Zach's Plumbing

Our proprietary manager sent him and I would absolutely NOT recommend him to anyone. The first time he serviced our house he wrote that the clog was an “alleged” clog even though I had pictures of sewage in my shower, bathtub, and all over the floor. He did nothing to fix the situation and I got a bill for over $100 for a “false emergency” even though he did not come until several days after the issue occurred. Then when I wanted to know how the problem would be fixed because it was still happening he told me he needed to “look at his notes and he would get back to me” which he never did. I didn’t hear from him again until he came over to repair a different issue. Refused to wear a mask in my house and showed up 30 minutes early and then was irritated when I made him wait until the appointment time.

VERY PROMPT, FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND REASONABLY PRICED PLUMBER WHO DID AN EXCELLENT JOB FIXING MY UNDERGROUND BROKEN PIPE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM AND GREATLY ENJOYED HIS WONDERFUL SENSE OF HUMOR! THANK YOU FOR A JOB WELL DONE.

Jacob was amazing. Came out for an emergency call. Our house had a blockage in the sewer line and when we showered the house would flood from the bases of all toilets. Jacob was extremely great and had to spend pretty much the whole day trying to diagnose the issue and repair. Thank you so much Jacob. I recommend his company's highly!!!

Great and honest guy. It seemed when he got here my clogged toilet wasn't clogged anymore. However he stayed and flushed quite a few times only to discover it was still clogged. It was a deep clog and he had to fix it from the outside of my home. I'm so glad he was able to fix it!

I had a main drain line clog, and life is no fun without that working properly. I called Zach's and they made time for me in the afternoon to get everything back in working order. Jacob was a straight forward likable guy and certainly professional, and he gave me a good price for the work. I've been in construction my whole life (plumbing not my forte) and I would indeed recommend them to my friends.

I just got this company number from a gray suv to contact them and like 2 miles away the same guy just insulted me and gave me a middle finger just because he was speeding. Very particular workers .

Jacob is a great plumber who has a integrity and a respect! We had a leak in the garage and didn't know if it was the air conditioner or my hot water heater. Called Jacob and he arrived on time and after the inspection he told me what the issue was. He was honest with what our options would be. His charge was reasonable and the work was excellent! I would certainly recommend him.

I found Zach’s Plumbing via recommendation on a Facebook group. I texted him on a Sunday afternoon and received an almost immediate response. He was patient with all my questions before scheduling an appointment. At the time of service, he was very professional and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. His prices are all very reasonable, and listed on his website. He made sure to double check that both toilets and showers were draining correctly after cleaning the clogged septic lines. I will definitely be recommending his company to anyone who needs plumbing work.

He was guick, and friendly. He tolerated my barking dogs. And fixed my problem in less than 2 hrs. He did lots of trouble shooting. Lost a part of his tool in the drain line, and changed me an affordable price. I will call on him again, and tell everyone about him.

Jacob came out about 30-40 minutes after I called him (mind you it's Sunday evening) after I broke an outdoor hose spicket. He was simply amazing. Rewelded a faucet back on it AND filled the hole that was made by the repair. I can't speak highly enough of him and his work. I look forward to using him for future repairs. Thanks again Jacob!

My wife and I have now utilized Zach’s Plumbing out of Riverview Florida on two occasions in the last two weeks. The first time was an absolute emergency when our drain to the street backed up and made it impossible for us to use any bathroom, or anything in the house that would cause water to enter a drain. We called all the “big” companies and after contacting “answering services” that promise four hour service; we were told they could not get here for at least 24 hours. We were blessed that a neighbor posted that they recently had some work done by Zach’s Plumbing, and not only was their work very HIGH QUALITY but very reasonably priced. My wife called the number provided to us, and the call was answered on a Sunday Afternoon by Jacob, who is the actual Plumber, not an answering service who makes excuses of why they can’t get to your emergency in less than 24 hours. Jacob of Zach’s Plumbing was at our house as promised within ONE hour and the drain was cleared within ten minutes. I will also mention that this was done on a Sunday, in a little over an hour, at an absolute fraction of the cost of the big companies making the empty promise of a four hour response. Thank you so much Jacob, of Zach’s Plumbing. You are a compassionate, and caring person and run a fair and honest business.

This business will give you a low estimate, and then drag their feet when doing the job to increase the billable time.
Their plumber Jacob G came to out home and all h3 accomplished in 3 hours was to install the dishwasher, garbage disposal & get our kitchen sink hooked up. When installing the sink faucet he didn't flush the faucet before putting it in, which made the water stream come out jagged. There was also a drip under the kitchen sink after he installed it. My husband had to fix both issues. Big waste of money and time.
