These guys men and woman are great. We needed a new furnace a week before thanksgiving. No one else could get us in before 12/12. They got our furnace in for the best price possible. My husband who needed to be with his family is able to spend Thanksgiving with the whole family warm and sage and happy.

From first contact service was amazing. Multiple texts, along with a picture and name of my technician. Corey gave me an estimate on securing 3 of my toilets. Corey was honest and provided me with great advice to save me money, turned out I only needed one of them repaired. I appreciated Corey’s honesty and advice. He also looked at my water softer and provided me with $ saving tips. I will definitely call again for any and all my plumbing needs. Thanks Corey, “between you and me”you were fantastic!

Charged over $1,300 to clear a back up and did not guarantee the work. The floor drains backed up the next day and they said they could fix the problem yet would not refund the money or even respond to me. Had to close my restaurant early and could not reopen for lunch the next day. Called another company FCS and the cleared the drain and have not had a problem. The owner David did not respond to my request for a refund or to work something out, he is not a good person to do business with. I will report them to the BBB and let people and companies know not to do business that will not back they're work.

Charles responded to my message right away when our water heater stopped working. He texted ahead to let me know when he'd be stopping by and came right on time. Charles was friendly and very kind to my two little boys who were curious about his work. It ended up being a simple fix, and he didn't even charge me! I am so appreciative to have hot water and to have found a good plumber. I will definitely be calling Plumbgreat again!

Joey came out to look because I had a leak under my foundation , he gave me options that I could choose from. I went with the repipe due to this being my third copper leak already .Adrian,Joey and they're crew came the Next day and had the job done in a day and a half .Cleaned up after them self every day. I was very happy and would recommend Gulfshore plumbers to any of my friends

Every homeowners nightmare came true for us yesterday when we discovered a water leak in the middle of our living room floor. We were thankfully referred to Tampa Bay Plumbing by our insurance company. We had never used them before, so we were hoping for the best. They were on the job within 30 minutes of the call for help. First one truck then the second. The team carefully reviewed the situation (we had cut the water off to the house already) and coordinated with my husbands knowledge of our home, and soon decided we needed to find the dedicated pipe to the hose bibs to stop the flood in the house. Shovels came out and knees got dirty - but within an hour the underground villain had been discovered, capped off and life was restored to normal. What could have been a very expensive and stressful experience was resolved in miraculous fashion by this team of professional - (absolutely stand up guys) - super plumbers.
