The day before family arrives for Thanksgiving is the worst day to need plumbing service! We expected to have to wait and their plumbers got to us within a couple hours of our call. Nobody wants to talk about icky stuff like tampon clogs - but these guys couldn’t have been more professional and one even put me at ease saying, “I was a single parent of two girls - I get it! No big deal.” Reasonable prices and FANTASTIC service. Thanks Channelside Plumbing!

Nothing is worse then needing a plumber on Christmas Day. They came right out, were very polite. Don was super understanding and helped us out. With plumbers like Don working here they will always have our business.

Charged over $1,300 to clear a back up and did not guarantee the work. The floor drains backed up the next day and they said they could fix the problem yet would not refund the money or even respond to me. Had to close my restaurant early and could not reopen for lunch the next day. Called another company FCS and the cleared the drain and have not had a problem. The owner David did not respond to my request for a refund or to work something out, he is not a good person to do business with. I will report them to the BBB and let people and companies know not to do business that will not back they're work.

We called them out in the beginning of September to fix a leaking sink and replace the wax ring on a toilet. Today, I grabbed a hand towel from under the sink and noticed the back was wet. I pulled out all the towels and then saw the entire back stack of towels was soaked. I called Channelside Plumbing to tell them they had not fixed the link and the person I spoke with implied I was lying about the leak being old because I didn't notice it right away. I have attached I picture to show how it leaked onto the back stack of towels first, which I tried to explain on the phone. Additionally they didn't re-caulk around the toilet when they installed the wax ring and left scrape marks on the tile. Finally, they somehow managed to bolt the toilet on crooked, which looks especially bad because it doesn't line up with the old caulk. They did finally agree to come back out after arguing on the phone, but I cancelled the appointment because I don't trust them. We switched from another plumbing company to save money, but it was not worth it. We have switched back to the old company to fix this issue and will not be using Channelside Plumbing ever again.

Jamie really helped me out! I was completely without water and he received the call on a Friday afternoon. After several obstacles presented themselves, I know he worked behind the scenes to make phone calls and have my water fixed by Monday! Thank you Jamie!!

Plumber hooked up the water heater wrong then they did not want to correct their mistake. Leaving the tenant without hot water for a week. Tim used the resident bathroom for his own personal use. He couldn't even shut the valve off to the tank. He flipped the wrong breaker off and didn't check to see if the unit still had power so he tripped the entire apartment breaker.Office staff was very rude when explaining to them what their plumber did. I do not recommend channelside unless you just have money to burn because you will end up calling out another company to solve your problem.

I have had two very positive and pleasant experiences with Channelside, which is saying something when facing plumbing issues. My first experience was with Ayersi (not sure of spelling) who replaced a broken toilet and fixed an inoperable kitchen faucet in a condo we just purchased. He was prompt, efficient, hard-working and very nice. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience and result for the price I was charged. And today, Ayersi (again not sure about spelling) and Julio came out on a holiday weekend and attendees to an emergency issue promptly and with a great spirit (Julio took a liking to our young spaniel!). I will definitely be calling them for any future needs, and I will hope that Ayersi and/or Julio are assigned to the job. I will be sure to ask for them. Thanks so much, Channelside!

I used these guys a few years ago. A plumber named Don came out and took care of my drain issue fast and courtesly. So I called them this time again and they charged twice what Don did and didn't get the drain clear and wanted me to jet my drain lines for even more money. They also told me they fired Don. I personally believe they did so because he had integrity and this company is more about trying to swindle you out of money. I will never use them again and recommend you look for any other plumber.

Ayarsi was super professional and did the repair in a timely manner. He was helpful in responding our questions/ concerns. He went above and beyond in fixing our plumbing leak and our neighbor’s leak as well. He did all of this by himself and while it was raining outside. He even took the time to make sure everything was clean and better smelling after he was done. We were extremely pleased with his amazing customer service and we hope that if ever again in the future we need this company’s services, that Ayarsi comes out again. Thank you for such great service :)

I couldn't ask for better service! I was able to get my issues resolved and fixed that day. They provided great service and were very knowledgeable. They came on time and understood the urgency of the issue. These are the plumbers you want. They even cleaned up the water mess by my water heater before leaving.

I came home to a flooded nightmare in my bathroom... thank goodness for Channelside! Randy (the plumber) was quick to respond, late on a Saturday night no less, and refused to leave before the problem was fully fixed. He went to lengths to clean the area after he was finished and even stayed to make sure the carpet cleaner arrived to take care of removing the water. Thank you Channelside for your amazing service.
