They do good work but shop around. We called them for a kitchen leak and were told we needed a new disposal unit. At that point I should have shopped around, but I was distracted and told them to replace it. Cost total of $ 584. Later my wife checked and we could have got the unit for under $ 200. I called owner and told him it was too much for labor. And instead of listening and offering even a small credit, he argued with me. Even called me a cheap customer. Wow. I would love to have his personal budget if he does not shop for value. And said I doubt you will refer others to us. As a small businessman, I like to take care of others like this one, but I dont care to be lectured. I am the customer! a bit more professional conversation goes a long way

I am going to be entirely honest here, I have been rehabbing a mid 60s home for about 7 years now, project by project. You usually have to go through a few companies that blatantly try and rip you off before hopefully finding someone honest. I have used this company for both major plumbing and AC work. They are always honest, and always tell you what you need. In this day and age, many, if not most companies will straight out lie to you for money, this company I absolutely trust. Take it from someone born in Brandon before the mall or Crosstown, and still here, be careful out there, and these people should be your go to when you need an honest appraisal, and affordable work.

I called Olin Plumbing on 07/21/13 because I did not have any hot water. Derek answered the phone and was at my house less than 45 minutes later. He replaced the water heater part and I had running hot water within 90 minutes. He was very friendly, he knew what he was doing. The response time from answering my call and arriving at my home was incredible. I would highly recommend him to all my friends. BTW did I mention this was on a Sunday with no extra charge. The amount to replace the part was very reasonable. Thank You Derek!

The technician was knowledgeable knew right away what to do and how to treat a clog get a wonderful job and also guaranteeing his work. Todd Bishop is an amazing guy as well as an excellent plumber! He is very bright, knowledgeable and put me at ease within 5 minutes of walking in the door. He listened to everything I said about the problems I was experiencing and offered complete solutions. He then actually provided solutions that worked the first time. I highly recommend him and All Pro Plumbing. Did I mention that the water to my house had to be shut off and he arrived within a few hours... outstanding service!

Mitch and Brandon did superb work! They obtained a brand new kitchen sink, installed a new faucet, installed a new garbage disposal, and corrected a toilet. They were finished in an afternoon and completed their project 2 hours before the estimate. excellent work from some hard working guys.

Ayarsi was super professional and did the repair in a timely manner. He was helpful in responding our questions/ concerns. He went above and beyond in fixing our plumbing leak and our neighbor’s leak as well. He did all of this by himself and while it was raining outside. He even took the time to make sure everything was clean and better smelling after he was done. We were extremely pleased with his amazing customer service and we hope that if ever again in the future we need this company’s services, that Ayarsi comes out again.
