately at 10:30 AM and completed the job by around 2 PM, this included the time he went to the warehouse to pick up the hot water heater and the parts to fix the faucets in the bathroom. I would highly recommend Cass plumbing, in particular, Victor Kelly!

Excellent service! Richard W. arrived on time and did a fabulous job! I needed a wax ring for my commode and he fixed it in a short amount of time.

They quoted me a price when they came out i let them know i will shop around first to my surprise Mario shows back up to the property and tells me he can do a under the table job he seemed very creepy so i refused what type of company is this its not safe.

Extremely unimpressed with this company. Started out great. We had a leaking water heater on Sunday afternoon. Technician was sent out asap and told us we needed a new water heater. Said he would put in the work order for Monday. Great! My husband and I both called separately on Monday just to confirm everything was set for installation. Asked office manager how much it would be and was told she wasn't a plumber and whoever showed up would give a quote. Technician that came was under the impression he was supposed to be looking at a leaking water heater, not replacing it. Said it would be $500 for labor because he wasn't told it was two flights of stairs (however tech from Sunday walked up those stairs so they should have known... or they could have asked / taken info when we called). $500 was for the 4 to 5 hours it will take. Actually only took 3.5 hours. But somehow I was still charge $500. Seems like the price should have been less if the hours were. Will never use or recommend this company again.

I had two plumbers to check out the same thing for a general inspection. I was charged over 135 dollars for an inspection. The technician never sent me a written report which I request and basically said everything looked fine. the 2nd plumber I had came in caught several things that Cass Plumbing did not. Not minor things but pretty major things like one bathing hot and water being installed incorrectly. The2nd plumber only charged me 29 dollars. Cass plumbing scammed me.

Richard showed up at 8:30 pm on a Sunday when I was in a bind after I attempted to install a fill valve in my toilet tank after watching YouTube videos. The bolt at the bottom of the tank was irremovable to the average layperson. There was debris everywhere inside the tank after I broke my plastic fill valve out of frustration and determination to complete it without assistance. Richard showed up and within 5 minutes of being inside, he had the old fashioned brass bolt off (I loosened it up for him). He was a “gentleman and a scholar” and was affordably priced. I would highly recommend.

I use Cass whenever I have a plumbing need. They have saved the day in an emergency on more than one occasion. I would not call anyone else.

A few weeks ago we called Cass to unclog our kitchen sink. They charged us $329.00. Today the sink is not draining again and surprise they want to charge us $300.00 + again. They did not fix the problem the first time so we paid them to do nothing. The service guy kept calling his Supervisor to negotiate price. Supervisor wouldn't talk to me at all. Price was not the issue; not getting the job done is the issue.

My family had a horrible experience w this company. The plumber Peter Balch was assigned to service my parent's home and became upset when the sink didn't fit. Keep in mind that there was an estimate that was given so they should have checked the dimensions of the sink. He said he wasted his day there and raised his voice as well as told them the house would burn down. Tammy with customer service tried to help and was pleasant.

I had Cass Plumbing come out and replace my kitchen sink with attached faucet and garbage disposal. Frank and Matt did the job. They were professional, prompt, polite and efficient. The job was done very quickly and I am very happy with the new sink. 🙂

We've used them as few times but the last job seemed really overpriced, although they did accommodate our compressed schedule. We needed to replumb a small guest bath. We did all the work to knock out the concrete down to the dirt, so the 2 guys just had to dig out the dirt and repipe. They were done, cleaned up, and out the door in 8 hours. Job well done! We paid $2750. I called to ensure the job was quoted based on us tearing out the concrete and they said their plumbers make $165 an hour.

Called them about a plugged toilet issue on a Saturday. They stated it would be $55 to come out and see what the issue was and give an estimate. If I decided to use them the $55 is waived and there was not additional charge for a Saturday call for service. The tech called me and said he would be there in 2 hours about 15 minutes later he called back and said he was on his way and be there in 30 minutes, I thought wow that is great, but that is all that was good about the service.

When I tech showed up I told him the issue and showed him the bathroom. About 10 minutes later he came out to the kitchen area and said that it would be $270 dollars and I told him not to do the work and why so high priced. He stated they have set prices and a restricted toilet is $270 no matter if it takes 10 minutes or 3 hours. He informed me that I owe the money because he had completed the work already. It appears my father ok'd it to get it fixed so that is not issue with Cass Plumbing.

When I called on Monday to find out about these set prices and why if they have set prices why tell people it is a $55 to respond for estimate. I was told they cannot give prices over the phone, guess they get plumber to door and then collect $55 when they give outrageous price. They then had service manager Drew call me back. He told me their prices are set and that is the price for a toilet to be cleared and it does not matter if 10 minutes or 3 hours, woe I guess that is in their training because that is the exact same words the tech used. He told me it was the luck of the draw, don't know if it is good luck then that it only took 10 minutes versus 3 hours but for a manager to say to customer the price is set and luck of the draw.

Drew told me he would send me a $75 dollar gift card but a week later I did not get it. When I called the lady told me that Drew did not tell them to get me one but she would get one out in the mail. When the card came there was nothing else inside the envelope not even a business card or thank you comment, it was like here take this a go away feeling.

I did see another review saying they got a $75 gift card from Cass Plumbing too, must be standard practice for them. Drew also told me that he needs his people to make $200 per hour and that still only gives him 3% profit, he needs a new financial department if he only makes 3% that means for $20,000 the company only is making $600, how do they stay in business?

What a surprise! You never know when you are calling out a plumber if you will get good service without be ripped off. Jeremy and Daniel came out today to fix a broken outside copper faucet. We needed a 24hr plumbing company because both of our toilets were backed up and unable to flush. This happened at 10:30pm. We immediately called Cass Plumbing and received a call about 45 min later that they were able to send someone out.

Richard W. “The Hammer” was our service guy and he was awesome! I can’t say enough how thankful we were that he was our guy! He talked to my fiancé on his way here trying to help us and troubleshoot. When he arrived he was in high spirits, happy to help, immediately identified the issue, let us know the cost and with our approval, got right to work. Once done, he asked if there was anything else he could do and even thanked us for the business! I could not believe what a pleasure he was to work with! I felt so badly that he had to come out so late (being here until 1am!).

Jobs included remount of toilet, replacement of sink faucet handles due to leaking, replacement of tub drain and fixtures. Team was on-time and professional throughout. Price quoted for work seemed high but probably comparable to other companies. Work was overall very good with following exceptions: Supply line to toilet broke during remount of toilet (was replaced free of charge, but unfortunately was leaking-later fixed after I called the company as part of 30 day warranty on work); lots of tool marks on replaced faucets after they changed the valves out-this might have been unavoidable due to the hard water build-up); Couldn't replace the shower handle without cutting a hole in the wall due to the replacement I bought having a different valve, replaced the valve backward-hot and cold now reversed. Not a huge deal, but still). Overall the service was very professional; minor details as described above were fixed within 2 days. I will use this company again.

The guys were nice but they tried to have me replace my facets instead of just fixing the leaking facets by replacing parts. And it was very expensive. $275 to fix one leaking tub facet.

Saturday morning I call Cass at 10am because my main drain is clogged and sewage is backflowing into my shower. The whole system is clogged. I call Cass, I'm told a plumber will be over by 5pm. 6pm comes around and the plumber still isn't there. I call Cass again, and they explain it's a two hour window (of which I wasn't told). 7pm comes around and the plumber still hasn't arrived. Eventually the plumber shows up around 7:15 - 7:30. He confirms my main drain is clogged and he's going to have to clear it out from the roof vent since my drain is under my front porch. He tells me it's too cold for him to get on the roof, he doesn't have a jacket and a beanie. He asks if he can come out the following morning, tells me he'll be over by 8am with doughnuts for my understanding.

9am Sunday I call the plumber on his cell and ask where he's at. 10:30 the plumber shows up, without doughnuts, not wearing a jacket and the temperature is about 15 degrees cooler than it was the night before. 15 minutes later the clog is cleared and everything's great.

I get slapped with a $450 bill. My friends referred me to Cass because they got the same service done for around $350. Apparently the operator failed to tell me that if a technician comes to your house after 5pm there is an additional fee. I called at 10am, I had the entire day to find another plumber, I was never told about this fee. In the end they gave me 50% off which was nice and maybe a good consolation prize to someone else but I guess I'm just a jerk who likes to use his own bathroom instead of the neighbors for two days. I would have rather paid $500 to any other company if they would have shown up at a reasonable time and fixed the thing on the first go. I'll never deal with this unorganized group again.

My water heater failed. I called Cass. The next day they came out in the morning. By noon they had installed a new unit. I paid by credit card and they were gone. They took the old tank for disposal. A quick and professional job.

After doing hours of research and getting four other estimates I chose Cass to install a whole house water filter and softener. The plumber, Rich, came out to do the estimate and was happy to answer any questions. When I called the office they were very friendly and walked me through how to save a couple hundred more dollars by becoming a team member on their website. I also asked that Rich do the install and the office was happy to accommodate my request. I could have ordered a filter and softener system on line and installed it my self but there was not much difference in price so I went with Cass.

Diagnosed my plumbing problem with knowledge and explained it in terms I understood. I will use them again. I'm planning on getting a new kitchen faucet next month and will definitely call cass to put it in.

They replaced our 30 gal water heater. They were VERY pricey compared to what I was expecting. On the down side I had to reseat a few flooring boards after they left. They did not replace the leak pan which really needs replacing and the price was high. On the up side the staff were excellent and did, what appears to be, quality work. They installed a Bradford White heater which I am not familiar but seems to be top quality according to reviews. Time will tell.

I needed my entire sewer line replaced from my house to the city sewer. Not only did Cass give me an amazing price, but they also took the time necessary to plan an efficient route for the new sewer that would not damage any of my highly valued fruit trees. I have used Cass plumbing a couple times over the years and was pleased with their work then. Tonight I called at 10:30pm for an after hours emergency appointment because we had a blockage and fecal matter was coming up out of every drain in our house and the 24/7 operators told me someone would call me with their ETA and to expect a repairman by 11:30pm. At 11:55pm I still had not heard from them so I called again. I was once again assured I would get a call in 15-30 minutes, but did not get contacted. I called a third time and they told me the same thing. By this time none of the other 24/7 companies had any emergency time slots left for a technician to come out. Had Cass just said they didn’t have anyone from the beginning I would have had a chance at getting it fixed in a timely manner, but now it will be at least another day. We can’t run any water or use any drain in the home because it makes the problem worse and there is no where for the sewage to drain since it’s all backed up. Based on their lack of communication and professionalism as well as stringing me along, I do not intend to use them again in the future.

Excellent, high quality workmanship, prompt, courteous, honest estimation and job-based pricing. My Saturday surprise at 3am was resolved by just after lunchtime. The potential nightmare and damage caused by a leaking water supply within the wall was limited and minor. These are the guys to call to deal with any plumbing nightmare or issue. Jay is a top-notch, highly skilled plumber. My home was cleaned of all debris from this nightmare that was cut short..

Rich and Orlando are two terrific guys. They work well together. I thought they had been working together for years they were so attuned to each other.

They had a difficult job since our original plumbing was under our terrazzo floor so they had to re-pipe the hot water through the ceiling and that was a chore. Where they had to move the pipe from a very low access point in the attic and go around a sky light. then back down to connect all of the water outlets.

TLDR; punctual, friendly, good price, great service, highly recomend, Rich and Jose are great technicians.

I have one bathroom sink backing up into another bathroom sink. I had someone from Cass come in and go on the roof and I guess check and clear the lines. He was really nice and I thought he did a good job. One week later a horrible smell is coming from the sink, the backup is back and I call Cass and they said they only warrantee their work for 24 hours. I was charged $450 for two backups and clearly they didn't diagnose or fox the problem correctly. Unbelievable. Decided to buy a snake and see if I can find any clogs and the sinks up stairs were chock full of gunk, nothing in the sinks with the backup problem.

We had an emergency back up at our community where CASS was supposed to both Jet the line and run a camera. Neither of those services were performed and they charged me $1000. They did not fix the issue and I had to call another plumber out following their visit who was able to fix the issue by jetting the line. I expected a service call as time was spent on the property, however, to charge $1000 and they didn't even do what they were called out for was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, I would not use them again nor recommend them.

Cass Plumbing did a terrific job. The Plummer was professional, knowledgeable, hand amiable.

Richard was super friendly and on time and had the job done faster than expected. He worked on a gushy pipe, got wet and still had a good attitude.

Cass Plumbing installed an under sink water filter system in 7/20. On 2/14/21 I contacted them due leaking. They came out and tightened the fittings. I contacted them again when we noticed that it was leaking again 4/19/21. On 4/21/21, the plumber came out and said he would have to order a fitting (looked like a t-connector to me), a part that i thought any plumber would carry with them. On 5/3/21, I contacted them again asking if they were going to take care of the problem. They got back to me and scheduled a time, which they never showed. Finally, they came out and replaced the part. The good news was I wasn't charged for the service. Then I needed to replace the filters and couldn't find them anywhere. I contacted them today, 6/7/22, and they weren't sure which filter system it was. I took a picture of the filters and sent it to them. I then found paper work which had the name of the water filter system and contacted them directly and was able to order the filters.

As a Realtor, I give a lot of referrals to clients. Having a plumber that I know and trust to take care of clients is a terrific feeling. If water runs through it, we do it! Great tag line. They should add that they do it 24 hours a day, and always give great customer service as well.

DO NOT USE CASS PLUMBING. We hired them to put in a new shower pan for us. $1400 with the discount. The shower was already demo'ed. It took them all day and the job was so sloppy that we had to have the whole thing redone when the tile company started to put the tile in. It was wrinkled and the bottom did not slant to the drain. Even the tile guy said it looked like whoever did this has never done one before. When I complained no one called me back. Do not use them for a job like this. Maybe they can unclog a drain ok, but not for big jobs. Not a shower pan.

The technician disconnected our dishwasher and trash compactor and capped it off as well as fix the tub water regulator. After the technician left, the we noticed a leak where it was capped. I contacted Cass and the technician came back the same day to fix the capping. He was very friendly and professional as well as the customer service agent that I spoke to. It was a bit pricey, but the service was great.

Richard came out to our house and fixed an issue we were having with our bathtub. He was upfront about the possible issues, and the cost for what would be needed for each issue. Luckily, the lowest quote ended up resolving the problem. He also gave us helpful tips for caring for other things, like our water heater and the garbage disposal in our sink, and even gave us rough estimates in the cost of changing up the plumbing for when we remodel our kitchen. He was very polite and professional, and had our tub fixed extremely quickly. I will definitely be using this company in the future!

Initially I was happy with their work on my faucet instillation. However, I took their advice on why my toilet was stopping up. They suggested a new toilet. Mind you they just look at my toilet gave me no other options. I purchased a toilet they installed it for $250. A month later same issue. They come out to put a camera down which they tried to charge me for, but no way was I paying. Turns out it was not my toilet I need the pipe cleaned. Never was I given options only get a new toilet. SO, they now quote me $1,250 to do the work after I already spent $500 for something I did not need. I called to speak with the supervisor and no one ever returned my call! And! When they camera my toilet they crakled the caulking of my new toilet! Will NEVER recommend them EVER!

Cass plumbing was amazing! I had a pipe burst and they promptly arrived on a Sunday to fix it for me. The plumber was very friendly and quickly fixed the pipe.

My technician was absolutely wonderful! He showed up with a smile, he was courteous, professional and knowledgable! I thoroughly enjoyed meeting Richard! I can see why he is the head tech and do hope that his bosses appreciated him! If I need Cass on a personal basis I will definitely ask for Richard again!!
I will also mention Brittany to whom I spoke in the office. She was kind and patient and professional. I had not used Cass personally it had always been through American Water Resources so I didn't understand some things. But she patiently explained to me. I had also been dealing with some other customer service that was horrid so she got the brunt of my ire poor thing! I did apologize to her and she was most gracious.

We hired Cass Plumbing to install a pressure reducer for the water main service to our home. Hillsborough County has been expanding services to new construction and subsequently causing pressure increases at our home and in our community to exceed 100psi. Several homes have already experienced pipes bursting in their homes and in their irrigation systems, leaking faucets, and other high water pressure related issues. Cass offered a very economical in-line PVC water pressure reduction valve solution with no impact to our home. From the time I called to schedule the appointment for a free in-home estimate through the plumbing installation techs completing the work, we were highly satisfied with the solution, the value, and the overall experience. We look forward to recommending Cass to our friends, family, and neighbors.

After 12 years I needed a new Natural Gas heater for my swimming pool here in Valrico Florida the gas heater cost $3,300 I needed to have a 1 inch not 1/2 inch New gas flexible run diagonally across my attic and out so that the new gas heater had more gas more volume cast Plumbing sent Tony to my house Tony and I had a pleasant conversation but I think I told him too much about my background because his estimate was $5,500 I was mortified angry and felt that I should have never bought that gas heater thought it was installed the next day their price $1,899 if you subtract one number from the other that dissed difference as $3,600 which is more than what the heater cost when you divide the two numbers cast Plumbing was about $100 less than exactly three times the price of gas works I don't know how good of a job cast Plumbing does because I wouldn't hire them then and I will never ever call them in the future my only I thought here is that Lee's get three price quote like we've all been taught to do and so many of us don't do that I cannot say that Cass Plumbing is a bad company but I sure can say that the pricing from their sales rep Tony was a stupid ridiculous over inflated price and I think that he made it that way because he thought I had it to pay I repeat I did not use them so I do not know the quality of their work but I do know how much they wanted to charge me so the work has been completed 9 days ago I have thoroughly been enjoying it but I needed the pool heated because I have a disability. Please even though it takes time please get three estimates from three different companies and don't share

Cass Plumbing was awesome. They were able to quickly come out on short notice and replace a broken water heater. Maurice was extremely professional and took the time to explain to me all of my options and educate me on what was needed. I highly recommend them.

I woke up one morning, turned on the shower and there was no hot water. I called Cass Plumbing in Tampa and they were at my home within 2 hours of my call. I was expecting to have to replace my water heater since it is about 8 or 9 years old. Turned out, I had a bad gas control valve and the unit was not getting any gas to the unit. Thank goodness I called an honest plumber in Tampa. I'm sure many plumbers would have told me I needed a brand new water heater. Not Cass Plumbing. They were very honest and straightforward. They only fixed what needed to be fixed, and ended up saving me a lot of money.

The thing I liked most about Cass Plumbing is they explained everything to me, and what caused the gas control valve to go bad. They presented me with all my options, and fixed it for me at a fair price. They also explained future potential issues with my water heater, and gave me recommendations on what to do to make it last longer, and prevent future problems from happening.

I am not ready to buy a water heater yet, but when I do in a couple of years, I will definitely use Cass Plumbing. This is a really good Tampa plumber. I have already told my mother about this great Tampa plumbing company, and she has already scheduled an appointment with them next week to replace the faucets in her kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

Anthony did an excellent job of installing a new water heater in our home. He worked above and beyond and didn’t stop until he was satisfied. Even with an electrical problem, he was able to get an electrician in to fix the problem. I would not hesitate to refer a person to Cass Plumbing as well as Anthony in particular.

I posted an inquiry looking for plumbers to help with some work I needed done for a bathroom remodel. They were the first to respond and by far the most professional and courteous. Then they were on time and did a great job. I would definitely recommend.

Plumber misdiagnosed the problem and charged us for unnecessary work he did. After hours of the plumber replacing the flange (which was not the problem) he was about to leave when he flushed the toilet and we could still hear the leak. He wanted to leave stating that he wasn’t worried about the noise- that it’s normal. My husband asked him to cut a hole in the ceiling to ensure that the problem was fixed. Turns out the pipe was leaking all along and the flange was never the problem. We were charged for a flange that we did not need.

Used them for years, always thought they were pricey. They replaced numerous fixtures (mostly shower cartridges) multiple times.

This review is from replacing a disposal. The disposal was 9 years old when it was replaced. In 18 months, we’re already having problems with the replacement.

They seem like good people, but they’re over priced with significantly below average quality of work.

Pete was very meticulous with the job. The securing of the under mount sink will definitely last forever. The method of screwing metal strapping to the cabinet then securing it under the sink is much Much better than the original Granite company install of just gluing wood blocks on the granite, which started to fail in just 5 years. Pete made sure there was no leaking of the reinstalled plumbing, which there initially was, but not when he left. Thanks Pete and Cass Plumbing. DK in Lutz

Out using the gas trimmer, and I ended up lacerating the PVC pipe to the irrigation system, and water gushed out. Had to shut off the water main. It was almost 4 pm. Panic mode. Needed to have water in the house, so I called around via Google map. A few places answered the phone but didn't have anyone available. Called Cass, and they said they had their on-call guy working on a job in my area of Tampa. An hour after the call, the tech showed up and got to work. Cut the old PVC out and replaced with a fancy expanding pipe. All done in about 20 min, glue and everything. No messing around, knew exactly what to do to fix the problem. If I had tried a DIY, we would have been without water until tomorrow. Cass saved the day; all done before the wife got home from work.

Total lack of integrity, guoted $220.00 to replace two toilet shutoff valves and lines, then charged double the amount, they play the shell game 20% off the top, after doubling the quote.

Cass Plumbing sent a great guy named Tony out to fix an issue with an old bathroom faucet. Tony was great! Amiable, Professional, & figured out the problem & fixed it in 5 MINUTES! Amazing, right? He called the home office to check on pricing for such a non-work job. The owner required he charge me $125 for the repair of a clogged filter. $25 per minute... ridiculous!

They were ahead of schedule but the price to unstop a toilet was horrible. $275 for 5 minutes work was too much in my opinion.

Replaced water heater

This was an emergency service, called very late on Saturday evening, they advised Anthony would arrive between 7-7:30am SUNDAY :). At 7am I was given an updated eta of 8:30, the communication was outstanding. Anthony arrived on time, had our water back on in no time. We are very grateful for the prompt service, reasonable pricing, and great attitude from everyone we worked with! Highly recommend!

I have used this company several times but never again. They give you a quote that is double what it should be and I find that so unnecessary. The first time they did this, they then cut the price, but the second time, I was in a hurry and didn't do my research I ended up overpaying for the job. Buyer beware! I won't be using them again. I'm very disappointed in how easily they take advantage of a tired teacher.

Horrible experience. We were advised we had a blockage and the camera could not pass through the blockage in the pipe. The plumber suggested we try a procedure that would cost 1550.00. When we contacted the company again- we were told the camera could not pass due to an “angle” issue and not a blockage.
*called a different plumber two hours later and they were able to pass the camera through the pipe and find the problem. I would strongly advise to stay away from this company.

Our prior experience with Cass Plumbing was really good. This time, it was not good at all.

First, we were charged more than double what we should have been charged for the installation of a smart shower valve.

Second, the plumbers cut a massive hole in our drywall to install the valve, leaving us with a huge patch project.

Third, the plumbers also turned on a hose outside to drain the water from the house after turning off the water, then left that hose on all night, costing us $40.00 extra in our water bill in one month.

Fourth, they also left the cover off the water main in the front yard and our neighbor tripped in the hole.

Everything about this experience was disappointing. From now on, we'll be getting additional estimates on all plumbing jobs.

What should have cost maybe ~$1,000.00 is now going to cost us well over $2,500. Thoroughly disappointed.

If you need plumbing services of any kind, HIRE CASS PLUMBING! Bathroom remodel (we decided to reconfigure - changing a bathtub to a walk-in shower). We got several quotes - Cass Plumbing came in the lowest. We did our research and hired Cass. We were able to do the demo ourselves; hired Cass to restructure, install shower pan and fixtures. All the fixtures I chose are square.. One of the Cass technicians (Wayne) ran out in the middle of the job to get me a square drain to match our fixtures! Who does that anymore? Wayne and Trevor really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The work was done in a timely fashion, they presented themselves professionally, and most important - THEY DID FANTASTIC WORK. Do yourself a huge favor - hire Cass Plumbing!

Too bad zero isn't an option. Cass plumbing showed up at my 93 year old clients house, and forced their way into his house. He told them he did not want them to come in, but they insisted and told him they were there on behalf of his home owner's insurance company. The homeowner asked them to leave and schedule an appointment with his claim representative, they refused. Very unprofessional and possibly criminal. A true case of taking advantage of the elderly.

The plumber who came out came earlier than scheduled which was a huge relief bc all drains were clogged, no use of toilets sinks or showers. I appreciate the knowledge and honesty in the work he did.

We hired Cass Plumbing to repair the leak in our shower.Turns out the shower valve needed to be replaced.We also had them install our new kitchen sink faucet.Victor was very professional and got both jobs done within in a few hours.

Cass Plumbing just saved me thousands of dollars and construction work on my house. The plumber I hired before them evidently dropped a PCV cap into the sewage line and since the bathroom remodel my one toilet was draining slow. I hired the same plumber, who did not have the modern technology to troubleshoot and twice he did the same thing and told me I needed my floors ripped out, my foundation broken to replace the pipe. Cass Plumbing came in, did a camera inspection and found that piece of PCV. Andrew and Curtis worked hard and were able to remove the lodged PCV piece safely. Also, they inspected all my lines and all my pipes are in good condition, what a relief. Thank you to an insured, licensed and have the technology to troubleshoot company and thank you for the outstanding young men who did the work.

Called prior to arrival. Repaired and replaced the leaking fixtures under the kitchen sink for less than $200. Great service and quality with a reasonable price.

We had a major leak with our water heater and when we called them they got right on it and the first guy that came was there in an hour and a half and was a pleasure to have working on our heater. He did everything he could to at least restore water so we had it even though the water heater needed to be replaced and he couldn't get one until the next day. Was hoping he would have been able to come back, but apparently couldn't. They sent two guys who didn't bring the right heater and had to go buy a new one. They did not clean up after themselves and left full pieces of pvc pipe and bits of wire, hoses and the like all over the area. They didn't even dry the area when they put in the new heater so they just put in on the wet floor and I can't get underneath to dry it myself...very unprofessional.

Rich and his new assistant were excellent and explained every aspect of the repair as they were performing. They were very aware of the surroundings and requested if we had shoe covers. The repair went flawlessly and thank you again for the Fantastic service received.

I requested an estimate for water heater replacement. Cass scheduled it for 8-10:00 am. At 10:30, I called to to report that estimator did not show up or call. Representative said he had an emergency and was still tied up. Said he would come to my home between 12-2:00. Said “no thanks”! A simple phone call at the time of the “emergency” would have been the polite, professional way to conduct business. Wouldn’t trust this company to do an on-time, professional job. St Pete has no shortage of plumbers!

Bryan was prompt, on time and saved the day by repairing a contractors hidden patch work within the hour. They were there in an hour and all I can say, it's hard to find good skilled labor but they got a good one there.

I had 2 outdoor spigots that needed to be replaced ...i believe both or at least one was original to the house...Rich was professional high attention to details and would not leave the job till done correctly.....and i very much appreciated his efforts cause o e was really hard to replace..would recommend Cass to anyone!

WeI received a call from a gentleman advising they got notice I was looking for a plumber, he said they give free estimates and if we use the service they give 1st time customers a $75.00 gift card to use wherever we would like. I scheduled them to come out to give an estimate, they ended up delaying a day and came out a day later. Robert gave an estimate and the work was ok'd to do. After the work was done and it was paid, there was no gift card. Robert advised I needed to call the office, then he said no I took it off the bill. But that couldn't be as the estimate didn't show a $75.00 discount nor did they provide a final receipt showing the discount was deducted. They also sent an email advising they give 3 lottery tickets and a $75.00 gift card to first time customers. The did do the work but beware of free offers as they do not provide what they say.

We had to install a new water heater. The gentlemen were through in their explanations of the products and services. They did an excellent job of installing and removing of the old heater. They cleaned up after themselves and did not damage anything in the process.

Fees are far greater than other competitors in the area. We were charged $250 for a toilet reset that other firms had quoted significantly less. Felt we were taken advantage of in the transaction simply because of the urgency of our situation. Would not recommend them.

Don’t quite understand charges. They quoted a price of $275.00 for the job and I agreed to this. When paying he said cost was $350 and as a first time customer I got a $75 discount making cost to me $275. $350 is way too much for an hours work unstopping a drain. Why did I not get $75 off of $275?

They provided a written estimate less than what was originally quoted and delivered on their promise to complete the job without an up-charge. Maurice did a great job. He explained what he found, told me what he was going to do and gave me his professional opinion of what I would probably need to do next.

Was in a bind today and Lee came out within a couple hours and got me fixed up. Lee was very professional and pleasant, if I need their service again I will be sure to request him. As far as pricing, I have no idea what the going rates are so I don't have anything to compare it to. I am so thankful they were able to come get me fixed up so quickly and professionally.

I thought I had a plumbing leak. Cass came out same day, as my regular plumber couldn’t get to me for days. Before digging into my walls or hiring a leak detector, they determined my A/C drain pan was overflowing, not the bathroom right above the water stains. (The A/C is in 3rd floor attic leaking to first floor ceiling, so it wasn’t obvious). Excellent sleuthing!

We called Cass Plumbing who stated they could provide us with a free estimate as our hot water heater was not working. The technician, Cody, came out to the home, evaluated the system, & stated that he'd seen heaters like ours last 20 years - ours was 12 years old. He made some repairs & said the unit was fixed. Total bill = $165.00. Great, right? NO...Within hours the hot water ceased to exist, totally running cold. My husband called the next day to report that the unit was still not working. A Cass representative indicated they would get out within the next 2 days. Really? Now that's real customer service!
Upon arrival 2 days later, it was determined that the ignition switch was non-functioning & the unit would need complete replacement. At that point, we felt the work completed 2 days prior was unnecessarily completed & asked for a refund of our money. Several calls have been made to Cass, each time the representative states someone will call us back. That was weeks ago & no one has returned our calls. I would not recommend this agency. They do not back their work & knowingly perform work they know will not resolve the problem.

Customer Service Rep from Cass attempted to contact us ONCE; he left a message on our voicemail. We have made several attempts to return his call with no response back. Surprise, surprise! We were hopeful they would try to make things right, as I'm all about giving positive reviews. My original review stands. Do not use this company.

These two guys came to my house and went on my roof,cleaned out my drain through the vent on the roof. Everything was great... But I thought the service was quite pricey

Had an issue with multiple toilets and showers. Cass Plumbing was able to send someone at their earliest availability. Richard came as soon as he could (it was after hours) and was able to quickly identify the issue and fix all toilets and showers. He was professional, friendly, and respectful.

Cass plumbing provides high quality work for a fair and honest price! I have had several mainline blockages cleared And recently decided to have a main line clean out installed. The Cass plumbers were on time, professional, courteous, and socially distanced. I really could not believe how efficiently they completed the job and cleaned up. At a time when many of us are working at home either via video or phone it is very hard to have any home work done but these guys are in an out and provide high-quality work. I would definitely recommend them and will continue using Cass exclusively for all my plumbing needs!

Pressure relief valve sprung a leak and these guys fixed it fast. Let me know they needed to get a little further into the wall and were very good about minimizing stucco damage. Great service!

I contacted Cass Plumbing through Angi, and they came out the next day. Due to the water accumulated under our mobile home, the plumber said it needed to dry out and that we should contact the office on Monday. We called on Monday, and they told us no one was available until Thursday. So much for good customer service! We have been without water for five days.

We have used Cass Plumbing multiple times. Their staff are friendly, from first phone contact to technician sent to perform the task, explaining the problem and the required resolution. They have been skilled resolving both major and minor problems.

It you're reading this review, most likely you know finding a good plumber can be hit or miss. Well, not for me anymore because of Cass Plumbing. I've used them on two occasions and received superior service each time. Jeannie in the home office is genuinely friendly and personable. Dustin, the plumber who did the repairs for my home is just the same. This is a company I believe prides itself on customer service. Prices, i found were quite reasonable as well. As I said, my search for a plumber ends with Cass Plumbing, I plan on using them for all my plumbing issues and suggest others do the same.

I have used Cass Plumbing for various projects in my home. Each time, the techs were timely, professional and experienced at accomplishing the task. They were also conscious of cleaning up and removing any debris and waste from the project after they were done. I would definitely recommend Cass Plumbing to anyone who needs an honest and quality plumber.

Brian installed a new shower head for me, and removed the old rain shower head. Brian was most courteous and friendly. He needed the wall to shower head pipe so he left to go get one from one of Cass's sippy warehouses. He was gone for about 15 to 20 minutes. Upon his return he completed the installation. I had a coupon for $75 off my next plumbing issue from Cass and used it for the installation charge. Cass is a great plumbing company for service and quality of work. I will use them again. Great staff. Brian was polite, knowledgeable, and got toilet unplugged. This was at 9 at night. Will definitely keep them on as “favorites”. The person I contacted via phone made sure I knew when they were coming. No waiting around for a call back.

Made appointment with Cass and Richard arrived even a little earlier than expected. Was very knowledgeable and polite. I needed faucets for my washing machine changed because of massive leak and calcium buildup. He did same expeditiously and professionally. Cleaned up area after job. Price was reasonable . Will recommend Cass to others.

Today Pete and Dan came and fixed my under mount sink that had fallen out. While here they changed out our facet, fixed a rusted out drain, and inspected our soft water tank. Water softener replace with install of whole house filter

INEPT PLUMBER! Sent boy to replace tank seal. His Boss told him to charge me $220.00 because I have a toilet from the 1940's. Turns out, no special parts required.He couldn't do the job and left without job done. I paid $145.00 after $75 first time customer coupon. I Youtubed how to repair the job myself, and fixed the leak. Found out parts cost less that $15.00.
Contacted Tammy who said she would have Service Manager call me. He NEVER did so. I deserve my money refunded, except to pay for parts.

The plumbers were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They showed up on time, completed the job in timely manner and offered to return if I had any problems. Very good experience!

Bad seed and/or bad service, either way they have gone down hill...Cass plumbing was my go to plumber for my residence in Tampa for over 6 years until this last experience. My appointment was on a Saturday 10-12 and after 5+ conversations with Bryan (who assured me the tech was late but on the way) no one ever showed up. I was totally left hanging with no way to reach anyone as the forwarding number taking calls had a full voicemailbox and they stopped picking up the phone (even though Google says they are available 24/7). No one ever followed up so I had to hire someone else. No one from the office even reached out after the fact. It sucks because they were always reliable and did good work, but if this is how they treat their loyal customers something has changed.

Have used several times in the past. Spent thousands of dollars with them! Called because my bathroom toilet was leaking onto the floor. I was told someone would be there the next day between 11am and 1pm. Called at 1:30 after no show. Someone called and hung up. I called him back and was told the tech would be at my residence with 40 minutes? You lost a customer!!!

I called on Friday afternoon when a water heater burst in my office attic. They were supposed to come out on Saturday but did not show. Then when I called them they said they would come out on Sunday but now the price went from 250.00 an hour to 500.00 hour. They knew I needed the office back open at the end of the weekend and raised the price at the last minute. These guys are crooks and I would AVOID them at all costs. They waited til the last minute on me and then figured I would have to pay their outrageous cost to get my business running again. These guys should be ashamed of themselves.

Excellent & timely service at a good price

Cass Plumbing showed me the difference between a professional plumbing team, and a hot mess of a competitor. I had previously hired a plumber to fix a drain under my house that was clogged. That was 4 hours of my life wasted, wasn't fixed and he left. I was still charged. Then I called Cass, they showed up next day in uniforms, a company van, and fixed my problem in under an hour! They were polite, courteous, and on topic. They brought the RIGHT TOOLS to fix a clogged drain and had no issue whatsover resolving my issue. These guys are definitely my go to plumbing company from now on.

We renovated 2 bathrooms. The Cass team from initial quote, the plumbers, and the office personnel were outstanding. All were courteous and extremelyhelpful. They viewed our home and our project as important and their attention to detail and assuring we were informed and highly satisfied with their work was superb. One of the plumbers even took a few extra minutes to clean up a mess that someone else (not from Cass) had made. Delightful team of peofessionals!!!

They did a great job. We broke the outdoor spigot and couldn’t get the water main turned off. They came and repaired it quickly on a Sunday. Would use them again.

I had a water softener from Rainsoft which I had to put salt in every few months.
On a saturday morning I wanted to make coffee and when I turned on the water
nothing but salt came out from my faucet. When I called Rainsoft they told me no one would available to come until monday.
I called Cass Plumbing and told them my situation. They sent a technician whose
name was Justin. He removed my old water softener and installed a new one which is much smaller and hangs on the wall. I just have to replace the filter every six months to a year and I no longer need to buy salt.
I was very satisfied with the promptness and service they have shown.

He was here earlier than expected, diagnose the problem and fixed it and showed me where to turn off the main valve. Was very professional and courteous.

Maurice was great. Polite and ON TIME. Plumbing today was not. My only gripe is I was told I would get $75 GC to use for whatever I wanted. So when the plumber told me he would do the job for 375. I was happy because I could use the 75$ off. Thinking it would be 300$ When I paid ( and if you use a credit card you have to pay their processing 3.5%). I asked about the gift card and the lady told me they took it off the price. It was actually 450$. And using the GC made it 375. Need to be a little more clear. That’s all.

Great work and incredibly responsive! They came out to do an estimate on replacing my toilets and by 2 pm the NEXT day, I had three new toilets installed! Quick, efficient, great work.

Communication was great. Let me know when they would be there, when they were finished. I did not have to be present for the repairs.

The technician Gaige was super helpful and easygoing, even answered a few questions I had about an upcoming plumbing-related DIY project we were planning. Cass Plumbing also says they have not only a price-match guarantee, but actually a price-beating guarantee; we received an estimate from a competitor for about $50 less than what Cass Plumbing had initially told us, so Brian Cass in the office ended up adjusting our quote to beat the competitor's by an additional $15. Excellent service, both in-person and from their office! 👍🏽
