Fox was easy to work with, and extremely professional. I could not be happier to have worked with them on my project. I had three of their team members in my home and they were all very clean, respectful and courteous. Corey came out first to do the site-visit and estimation. He clearly explain to me everything that would or would not be included and offered some very helpful suggestions. Wayne and Krystal came to my house to do the work and they were amazing. They were always on time, and even called to give me a heads up when they were on their way. They worked hard to complete their job, but we’re also diligent about keeping my home clean and safe. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again the next time I need a plumber.

Initially I was pleased with my service from this company. We had a toilet leak and they properly diagnosed the problem, giving us a cheaper option and a more costly option to long term fix it. We did go with the more costly option, and it was to happen on another day. They day of the repair comes and also included in our invoice is a new hot water tank. We were told that the hot water tank we had was 16 years old and needed replacing. There was no date on the tank, so we trusted what they said and replaced that too. After all repairs were complete we rung up for a very large sum. Just because I was curious I checked our inspection report for the year of our hot water tank and decoded the manufacturer date. It was 2015, making our hot water tank just 6 years old. VERY dishonest of this company. We should have done our homework and double checked before ringing up, but I suppose it’s our bad for being trusting. The service itself was clean and well done. This left such a bad taste in my mouth however that I would advise to not go with this company. It felt very dishonest.

UPDATE: The plumber servicing us, as well as Gene himself, personally called and apologized for their error. We are going to be credited half back for the cost of the water heater. It appears that the situation was a true mistake all around, and we appreciate the care taken to correct this.

That plumber's arrival made my day. I've been able to use the shower regularly again, and it works wonderfully for my plumbing needs.

I had 2 toilets that were needing to be installed. Will not only did not come out to do them, he additionally allowed a leak to persist. Do not use this company if you want reliable service & on the chance that you must, ensure Will is not your plumber unless you want bad service & a bad job.

Did not ask a lot of questions over the phone when we set up appt so tech didn't know what to do or look at. Dug around for 20 minutes on the side of the house. Told me call a septic company and a plumber to fix inside.

This company does great, fast work. They were done with the whole repipe in about 5 hours and it looks like great work. After getting 4 bids they were also by far the most inexpensive. I would recomend there work to everyone.

Where do I start...I hired Clear water to locate a small leak between the meter and my house. Simon came out and found the spot for me. I told him I was going to dig it up and attempt the repair myself..Simon told me that after I could see the pipe to call him and he would either bring the parts I needed or fix it himself.
The leak was under a 3 ft tall landscape hill...I called 811 and they located my power, right next to the water (of course) so no machines could be used to dig...6 hrs of digging and I found the pipe had been encased in a large tree root over the years...I called Simon...He came out the next day, a Sunday on labor day weekend! 4 hrs of cutting away the root and he got the pipe fixed.
Simon did not charge me anymore than the standard hourly rate...No massive holiday rates...No taking advantage...Simon fixed the pipe because he would not quit when it seemed pointless...He save me thousands in not having to install a new service...Hire Simon and Clear Water leak detection he works hard and is honest!

I hired Zoltan to advise me on my DIY underground bathroom rough in, and he was extremely helpful. He came out the day after I requested him, and for a reasonable price he spent time advising me on the details of my underground plumbing project. The job was extensive, I hadn’t done this work before, and with Zoltan’s help I was able to pass my inspection smoothly. He was detailed, and knew his stuff. I will definitely work with Zoltan again, and would trust him with any plumbing project.

I had main sewer clog causing back up in my basement toilet and kitchen sink. I called in Raman, he came out did camera inspection and gave me an estimate for sewer replacement. Within next couple days, they came out got the work done. Very clean, honest and hard working team, I must add very very efficient.

This company is AMAZING! I received a $2000 water bill from the city and was in a panic. Called numerous companies to find someone who could detect a leak, after all the shut downs and limited capacity due to Covid, my small business is struggling. Each company that I called wanted to charge upwards of $1600 just to find a leak and many couldn't get me in until next week and some just were not interested in the job. It was about a 75 foot run and the pipe was only 2.5 feet down, so a fairly easy job. I called Akers and immediately could tell the difference in customer service. The receptionist was friendly, asked all the right questions and got back with me immediately sending someone over on the day I called. Andrew showed up right on time and was efficient, professional, and very kind and helpful. He found the leak immediately and also gave me some great advice for next steps so we could save some money and be within regulation with the city. Akers is very fair priced and the customer service is phenomenal. I have kept their card and will be calling them for any future challenges and plan to recommend them to all of my friends. I can't say enough nice things about how this company operated today, I am SO grateful!

We have used O'Neill Plumbing for nealy 20 years but are now concerned with a large rate increase.

Prompt service with great explanations, observations, and advice through the leak locating process. These plumbers did great work and repaired the leak at a very reasonable price. Will definitely reach out to Watertite for future plumbing needs.
