We had a sink leak and backup from clogged and gunked up pipes. Scott Bowers was our service technician and did a great job. He explained everything needed and what he was doing every step of the way. He was friendly, professional, fast, and efficient. Solved our problem quickly. We also had a field technician, Chris Vega, come out to assess our situation and advise us if we had any damage or other concerns. He didn't find anything of concern which put our mind at ease. He was polite, friendly and professional. All in all, our experience was very good and very happy with the service we got.
