Water heater was spitting out water, called, came same day and replaced it! They brought things up to code and it was all done quickly. Super professional, also helped with my sink. Joe was plumber who came and was great, and so was the person who answered the phone. 10/10 would recommend!

Jessie showed up right on time. He was professional and really knew his trade. We've had other companies out this summer for the same problem. They were never able to do any more than just clear the drain. It didn't take Jessie long to find the reason for this recurring blockage. We now have a permanent fix and I know it will not happen again.

We appreciated Jim Dandy's response to a blockage in our sewer . We called early afternoon and they were able to come around 7 PM in the evening. The technician was efficient and friendly. They unclogged the sewer in less than 30 mins. We were charged $1000 due to after hours service. We were followed up with a video inspection a couple days later and was told it would cost and additional $1000 to hydrojet the sewer and reduced to $600 after I suggested that cost seemed very high.

Jim Dandy's service was good and efficient. I would recommend others to call around and get quotes for addressing a sewer backup to save some money. We felt an urgency to the issue and wanted the backup addressed ASAP. Based on these costs, we sought out different companies for jetting and sewer repair services.

Service was excellent! I have used them twice now, once for myself and another time for my father. Arrived on time and resolved all issues!!

I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.

They told us they will replace a part in our water heater, instead they replaced the whole unit with one in their own inventory charging us for double the price for the same unit in the market. They took our original unit with themselves and after we asked them to return it the day after, they said they have tossed it out! We emailed them and asked questions about the unit replacement without our consent, and they called my husband and threatened him of consequences! So in short, we got a fast service, but we paid double price, we lost our own unit (which only needed a part to come back to life), and we were threatened the same day for asking questions about their decision.

We just bought our house and knew we were in need of some plumbing updates. We hired a different plumbing company that weren’t that reliable and had screwed us over. Then we called Puget Sound Plumbing. Steve and PK Came to our rescue!! Not only did they fix the problem in a timely manner they were so friendly and professional. We’ve had a couple other set backs that they have come to fix. We really enjoy them and appreciate all the time And love they’ve put into our home. Thank you guys!!! My water bill was going through the roof so I called out a plumbing company named Roto router that took me to the cleaners for a couple thousand dollars and didn’t even fix the leak! Don’t ever call Roto router ever they are rude and so expensive and then did not do the job at all. My experience with Clearwater was totally different totally! They showed up exactly on time very personable, Great smile and actually spoke English not that I’m not a fluent in 48 other languages LOL but he’s the first one of 32 were from rotor router that spoke my language which was refreshing and he was knowledgeable told me what he thought it was and he was exactly right. He said it was going to go outside and see what he could find and within 20 minutes he was back at the door telling me it was all fixed I could not believe it all fixed the meter was not running at all with the leak and he told me I had been leaking about 700 gallons per day per day! Incredible what a waste thanks Roto router for running my water bill up another $300 by not fixing anything. Thank you to Clearwater for fixing things Alderwood Water came out and checked the meter no leaks no leaks no leaks no leak. Don’t hesitate to call Clearwater they are the best! Absolutely the best!!! Thanks Clearwater!

Bobby T and his team are the absolute best! I don’t think we will ever use any other plumber. We’ve had him come out a few times, with services that need to be done as soon as possible. He was always very responsive and able to make it work. Tonight he came out to fix an outside water spigot that had burst. We had to turn off the water main and so he wanted to come out to fix it as soon as possible so that we would have our water back on. He was able to work quickly and come up with a very good solution to make it work and get our water back on. It was very affordable! Especially after having to use Beacon Plumbing a few years ago for a similar service and getting charged over five times as much as what they quoted us over the phone. I very much appreciate his business ethic and quality work. If you’re looking for a plumber don’t look any further than Bobby T! He’s your guy!! A company is mostly based off of the personnel customers are in contact with, i.e. customer service. Maybe this is a good company but I wouldn't give them my business based on the horrible customer service I was given via telephone when calling about some inquiries. The gal nearly hung up on me. Very unprofessional.

Plumbers just left my house. I had a leaky faucet and clogged drain. They fixed it quickly, explained everything and were super friendly! Such a good experience!!The scheduling office did not impress me. I called for a weekday appointment on Saturday and the lady on the phone said she'd call me back to finalize a time and never did. On the day of they gave me a two hour window to be home during and didn't call me to tell me the plumbers would be an hour late, even though the plumber had called the office to let them know. Also, and this is a pretty big deal, the office quoted the half hour rate as the hourly rate, so the job was twice as expensive as I'd planned on.

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.

Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.

I highly recommend Watertite Plumbing, as my experience with Sharif during my remodel of my kitchen and two bathrooms offered three visits by him to complete the different stages of the project. He and his teammate were on time, professional and courteous with good mask wearing practices. Definitely will call on Watertite in the future if the need arises.
