They were out early the next morning after a late night call about a clogged drain line. I was expecting to leave a voicemail but they actually picked up and talked me though their service. They were able to resolve our issue in no time despite our cleanout access issues. Extremely fair pricing. Very happy with their service and I'm happy to support a local business.

My tenant called to say that the toilet was leaking from the bottom and the sink was backing up. I was out of town so I had to find someone to go review the issues and repair the problem. I got a few recommendations and called Alvarez. Rihanna answered the phone. She explained that they charge a $49 diagnostic fee, which is waived if you use them for the repair. I expressed that I was not comfortable with this idea. I had never used them before and I wasn’t sure if they just give me an outrageous price. Rihanna empathize with me, waived the potential fee because I was a first time customer and got me a same day appointment. She was lovely.

Then about 2 hours later Ryan arrived at the property. He was awesome. After assessing the situation, he gave me a fair quote and did the job while keeping in contact with me.

I am happy with the service I received and will use Alvarez Plumbing for my future emergency plumbing needs.

Not long on conversation. .had serious problem..of three plumbing companies called this company determined I could not wait hours and promised someone within the hour...as promised Doug appeared and professionally,courtesely, proceeded to repair the problem..thanks Doug...and I plan to keep this company on speed dial for future plumbing services

I recently had this company done the repipe for my home. There were so many things were not done properly and they had to sent different technicians to correct it. The technician named Chris and Brian came and fix and clean up the messes other technicians left. They are excellent. They knew what were the issues and fixed them properly. If you are going to use this company, please ask for Chris. He is the best. Because of the good guys the company sent and willing to do the right thing. That is how the company got good rating

I had a clogged sink and called to get it cleared. However, when the technician Corey arrived and inspected the plumbing, he discovered that the pipes were initially installed outside of code regulations. I was very impressed by his knowledge and workmanship, as well as by the customer service displayed by the office staff over the phone. Next time I need plumbing services I won’t think twice before reaching out to this company.

Charged over $1,300 to clear a back up and did not guarantee the work. The floor drains backed up the next day and they said they could fix the problem yet would not refund the money or even respond to me. Had to close my restaurant early and could not reopen for lunch the next day. Called another company FCS and the cleared the drain and have not had a problem. The owner David did not respond to my request for a refund or to work something out, he is not a good person to do business with. I will report them to the BBB and let people and companies know not to do business that will not back they're work.

So after calling a big name company for my repair they never showed up!! So I went through and found PlumbGreat Plumbing!! Charles the owner showed up on time did a fantastic job on a repair and a clean up of what was a ugly previous repair!! Very professional and fair price!

I had a an appointment scheduled between 10-2. Nobody showed up and when I called at 2pm to get an ETA, I was told they’d be in touch very soon. However, no one ever called. Terrible service and unprofessional

Scam artists! They were hired to do a job… install grease trap, water heater and other plumbing jobs. They failed to complete this, the trim out, etc. One of the owners or managers called yelling and screaming threatening to remove permit if all the money wasn’t paid up front, even though there was a contract clearly stating payment terms. As soon as they got the money they disappeared and never came back. This is the type of company that gives all contractors a bad name. Stay away.

Jacob is a great plumber who has a integrity and a respect! We had a leak in the garage and didn't know if it was the air conditioner or my hot water heater. Called Jacob and he arrived on time and after the inspection he told me what the issue was. He was honest with what our options would be. His charge was reasonable and the work was excellent! I would certainly recommend him.
