We've had sewer issues for the past couple of years and multiple plumbing companies diagnosed what the problem was, but were unable to fix the issue. After getting in touch with James, he and his crew were out the same day and fixed our issue in a couple of hours. Everyone on the crew was incredibly professional and I can't recommend them highly enough.

James replaced our sewer drain line where he provided a fair and competitive quote. He explained the entire process from start to finish and was very responsive throughout the entire process. Our project ended up being a lot bigger than we had originally anticipated, but James did not back down from it. He took pride in his work and wanted to make sure we were satisfied with everything along the way. Would highly recommend him and would definitely hire him again.

James was very nice and knew exactly what was wrong with my water heater right when he looked at it then took care of it right away. He went and got me a new water heater and took the old one away for me. He was fast, affordable and professional...so you definitely can't go wrong calling him for any plumbing issues!

I have worked with James twice in the past year and his services are definitely recommendable. He showed up on time (maybe even a few mins early), he was wearing a company shirt (which I appreciate) and he was respectful. He figured out our first issue so quickly and with an easy fix. He didn't make it more complicated than it was and the issue is still resolved to this day. We needed a kitchen sink to be unclogged a few weeks later and again he was able to schedule us quickly and he was on time. He had to bring out the big boy snake but he fixed the clog and still resolved nearly a year later. We own two homes and now I text him whenever we need preventative maintenance or have plumbing issues at either home. I recommend Strowbiz Plumbing and wouldn't hesitate to give his number to family and friends. 5 stars no doubt. Thanks for being our guy!

In the middle of a large interior remodel these guys were able to help relieve some of the stress by responding and showing up quickly. They were able to take care of new plumbing I needed before putting walls back together. They also worked with me and my schedule to come back out and install the new faucets, disposal, shower trim and new valves when I was ready. Top notch professional service.

It was a weekend and I was in a bind with a clogged shower and toilet in a one bathroom house. The owner of the business, James Strowbridge, came right out on a Sunday morning and was able to assist quickly and efficiently and it was a decent price as well. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

Strow Biz Plumbing was highly recommended by a friend of mine recently. I contacted them late in the evening and he was out at my house early the following the morning to fix my problems. James quickly diagnosed the issues and replaced a fill valve for my toilet bowl and the trap under the bathroom sink. He also installed a new garbage disposal under the kitchen sink. He was very professional, punctual and knowledgeable. I would definately utilize this company again. If you are ever in need of a good plumber, please give them a call. You won't regret it.

In the past year+ we’ve had a bunch of plumbing drama on our property. Fortunately, I came across a recommendation for James Strowbridge and his company on a FB community page. We are so glad we did! We had a mysterious leak that persisted for quite a while which several other plumbers were unable or unwilling to find—basically we were told it was too complicated or too much work. It was discouraging. When we finally had James come out, he gave us some great advice and helped us get to the bottom of the leak mystery. He worked his creative, problem-solving magic and fixed it! After that we had another strange plumbing issue on our property that he also helped us figure out. James and his team were professional and persistent at getting the job done. My kitchen sink wasnt draining well it was backing up every single time we washed dishes or used the disposal…even after snaking pipe… it turns out it wasn’t put together right by another plumber. I called James (who is the owner) at 10 am on Sunday looking for service. He was actually driving to breakfast with his wife. We kept in contact via text. James was out by 12 pm and promptly fixed the pipe under my sink that was leaking massive amounts of water. I have a 4 month old so water is very important for us. I got James information off a recommendation on Facebook. I can not be more thankful that he promptly answered his phone and restored water to my home. This company is just phenomenal. I had two different plumbers out to fix an issue with proper water flow in one of the showers, which has been very slow since we purchased the house they came in and was able to fix it and less than 20 minutes and now it feels like a hotel shower fantastic thank you guys so much.

If I could give James a sixth star I would! He did a phenomenal job installing my two toilets. Not only did he do work on new year's eve, he even came back on new year's day to finish the job. Communicative and helpful, I couldn't be happier!

I thought he was great! Willing to fix issue after hours 6:00pm. He was super quick and fixed the faucet which had rusted out on exterior wall and spewing water everywhere. He turned off water at meter and replaced pipe and spigot for very reasonable price. Thanks Laura

Awesome company! Our Condo Community, Westwind Place in the Westchase area used Strowbiz to perform an emergency service on Easter weekend on multiple main water breaks that had been going on for weeks. They came out immediately with all of their equipment. Our water main break was down at least 5ft and another water main break next to it was down just as far. Crazy to see all the water and how far down it was. The company worked 48 hours straight fixing our problems, our driveways and part of our roads leading to it had to be excavated to get to the source of the break. Our pipes are old unfortunately, saw old metal fittings from the 70s/80s that maybe was the culprit. Loved the vibe going on while they worked, loved the Michael Jackson music!! The owner, James, really seems to love his job! It’s great to see people love their job, master their work , especially when there are so many out there that don’t and are lazy workers. This company worked hard.

We had this plumber and it was good. Scheduled for project where other contractors were involved and on a time schedule and when we called to confirm the appointment they said sorry they had a bigger job to go to and it would be another week. They never even called us to tell us we only found out by calling to confirm and it’s messed up all of our plans . Plus it’s unfair to the other people we have scheduled. This is not professional and clearly the bigger money project talks . Not the individual customer.

Strowbiz came highly recommended on a FB neighborhood community group. I took a chance and called them. So glad that I did. I received a prompt response and a the technicians arrived in less than 30 minutes. Respectful, knowledgeable and took care of my problem and didn't gouge me!

I had another (not strowbiz) local plumber I found on google out to get a quote for a blockage in my plumbing. They charged me an exorbitant amount of money to put a camera in the pipe to basically tell me they couldn’t see anything and I was going to have to pay a lot of money to have it replaced.

I was referred by a close friend to James who owns Strowbiz. He found time to fit me in his schedule on the same day. When I met him I felt like he had already been my friend for 10 years. He looked at the job and said he’s going to have it figured out with confidence. He got it done quick, taught me everything he was doing, showed me with his camera everything that was going on in the plumbing system, and charged me a very reasonable amount for the day job with a reasonable quote for future work.

I feel like I left our interaction with a new friend.

Strowbiz is now my go-to hero plumbing company! Can't say enough good about them and the work that Chris did. They are extremely prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional.

It was Friday afternoon at 1pm, after a disaster with another plumber who shall remain nameless. I really had no hope that I would get anyone out before Monday, and i figured it would probably be Tuesday. I expected to live for another weekend with dangling plumbing issues.

Instead, I got Strowbiz' number from a neighbor, and et voila! They had Chris at my house within an hour and a half of my call. On Friday afternoon, no less! It was nothing short of a miracle.

To top it off, Chris put my mind at ease from the moment he walked in the door with his courtesy, respect, knowledge, and professionalism. He allayed my anxiety, got to work, got my jobs done in record time, and charged me less than the plumber I was working with before I called Strowbiz had quoted me. Above and beyond.

Justine the scheduler who answered the phone was also extremely courteous, competent, and understanding.
