Charles came for an emergency call on a Sunday, to repair a leak underneath a concrete slab. He was very professional, showed up when he said he would, and completed the job in a timely manner. I will be contacting Plumbgreat for all of my plumbing needs in the future.

Charles answered the phone at 7:30 this morning. I explained I had a leaking faucet and couldn’t shut off the water. He was at my house by 9:00. The problem was bigger than he thought, but he held to his quote. 2.5 hours later no more leak, plus new stainless steel hoses. And he fixed our shower. And cut down two large screws holding in our toilet. Charles is solid. Five stars.

We were under a lot of stress to get some plumbing issues resolved before selling our house, and he was prompt, courteous, personable and charged a fair price for honest, quality work. I won't even consider hiring another plumber after this A++ experience.

Charles was a delight to work with. He provided quick service, quality workmanship , and reasonable rates. My old plumbing provided challenges and Charles tackled them with a smile. He even took extra time to show me everything along the way and educate me on plumbing. The best part was two other plumbers tried to sell me a full house repipe, which I knew was not needed. I have copper pipes in the house already! Shame on them, bravo to Charles.

In these trying times it's hard to find good quality plumbers or any other profession. We lucked out!!!!. We live in an RV full time and had a leak under the sink and also in the Hepvo Sanitary Waste Valve that needed to replaced. When we started to call plumbers everyone wanted over $`175.00 an hour on up and a trip charge. Charles called me right back in a timely manner and also got us on his book first thing Monday morning. We are here on the military base for work, temp and got him in with a Visitors Pass. He replaced the parts we needed and made new ones as the old parts were worn out. So professional and knowledgeable wish more people were like him and took care of others, including our military folks. If you need a great plumber this is the man and company for you. I am usually a bit apprehensive when hiring a service tech as I am usually home by myself when they come. Charles is a very professional plumber. He gave me the price up front, laid down drop cloths, wore shoe booties to protect my floor, and cleaned up after the job.

This company is fantastic. I’ve never met a plumber who takes such care and ownership of the work they do. The owner Charles helped us out himself with a major backup in our plumbing lines. Our only bathroom (other one under renovation at the moment, NOT a great time for your second bathroom to go out!) was totally inoperable which is not ideal for a household with several young children and Charles came out on a weekend and and worked relentlessly until he got us up and going again. Other plumbers took a quick look and quoted us immediately with the most expensive repair solution, but not this company. Charles has a great can do attitude and he does not give up until he gets it done. I am so appreciative of his professional service and his willingness to go the extra mile. He saved us big time on this one and I’ll be happy to recommend him to anyone who needs a quality plumber!

I highly recommend Plumbgreat Plumbing. My hot water heater was leaking and Charles came out right away to look at it. He checked all the valves and fittings and confirmed the tank was bad and needed to be replaced (it was over 13 years old). After discussing the problem and going over some options, he installed a new one for me the same day and hauled off the old one. He even checked the rest of the house for any other issues. Luckily everything else was fine, but it was good peace of mind to get a complimentary inspection from a professional. Plumbgreat lived up to their name. Fast, reasonable, friendly, and overall a quality job! A++

An awesome experience with Charles Thompson. We had a Master Bathroom Sink Galvanized Water discharge pipe which had rotted away due to age. Hard to get to.. within cinder block wall. Big Dirty Job on an extremely hot day. Charles was prompt to respond to our request, was very reasonable on price, was courteous and took care of our home and very pleasant to communicate with. Our highest recommendation - 5 STARS

I had a kitchen sink clog that I’d throw everything at—gallons and gallons of drain gel, baking soda and vinegar, 25 foot snake (I think the clog was 22 ish feet deep), dish soap and boiling water, plunging it. Nothing worked. I chose this company because the reviews were great and it seemed like Charles was the only plumber which meant I knew who was going to come out. Charles was the person who answered my call, he said he had one house to service before mine and he’d come later that same day. He felt like he knew exactly what he was doing, and he fixed the clog on the first attempt. He explained what he did and how to prevent it in the future. Pricing felt fair and accurate. 10/10 recommend.

Had an issue with a water heater and Charles was able to diagnose the issue and replace it same day. He was very helpful in explaining the problem and was upfront about pricing. Charles was by far the best plumber. I had a fairly simple issue which was my copper pipe for the water hose was dented and need to be welded onto a new piece to fit. He did it with prediction and made sure everything was done before the job was done. He even caught a leak at my water meter which previously was installed by the city of tampa but didn’t do a good job. He caught it before it was have been even worse. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. His craft was outstanding and inspirational. Definitely would recommend 10-folds to anyone in need of plumbing assistance. Would absolutely hire him for more jobs in the future.

The experience of using Plumb Great plumbing for the first time was impressive ! Charles was able to fix a clogged tub drain that a previous plumbing service could not. He rebuilt the the toilet tank that had flushing issues and did all this in the most professional way. He was very neat , clean and efficient in doing these repairs.

The owner not only saved me time and worries, but saved me money as well. He was Very clean brought his foot booties gloves floor sheet and replaced my water heater with minimal space to work with (in a small closet) but he made the install look so simple. I even had a small issue where the water wasn't hot enough he made arrangements to come by the next day to make the adjustment. Highly recommended very professional and a company that cares. Very hard to find now a days.

Plumbgreat! LLC did a fantastic job on replacing my master bathroom sinks. They were very conscientious about wearing masks and shoe covers. Everything was clean and tidy when they left. The work was completed in the time frame they suggested. I will definitely use them again!

We had a a serious backup under our kitchen sink due to years of buildup, called Charles Thompson of Plumbgreat, and he literally came out that evening, ground out all the pipes clean in about 30 mins, put all the piping I tore out back in nice n tight, and now it drains perfectly! Great price to do a great job on the fly! Thank you, Mr. Thompson!
