Service representative Nick Schlau did a tune up on my A/C. He was on time, professional, pleasant, courteous.
I will definitely ask for Nick in the future if I need ACree to come to my house again. He was great!

2021 - Larson Plumbing did a great job for me again. I changed out 2 vanity’s that had 2 sinks in 1st vanity and 1 in the 2nd vanity. I followed the installation instructions that came with the faucets and mounted them to the vanity tops. Then I hooked up the supply and drain lines which took some modifications because they did not line up like the previous sinks/vanity’s. After 3 trips to Lowes and multiple tries, I had issues/leaks with all 3 sinks in different places. I reached out to Larson Plumbing which I have used in the past 2020 and scheduled a service call for my home. They put me on schedule quickly and sent Roy out to my home. In roughly 3 hours he took apart what I did incorrectly and reinstalled it the correct way. He explained what he did, was very polite and cleaned up after himself. Another fantastic job completed by Larson Plumbing. I am a fan and they can use me as a reference anytime.

2020 - Larson Plumbing just completed a project for me. Chris helped me with design, layout and fixture selection recommendations. This involved an ADA compliant bathroom that we had no idea what is needed. He provided recommendations on size of drain line and supply side pipe options and benefits. The employees he sent to our home were very professions, polite, knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves daily. The whole process went better than expected and I will recommend Larson Plumbing to friends, family or anyone else I speak with that is looking for a good plumbing company. Had a leaky pipe that needed to be repaired. Easy to schedule. Did a quality repair job for a good price. Very nice technician. Would definitely use their services the next time I have plumbing needs. Much better than the other plumbing companies I have worked with in the past.

Dwayne and me work together for years. It
took a lot of time for me to find a professional license plumber that can actually handle all kind of plumbing issues with fair prices. This guy and his crews are available all the time and will always be there to help with emergency issues no matter what time or day it is. Also have a lot of knowledge with permitted jobs and inspections . Highly recommended !!

When I called, Olin Plumbing was ready to accommodate me that same day. Plumber Anthony arrived early, and was personable and professional. He conducted an overall look at all my plumbing, giving me suggestions and tips for future issues and projects, yet did not try to pressure me to do more repairs than I had called about. He explained things in detail and in terms I could understand and very patiently answered my questions. He went about his work quickly but methodically, and took a lot of time cleaning up when he was done. I felt the cost was fair, and reflected his expertise and the work warranty. I had a major disaster waiting to happen with a clogged drain but thanks to Anthony, everything is working. I will definitely call them again.

I noticed water coming up from my flooring in my kitchen late in the evening. I called Roto-Rooter and they had a team of guys (one to assess the situation,a second for clean-up and a plumber) out first thing the next morning, on-time.Logan, Kevin and Jason are experienced, professional, knowledgeable and caring (a rarity these days). I am a relatively new homeowner and they all took the time to answer my arsenal of questions.They held my hand through the many steps in this extremely stressful situation. Everything from helping me file an insurance claim to leaving extra towels for water just in case.Their communication is top notch as well. Reached out to Total Plumbing at 11am on a Friday assuming we’d likely get an appointment the following week, but was pleasantly surprised to have someone over to look at our shower faucet in less than an hour. Tommy and his assistant were extremely nice and knowledgeable. They explained everything in easy to understand language and got my faucet fixed in a timely manner. Even more amazing was the price being cheaper than what they had originally quoted me, which is usually the opposite when we have used other plumbing companies in the past. We will definitely being using Total Plumbing in the future!
