Best Residential Heating Repair in Tampa FL

Like other reviewers said, get charged from the time they dispatch the call and the price they charge per hour is way over priced, especially sense it took them 40 minutes to get to my house. They did 10 minutes worth of work just to tell me that it would cost over 1000 dollars just to replace one valve and I would have to pay another company to patch the drywall. I did the repair myself for 130 dollars worth of parts. I will never use them again and I will tell everyone I know to not use them.

The toilet was clogged. The technician, Javier Santiago, fixed the issue in 5 minutes. I would not hesitate to call them again for other services I may need.

I filled out a contact request on their website & within an hour Megan called me to set up an appointment! She was so sweet and professional and even got someone to come out less than 2 hours later! They texted me a confirmation of my technician which included his picture (which made me feel safe). Corey and his assistant showed up on time, were incredibly friendly, and beyond knowledgeable!! They explained the issue to me, fixed the problems, suggested further maintenance I could do, and even cleaned up after they were done. I will certainly use them for any plumbing issue I ever have & would recommend them to anyone I know!!

Repipe did an excellent job replacing the polybutylene pipes in my condo. They knew I was selling it and worked extremely hard to get the job done prior to the closing date, which they did. Not only do they replace the pipes, they also patch the drywall, so you won't have to find a separate company. The day they installed the new pipes, they did not stop until I had water connected back and working, which was well into the evening. I highly recommend.

From the first phone call to paying for our services Williams was very easy to work with. Caleb came out and unclogged our kitchen sink after I put noodles down our garage disposal. Caleb was VERY polite and professional! He was curious to our dogs while in their home! I will highly recommend Williams plumbing and especially Caleb. Sept 2022, leaks: I found a leak in the stop behind the refrigerator, and while I was at it figured I'd get them to look at the kitchen faucet which I thought might be leaking. They came right out, replaced the stop, and explained that they found leaks in the kitchen faucet at several points and would have to just replace the whole faucet. Turns out they had a faucet right there in the truck that would work perfectly, so they replaced that as well. They did a perfect job, kept me well informed the whole time, and their charge was reasonable. No problem whatsoever since.April 2021, water heater: I am so glad I called Modern Plumbing about my ancient water heater. I called them on a Monday. They sent someone out Tuesday to assess the situation. The plumber was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing, and also had a great sense of humor. I received an incredibly reasonable estimate in email Wednesday, and responded with questions. The supervisor who drew up the quote called me back immediately and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. She had a great sense of humor as well. On Thursday I emailed back and accepted the offer, and on Friday we had a new water heater. This job that we had been dreading and avoiding for years, for fear of a long drawn out very expensive process, turned out to take less than a week from beginning to end and cost much less than we expected, and was a very high quality job to boot. I am amazed.

I was quoted $562 by Daryle for sink valve replacement and was told that there were 4 valves to be replaced so I had to politely decline for them to proceed with the job & just pay their diagnostic fee of $49. In the first place, I already told them the issue so I couldn't figure why I would get charged for ZERO service. Got a second opinion from another handyman who charged us $140+ for labor, parts (1 valve costs $10 from Home Depot), ALL included. Do your research people. Price quoted is way too high (4X).
