I just called trying to secure an appt. with this Co. and he said to me he did not want my business. I was shocked, and offended. Here's why...Back in 2009 we had them come out and service us by investigating if we had a problem with our shower head. They advised us we simply needed a new shower head. We decided to replace the head ourselves, and paid for their time & service and appreciated them advising us that was the problem. This time, when I called, they researched us to see if we had had previous work done and he advised that he wasn't willing to come out to give us a service of their evaluation b/c last time we did not end up using them to repave our shower head. I don't know about you but any service business that isn't willing to take business from a willing customer even if its to pay for expertise seems unprofessional to me. Further more, I will now go out of my way to tell others to NEVER use them, b/c of their unprofessionalism. What is most disappointing is that I can't believe that they didn't want a wiling customer's business. In today's world, you should go above and beyond to help customers, they are your bread and butter and will recommend you to others for service. So the short sightedness of the man who looked at me as a client who would pay for service solutions missed out not only on my service instance, and repeat business, but also on any referrals I would give him to make more $$, b/c I likely would have had them repair our problems based on the issues we are having and they would have made $ on the service call, on the repair $, AND they would have made countless other business b/c of my referrals. Now they will not get my service, nor will I ever recommend them to others for service due to the rude unprofessional nature with which they rudely and abruptly dished out on the phone. Unbelievable. In a service business you should NEVER turn away business. Each action leads to more business. Prices seemed reasonable and Chuck's provided a 3 hour timeframe for the technician's arrival with a call to let me know he was on the way. Competitor would only say service would be on the day scheduled with no indication of when. First time using them and I know I've found my plumber for future work!

I had an emergency, water leaking out onto my hard wood floor, I called several plumbers but no one could come out for several days. Looked at reviews on line and everyone picked Chucks plumbing as best. Called they said they would have someone out within two hrs, they emailed me a picture and background of technician who was coming. Technician arrived 45 min after I called, gave me several options to fix problem, then took care of it. Very professional, very clean, took great care of protecting my expensive hardwood floors, I am very very happy and they are now my go to plumbers.

Michael did a great job! He was very professional and even warned me about an old connection under our sink that had the potential to fail in the future. He replaced it quickly as well.

We felt like we were misled, what appeared to be an estimate turned out to be a contract they would not change even though the City ended up doing a majority of the work. Management was defensive when I explained how we felt. The quality of the plumbing work was very good but cost for materials seemed marked up. Their post-project work (putting sod back) was sloppy.

This would have been 1-2 stars after being misdiagnosed by other workers but thankfully they have a master plumber (someone that knows the trade!) Peter(Tony) used his knowledge and assisted in doing a repair originally estimated MUCH higher. ALWAYS ASK FOR TONY, BEST PLUMBER IN TAMPA BAY!

Needed a toilet installed last minute and they were able to come out same day for the installation. They called and showed up within the time frame they gave me. Michael was extremely kind and replaced and disposed of the old toilet and even went out of his way to clean and disinfect around the work area. I would highly recommend them.

The meeting was scheduled same day, the folks even got here a bit early, the work was done fast and appears to have been done right the first time. The 2 reps were pleasant and left the area cleaned up better than they found it. A great overall experience.

I called Thursday 5/24/18, and was given an estimate for hot water tank replacement based on the specs I needed. I was quoted a price that was in line with other phone inquiries I had made and at Home Depot and was given as well the $100 web discount. I was told my appt window would be between 3 and 6 pm. I received a follow up call saying they would be at my house around 3:45 pm. I was also sent the pctures and background checks of the employees I would be meeting at my house. I got there and Cleveland had an ipad and looked at what I had currently and did and estimate on the spot, which was same amount I was quoted on the phone earlier due to no additional installation issues. I told them I wanted a Rheem brand and they said no problem and they would be back in about 45 mins with the water heater and would install it. Cleveland and Darrel did a very professional job and I was elated with the super quick turnaround!!!!! It is awful to be without hot water for showering!! Cleveland also worked up a quote before he and Darrel left for some additional plumbing work I needed. I would highly recommend Chuck's Plumbing and the fine work of Cleveland and Darrel!!

Cleveland and Jared were total pros, a pleasure to deal with and very good at what they do. My shower and dishwasher are no longer problem spots in my home and I can't say enough nice things about both of them. Jared was able to get things done very quickly so my neighbors weren't inconvenienced without water for too long since the job required the water be turned off for my whole development. Cleveland had about 10 different things that he needed to overcome because it was a tough fit in my counter and there were a few issues with the unit I bought for him to install. It took him several hours to get it done but he kept trucking along and he did a great job. Highly recommend Chuck's plumbing since two different employees won my business for the long term.

Good service. I had a plumbing problem in my newly purchased town home and obviously excepted the worst case scenario costing thousands of dollars. I had also just moved to Tampa and didn't have anyone to ask for references so I looked on Yelp and Chuck's had a very rating. I took a chance. They were able to come out that afternoon and diagnosed the problem fairly quickly. All in all, I only spent a fraction of what I thought it would be. Since I didn't get any other estimates I can't honestly compare prices, but I am very happy with the work overall. They made sure everything was cleaned up after. I even received an e-mail containing Chase's picture and background check ahead of time.Plus they were punctual and gave me a heads up right before Chase was to arrive. ( The only reason I don't give five stars is because I can't compare their prices to other companies and I don't have any other way to say if another company had provided the same response time and customer service.But I would definitely use them again if needed.)

I operate a small HVAC business and have been in the service business since 1991. Some people are just courteous by nature and customer service is just a part of who they are. That is how I would describe Mike M. the technician that provided our family with excellent care and service. He diagnosed our problem and had everything working properly very quickly. Chuck's Plumbing was extremely easy to deal with and they had a great level of communication with us from the time we placed our call. I will encourage my friends and family to use Chuck's in the future and I would encourage you too!

They had to send two technicicians out to fix a simple toilet job than they with drew over 7000.000 from my bank account. It has been two weeks, and I still have not received a refund. It is all the money that I have, and I am unable to buy my children school supplies and pay my bills. This has been a nightmare for me.

Purchased a new toilet from Chucks Plumbing via Angies list. Prompt service. Later bought a second unit. Nearly a year old, one toilet developed a crack, and Chuck replaced both promptly with no hassle what so ever. Very satisfied because this owner has integrity and does all possible to satisfy. Professional & Courteous Service ! Our hot water heater started leaking, While our garage door was broken (Of all the luck right ?!!) We checked around and found Chuck's Plumbing was charging the going rate for replacement hot water heaters, We used them because they have Great Google Reviews !

Then we experienced first hand the reason they have Great Google Reviews ... When they disconnected the old water heater they were going to move it out to their truck, We apologized as we informed them our garage door was broken and they had to take it through our house out the front door.

The slab our house was built on is about 3 inches higher than the garage floor (Guess they do that incase the hot water heater leaks, HaHa). Without hesitation they moved the old water through our house on a two wheel dolly, A distance about three times as far compared to if they were able to take it straight out the garage door. Not to mention the water heater was heavy because they couldn't drain all the water out !

The service was Courteous and Professional ! And they didn't charge us extra to maneuver the old water heater through our house.

Excellent service. Arrived promptly after I received the call stating they (Bobby and his assistant Mike) were on their way. They explained everything and answered all my questions. I felt thoroughly educated by the time they left which I really appreciated. They even caught and issue that the previous homeowners had not properly repaired and made a recommendation to consider in the future that would improve and extend the life of our plumbing system.

The guy that came out was EXTREMELY courtesy, gave the confidence of a true professional of his trade leaving no doubt whatsoever that the job would be handled by a true professional. As a contractor of a new home in New England, I am new to Florida, I attended a private business school therefore, I am very critical of customer service and I am extremely analytical. While I began my research to improve the fixtures in this almost 20 year old condo, I just bought almost a month ago, I began speaking with Chuck because of the positive reviews I found for his company online.

Initially, Chuck came to provide an estimate of the project, he didn't let my questions and concerns intimidate him. Chuck is extremely professional and he uses cutting edge technology to provide automated customer service.

His crew arrived today to repipe and install the hot water heater in an extremely tight utility closet. As a result of industry changes to hot water heater sizes they had zero tolerances for this install where the water heater sits just below the a/c air handler. While there were challenges I was able to work with the installers to resolve all the issues related to this install. While Mike (the lead installer) has worked in the plumbing industry for almost 20 years he didn't let ego get in the way, we discussed alternatives and agreed to a plan of action. The installation was a success which included the lost art of using copper pipe and unions that I specified to replace plastic for future maintenance.

This project was phase I and I plan to call on Chuck's Plumbing for the kitchen and bath update as well.

Chase showed up on schedule to locate a small hidden 'hissing' leak, tracked it down and found it in a wall at the slab, under the tub, hiding real good, then scheduled repair for next day. Showed up right on time next day to repair the leak, pulled vanity, chipped out concrete & replaced bad section of pipe, and put bathroom back together again, done by 1. Great job! We had two clogged lines that needed attention. One was an urgent need blocking a shower and sink. The other was an older problem for a bathroom sink that another plumber had said would require the entire line to be replaced so he hadn't tried much to clean it.
We scheduled with Chuck's Plumbing and Cleveland came out sooner than our planned appointment. (We were called to say that he had an opportunity ahead of the anticipated time.) He was courteous and efficient. We were given the cost ahead of the work being accomplished and the peace of mind was worth it.The lines were both operational in short order! From the persons who answered the telephone (Chuck himself, and Daryl), to the plumbers (Vinnie, Bobby & Richie), bar none, every person was polite, helpful, knowledgable, informative, courteous, and treated our home as if it was their home. We were offered immediate assistance (which we deferred until Monday), informed of pricing up front, and as we went along depending on what was found, which they showed us in pictures, accompanied by explanations of options and likely outcomes. He was concerned about the pipe potentially breaking, so the next day they sent a crew with a camera to double check. They then completely freed up the pipes and everything works perfectly. All work was done quickly and to my satisfaction and, more important, to the permitting/inspection requirements of the city. Called this company for an estimate to clear a kitchen sink and was given a different service call fee for a tenant occupied townhome versus an owner occupied townhome. Owner occupied townhome is charged $49 for service fee PLUS a charge for work to be done while a tenant occupied townhome would incur a $59 service fee PLUS a charge for work to be done. Not interested! In addition, the phone person for Chuck's Plumbing needs professional customer service training. I selected another local plumbing company to assist me.

We scheduled service for our tankless water heater. It was very easy. After booking our appointment, Chucks sent us a confirmation with credentials and a photo of the service tech. They then notified us 30 minutes before arrival. Michael, our service person was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We are very happy with our decision to choose Chuck’s Plumbing. We will be calling each year from now on for service and when we need other help with our plumbing as necessary. What a find!

Wanted to write a quick review I called Chucks to come out because the little turn off plastic cap where the washing machine hoses connect was old and stripped causing it to not turn off completely, I know it was a small job but they still came out that day and replaced it with a much better steel one,. I called Chuck's plumbing to get help with an issue I had in my home. God led me to the web site with their number. Not only did they come out in a timely manner , they also had good customer services. They sent Bobby and James. It is one thing to have to spend extra money , but it makes it even better when you get good customer service. I would refer them to my friends and community.

Chuck's Plumbing was the preferred installer recommended by the manufacturer of a device I purchased, which is the only reason I allowed them to work on my plumbing instead of my preferred plumber, figuring they would provide expert installation and service given the high price point they were charging for their service. The only positive thing I have to say is that the install was performed in a timely manner. Looking at the install, it seemed excessive pipe dope was used, however not being an expert myself I didn't complain figuring the work was done and the chemical taste to the water went away after a couple weeks. Unfortunately, a few months later, one of the fittings they used cracked resulting in a significant leak. Since the device was on my water main I needed emergency service since the leak required water to the entire house to be turned off. Timely repair was especially critical since I had 30+ guests scheduled to be at the house the next day for a party. When I called, I advised of this and was told that some point between 8-11 AM the next day was the best they could do, as they do not provide any type of emergency response service. I inquired if they could at least make sure that I was the first appointment of the day promptly at 8AM and was advised they could not do that and it may be as late as 11:00, which I advised was not acceptable. I was told they weren't going to go out of their way to repair a leak, at which point I reiterated it was a substantial failure necessitating water to the entire home to be shut off and advised that if that's the best they could do they should go ahead and get me on the schedule and that I would call back if I was able to get someone else to come out sooner. I called back a few minutes later after securing another plumber and inquired where I should send the bill since they were unable to provide timely service to repair their defective work, at which point I received a profanity laced tirade advising me of what a horrible person I was, was told never to contact them again, and was hung up on. The plumber performing the repair advised that it appeared the stress crack in the plastic was due to Chuck's Plumbing over tightening the connection, resulting in eventual failure. After their substandard work resulting in the only substantial water leak I have experienced to date, I would strongly caution others to avoid them in favor of a more trustworthy company that will treat you right.

Daryle was Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and polite. A very good representative for the company.

Had a plumbing emergency and my longtime plumber was all booked up. Chuck's was able to put me on the schedule and a plumber got to me in a matter of 90 minutes. The job was long and tough, but there were no complaints and he did just great!

Vinny was great. He answered all my questions and helped me make good choices about what needed to be done. Then he did it very well.

Had a kitchen sink drain backing up, and after checking under the sink myself, I was out of my depth, so I called Chuck's. Bobby was dispatched to my house at the scheduled time with plenty of communication to confirm the appointment and let me know he was on the way. He was polite, knowledgeable and friendly to my dog, which is always a good sign.

Bobby fixed my drain without making a mess, and promptly checked everything twice before packing up. He also gave me his professional opinion on an irrigation problem I am fixing.

If I ever have any other issues, I know who I will welcome back to my home.

We had a backed up sink. We have used Chuck's plumbing in the past and loved their service so we gave them a call. I called first thing in the morning and they were at my house by lunch. I appreciated text follow ups and phone calls, letting me know when to expect them to arrive. He not only fixed our problem, the pipes under the sink were cleaner than before he arrived. Love this plumbing company and highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I'm calling them back for a second job today and realized I had not left a review for their trip last year. When we found out about a leak under our slab, we invited 4 companies to bid and received numbers from $8,000 to $18,000 for a complete re-piping. All of these amounts were determined within 15~20 minutes of walking around our home. Going back to the book and calling Chuck, their estimator took the time to look at the problem and suggested a repair that required no damage to the floor and had our water out for less than 4 hours at a fraction of the cost. It's refreshing to see a company that does honest work at an honest price after watching trade after trade take advantage of my mother here in the same house.

For those complaining about a $300 charge for a $99 disposal, this is just what professional service costs. At least I know with Chuck's that I'm getting a job done that I won't have to worry about again. #ClientForLife

Cleveland and Daryle came to my house to fix a leaky sink. They did a great job. They were on time, courteous and very knowledgeable about the problem I had and fixed it. Next time I have a plumbing issue, I will request Cleveland and Daryle to fix it.

This was the third time I've used the company and again I was very satisfied with the service. Cleveland was our service technician and he did a great job explaining what was wrong and how he would fix the issues.

I liked that they sent an email with information about the plumber they were sending out but sadly I felt like they were overpriced. They wanted $400 for a new garbage disposal or $99 to unclog it... a new garage disposal at Lowe's, Home Depot, or Amazon is around $100.

Amazing service. Called in the morning and they were able to come out the same day and get everything repaired so the water could be turned back on to the home. Always courteous staff from the initial phone call to the final step. Technicians are very thorough and knowledgeable.

Chucks Plumbing is efficient, friendly and get the job done right. Tony came out first on a Sunday was up on our roof to clear the main line. A thunder storm rolled in and I had him get off the roof. Thought the issue was taken care but we had another back up. They sent Chris out the next day and he snaked again and got thungs flowing but kept hitting something so they sent ROBERT out Tuesday to take photos of our sewer line and explained we needed a new line. We agreed and they were here the next day with Mke, Jerod and Darryl to install the new line. Those guys dug all morning and afternoon and had it done by the end of the day. They came back the Thursday morning fist thing for the inspection. They cleaned up and were on their way. We have a new sewer line all done with no headaches. Thanks guys!

I was quoted $562 by Daryle for sink valve replacement and was told that there were 4 valves to be replaced so I had to politely decline for them to proceed with the job & just pay their diagnostic fee of $49. In the first place, I already told them the issue so I couldn't figure why I would get charged for ZERO service. Got a second opinion from another handyman who charged us $140+ for labor, parts (1 valve costs $10 from Home Depot), ALL included. Do your research people. Price quoted is way too high (4X).

Chuck's Plumbing just replaced two hot water heaters and a water softener for me. They were able to install all three in one day and they did an excellent job! However, they insisted on returning to fully clean the softener drain and to fix a broken vent stack they noticed in my attic, all for no extra charge!

Chris was the technician that came out. He was honest, polite and very knowledgeable. If it were not for him I would not have continued the service call.

1. The coupon online does not state that the service must be over $300.00. My services was $277.00.

2. The prices are quite high compared to other plumbing services.

With that said Chris was able to fix the problem efficiently. He also gave advise on what we can do prevent future issues. As I said earlier he is the redeeming factor for this company.

I had a great experience with Chuck's plumbing! Water was coming up from my floors. Two plumbers from other companies had visitsd my home and could not determine where my leak was. The tech named Chase was at my home for several hours and did not give up until he found the source! It was a hugh leak! The lazy remediation company drying out my home said I had another leak. Chucks Plumbing immediately returned to complete a smoke test and water pressure test. No other leaks! Chucks plumbing was quick to come out, has outstanding techs and great customer service. I would recommend them to everyone!

Hey Siri!? Plumber...Tampa. I found Chuck’s Plumbing ...Great business! I called them and they installed a water heater at my Moms’ house. Mom researched other co’s for about 8 hours. It took one “ Hey Siri!?” to get a quote on the phone and a experienced plumber to install the water heater the next day. Great follow up, price and quality of work. No one should have to spend more time with research to find a plumber. Siri knows all. Google too...

Very pleased with every aspect of the service I've received from Chuck's Plumbing. They are always very professional and pleasant! Robert W. is great to work with and very thorough. I appreciate the fact that they identify who will be coming to service your home and have been very reliable about the time frame that you can expect them.

Chucks plubming has become our go-to. i was initially told the earliest they could get out was wednesday, but aftrer they found out we would be without water until then they came out immediately.

Even though they were running late due to prior plumbing problem app't on Saturday they still showed up ready to fix our drain. Jared was very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to stay as long as it took to fix our problem which he did and we are very satisfied. I will use Chucks plumbing again and obviously recommend them to friends.

423 dollars to fix a leak comeing from the shower spout, leak was fixed only reason for 2 starts, after the tech that came out and stripped the bolt on the shower knob haveing to hack saw it off and and destroying it not offering any replacement options for it and nothing that was recommend fits on properly. Very friendly and professional staff. Chris did a great job fixing the shower faucet and the leak under the kitchen sink he even took the time to look at why the one side of the sink does not drain fast. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards as well. Like how the company sends you a email with a picture of the tech that is coming out to do the job plus the office calls before hand to also let you know that the plummer is on there way to the house. I would defiantly recommend Chucks plumbing to family and friends.

I needed new bathroom sink faucet installed. (Old was so badly corroded from hard water, plus inside part had broken and water wouldn't stop running.) The shut off valves underneath vanity also needed replaced, due to so badly ruined by hard water and not not being usable. So I called
Chuck's Plumbing and they were able to come the same day.
I had decided to replace both bathroom sink faucets at the same time, as they were both same age, and both were in pretty bad shape. Luckily, there were the two colors and styles in stock on hand when the servicemen Chris and assist. showed up, right on time.
They did a great job removing the old worn-out fixtures and installing the new faucets and stoppers in the bathrooms, even though they had to work around a few existing tough tight situations. Very happy with the job!
I even got them to give me a quote on bathtub replacement while here, since mine is rusting out. So, more work to be done soon!

I needed a new water heater for my second floor condo in Tampa. I called a few of the big companies, but they either offered an incomplete and more expensive bid or wouldn't come out with a service charge. I then called Chuck's and set up an appointment a few days ahead. Mike M arrived on time and quickly identified the best way to connect the new water heater that would be up to code. He completed all the work in one day (including cutting and patching drywall) and was clean and efficient. Mike M saved me about 40% from the quote of a different plumbing company. Everything is working great. Would strongly recommend.

We had a bad problem with the plumbing at our church (Celebration Church Tampa). Cleveland and Connor came out and stayed on the task until it was completed. They were thorough and there were no surprise costs added to their service. Usually you are not happy when you have to call a plumber, but I am happy to refer them to anyone who needs an honest and fair plumbing service. Chuck's will be the only plumber that we will ever call. Do yourself a favor and call them too!

Called Chucks Plumbing because my shower handle broke and my water would not shut off. We had to turn off the water to the whole house. Chuck had his technician, Caleb at my house within 2 hours.
Caleb was great to work with. He explained our options and started the job. He was very professional and did a great job.

I just bought a new home and it came with a few issues. I was considering attempting the fix myself, but after hearing what could be some possible issues with older homes, I decided to call a professional. I was able to secure an appointment within an hour, and was greeted by Cleveland at my home. He was professional, courteous, and shared a ton of information with me. He is a top notch employee. Within an hour, he was able to resolve my kitchen sink backup and gave me some pointers of what we should do to improve the plumbing under our kitchen sink. Glad I called these guys, they will be my Go-To in the event I need help again.

I had a faucet break off in my lanai, and no shut off valve other than the one on the street. This was Saturday afternoon and no one was answering the phone. I called Chuck's and they had someone out in an hour. the problem was more serious and he fixed it so I had water. they made arrangements for Monday to get everything completed. The best service I have had in years.

This is an averaging of service versus price. The clearing of my kitchen drain was done well. Since it was a very simple job I thought it was a bit pricey.

They were professional right from the first phone call. They did everything they said they would do from that point on. Their communication process is top notch. The water heater was installed but the next day I discovered a leak. I called them and they scheduled a tech to come out. The tech that arrived had 27 years of experience and it showed. He explained that the leak was not from the install and showed me where it was and the evidence that it had been there for quite some time. He repaired the leak. I still can't believe what water heaters cost these days but I consider Chuck's Plumbing to be my 'go-to' plumbers!

Letting the customer see a photo of the technician, and having the comfort that Chuck,s employees have been background checked is comforting.
When Bobby first came out on Friday (on very short notice) he inspected the existing tankless water heater, and determined that it had out lived it’s life.
He spent some time working up three suggestions to get hot water back into our condo, we chose the suggestion that made the most sense for us.
What we went with was to put a tank type water heater in, instead of the tankless one, since materials needed to be picked the installation was scheduled for Saturday.
The installation was done by Cleveland, and it went well, and we had hot water Saturday afternoon, there was a minor item that Bobby returned, and took care of during the week.
Working with Chuck’s Plumbing, and their employees has been a positive experience for my wife, and I, I do recommend Chuck’s Plumbing.

We have had Chucks out once and attempted to have them out 2 more times. The first time they failed to address the problem. Trying to get them out the next two times we were given a 3 hour window for service and both times they called at the end of the window to cancel. Both times my wife or I drove the 40 minutes to the property and waited for them during the agreed upon time. Very unprofessional and after the 2nd cancelation we told them we would use another company. If you value your time go with another company.

They charged $279.00 to replace a fill valve . It takes only 20 minutes to do.
It is a complete ripoff.

Very disappointed with the Gaping Hole they left in the wall after the work was done. Can you believe to plaster it back was our responsibility? We couldnt pay, so they left the hole exposing the pipes!!!!!

Based on the reviews here I had Chuck's come out to fix a hot water issue. Jared came out within the time frame they gave me after notifying me he was on his way. He fixed the problem quickly and took the time to explain everything to me. I would definitely recommend Chucks and use them again if need to.

These guys saved me a bunch of money. Tree roots had invaded an underground pipe towards the end of my property line. Looked like I was going to have to hire them to dig six feet deep and replace at least three feet of the pipe, not exactly an incidental cost. Bobby gave me the estimate and then suggested I contact the City of St. Petersburg first, thinking the pipe in question might be in their easement. Sure enough, it was. The City made the repair at no cost to me. A lesser company might not have made that suggestion. These guys now have a customer for life.

Cleveland has worked on several jobs for us. Always courteous and focused on the work. Most recent job on the kitchen sink seems to be successful.

I called to have them repair my shower and the guy was extremely rude, wanted to charge me a commercial fee even though I own the home. And when I said it is residential he swore at me. Horrible!!

I used Chuck's plumbing for installing two new toilets recently. Everyone from the young girl Jasmine who answered the phone to Bobbie the technician and Chuck himself were so professional and courteous. I have spoken with Chuck a few times due to a few issues we encountered after the installation of the new toilets and he sent out Bobbie again free of charge to resolve the issue.
I liked being called ahead of time to be told what time the technician would be at my house. During the few visits, Bobbie always arrived on time, very friendly and knowledgeable , professional and courteous. He did a fabulous job cleaning up after the completion of his job.
Even though there were a few issues with the new toilets that I purchased from Home Depot, The Chucks plumbing staff made things happen at the end. I will definitely use their services in the future.

Chuck's Plumbing has always done a great job for me. I have turned to Chuck's for major jobs such as re-piping my water lines to a blocked drain. It's very nice to receive a photo of the workman before he arrives.

Chuck's plumbing was willing to take on a job that other plumbers said they would not. I called no less than 6 companies before Tampa Electric suggested Chuck's Plumbing. I called and spoke with Chuck and he had a whatever it takes attitude. He said they would get it done no problem, and they did! Bobby and Daryl showed up on time and were very professional. They gave me a firm quote before they started the work and did a great job. They tested their work and made sure it was a quality job before they left. They left their work area clean and asked if I had any questions before they left. I highly suggest these guys when you have plumbing needs.

Repair technician was very nice (thus the 2nd star). The problem is the prices were insane. And you can't get a quote beforehand (even though the tech just uses a computer program to look up the price, which could easily be done via a phone call...especially since it was a straightforward service). They initially wanted $1000 to install 2 new bathroom faucets (and the old ones were already removed) and 2 new pea traps. Cut the price in half to just do faucets, which I think is still pretty outrageous. Since you can't get a quote over the phone, you have to pay a $49 visit fee for them to come do the estimate, so I'm out $49 and will just watch some youtube videos and save myself the rest of the $500 I guess.

We called Chuck's to have an outside faucet replaced and one of our toilets needed new parts - the next day the plumber showed up on time and ready to go. Bobby was polite and professional ( we hit it off immediately ) and quickly sized up the work. He took the time to explain what was involved to complete the work, as well as offered a few tips to keep things optimized and running smooth.

Bobby went above and beyond - he was efficient and did a great job top to bottom. We are pleased with the work and will only use Bobby from now on for any plumbing maintenance moving forward. I recommend Chucks plumbing - thanks Bobby.

Very pleased with Chuck's Plumbing. The plumber, Dennis, is a very pleasant, competent young man who completed the job quickly. I thought the charge was very fair for the work done.

I used Chuck's plumbing for an estimate, Jared was on time, which is very important to me! He was courteous, professional and appeared to know what he was doing. I needed a plumber to come in to disconnect and then reconnect all the plumbing under my kitchen sink due to a repair needed on my sink. When the estimate was delivered to me, it only mentioned disconnecting and reconnecting the garbage disposal. I contacted the office and spoke with Alana who also deserves 5 stars as I spoke with her to set up the estimate and she could not have been more helpful to me! I spoke with her several times, and they actually came to my area even though it is not listed as part of their service area. When I called about the estimate not having disconnects and reconnects for the faucet/soap dispenser and water lines, Alana advised she would speak with Jared and get back to me, she did the very same day and advised the estimate was for all lines under my sink. I was hesitant having them come as they do have a $49 dollar service call even for estimates, however if you choose to use them, they deduct the $49 from your invoice. I also like that they email a photo and background of the technician who is coming to your home. I have decide to go with their estimate and will certainly update my review once they have completed the work.

5/4 - Update- The 5 stars stands, the work was done timely and without any issues. I would recommend using Chuck's plumbing.

Came the same day due to nature of problem, and looked at everything thoroughly before running extra testing which would cost more $. My only concern was the price for a 5 minute repair of capping off a pipe.

While I didn't hire them for the work on the spot, Chris was very professional and helpful. He spent time to diagnosis our plumbing issues and prepared a quote for the repairs. The prices were very high so we have brought them back yet. We needed sink faucet aerators in several bathrooms. They charge $89 to change just 1. I ran to home Depot, bought a kit of 4 for $9.99 and changed 4 sinks. So, we are pricing out the rest of the necessary issues and doing what we can before bringing them back. My rating for Chris however is a 5. He was knowledgable, helpful, on time and professional.

We called in the morning for a leak from our water heater and that same afternoon Bobby came out and took care of our problem with ease. He was very helpful and informative and went the extra mile to make sure our problems were resolved. Price was very reasonable and service was excellent! Thank you!

I was very impressed at the customer service on the phone to set up the appointment as well as the service provided by the technician. I filled out the online appointment form around 4pm and was promptly called back to set up an appointment that same evening. Daryle was at the house just after I arrived home from work. Called for pricing on hybrid hot water heater, Chuck was really difficult to deal with and quoted me 2800 when part was 1200 at home depot, not saying they are a bad co. But my experience was lousy

I decided to go with Chuck's Plumbing based on the reviews I read which were pretty much 5 stars straight across. When I first contacted them everything was professional and I never felt pressured to hire them but instead felt the individuals I spoke with were helpful.

I had attempted to fix the problem myself, as I have successfully done in the past. However, this one had gotten away from me and I knew I needed a professional.

So, when Mike M. showed up I went through everything with him and after about a 1½ hour to 2 hours the job was complete. If I had decided to crawl under my sink and tear it all apart I'd still be doing it.

Mike was friendly, very knowledgeable and my dogs approved him right from the start. He explained things in detail which I appreciate and he offered advice for me to care for my sinks so the problem wouldn't occur again anytime soon.

Chuck's Plumbing is now in our phone books as the place to call and we'll be recommending them to anyone who ever asks if we know a good plumber.

Mike is a great plumber who really cares about his job.
there were many complications that came up in his 3 days of hard work at my place, ( old plumbing and original equipment from '89!)
yet he always stayed positive and figured it out.
i have total confidence in Mike's ability and highly him and the Company.
his partner Kyle, who i met on the last day of work was polite and professional, and i was glad that Mike had his help.
