Best Water Line Replacement in Seattle WA

We've always been satisfied Fox Plumbing customers, so when we experienced toilet issues this morning (the day before Thanksgiving), I called to see if there was any hope of getting it fixed. Five hours after I called, James was at the door ready to install our shiny new toilet. James, and your other technicians, are always so nice and so professional. I am very happy with Beacon Plumbing and Mechanical. Hot water was running brown water throughout the whole house, suspected the hot water tank as cold water was clear and the tank was 15 years old. Stopped freakin' and called Beacon at 4:30PM on a Wed and they set up a service representative to come out next morning at 9AM.Service rep Paul called ahead next morning and was at my door just before 9. Nice guy, super knowledgeable and very careful and self sufficient. With over 36 steps to the roof deck where the tank resides he managed it all! Great job, waived the $75 service fee and gave me a 50% discount on the expansion tank that also needed to be replaced.Cost? Well sure I could have bought a gas hot water tank a bit cheaper on my own, but heck why put myself and my friends (would need help getting it up all those stairs!) through all that time and stress. That and I am no plumber, gas lines and water lines? I could do it...sure with some help, but not without a lot of hand wringing! These guys are professionals, it's warrantied and got it done quickly and done right. Worth every penny. Thanks Paul, thanks Beacon!

The outdoor drainage pipe that catches the water from our roof gutter was backing up. We wanted to clear it out before the rainy season. I was expecting to pay $500-$600. The agent checked out the problem and told me it would cost $1200. The Roto Rooter agent used a tool, like a powerful snake to clear out the pipeline. It turned out the clog went all the way to our neighbors' pipe (our townhomes share the same pipe system). Because of the extra footage that needed to be covered, I was informed the job would now cost $1800. With tax, etc. it came to over $1900.I believe we were greatly overcharged for the service we received!

After calling more 6 or so plumbers on the eastside to help unclog my kitchen sink, I was really glad to have found Ridgid Plumbing. Unlike other plumbing companies, the owner of Ridgid Plumbing answered my call (no voice mail, no dispatcher) and told me one of his technicians should be able to get to my home in 20-25 min. Within 20 min, the technician Armin showed up at my door. He assessed my situation, gave me quotes for two options and described what each option entailed. Armin took a little less than 1.5 hours to finished the repair and the clean up. He was professional and knowledgeable. The price was higher than what I had expected ($425 before tax), but given the availability, promptness and the professional work, I was happy with their service.

We live in an old Craftsman house, which had a number of unique repairs made to it including the water pipes. In fact many of our water pipes were not water pipes. This meant that we didn't have adequate water pressure not to mention poor flow from the hot water heater. They gave us a great quote that included installing a new water heater, installing a new shower that we purchased, and repiping the house from the main to all of the faucets and water outlets. It was completed in a day and easy to arrange. We are very happy with the results. I would recommend them for repiping.

Rude and sloppy

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.

Pool was loosing water. Simon came and did an extensive examination of the pool and all the plumbing. He was able to map out all of the undeground pipes for intake and outake. Eventually he found the leaks in the side of the pool. There was an old decommissioned 1.5 inch copper pipe that had started leaking at some point. He inserted a screw cap, and the leak was fixed.

Bobby came out to my house after hours to inspect a possible leak and quickly found a hole in a pipe where we had some work being done. He replaced the pipe and cleared the lines. He did all of this in about 1.5 hours. He provided feedback on other items that could be issues down the road (we have original galvanized steel pipes) and recommended the most cost efficient solutions. He totally saved us! I highly recommend Bobby when it comes to your plumbing needs. Total life savior !!!

The team from O'Neill Plumbing just installed a new copper water service at my home and did an outstanding job. Mike, Lorenzo and Carl prepared for the boring and made the necessary connections and upgrades on time, with expertise and cleaned up thoroughly. Mike, the lead plumber, ensured that the City came out and installed a new copper pig-tail from the city main to my property. Excellent work.

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.

Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.

5 star experience all around. I was a bit skeptical because they are a newer company, but I submitted my request on their site and Sharif got back to me the same day. He was easy to communicate with and I was able to get an actual idea of the estimated cost ahead of time, which was very reasonable. He was able to come out the next day and arrived exactly on time. Friendly and efficient, he got my new water pressure regulator installed beautifully and with a warranty. I'm very pleased to have no more drips and also to have perfect water pressure again. So refreshing to have someone local who I can trust after trying with the big corporate companies. I look forward to future business with Watertite Plumbing. The sink in my kitchen was broken. This plumber came out on short notice and solved the problem with complete confidence. They were efficient, reasonably priced, and conscientious in their work. Everything about it was above and beyond my wildest dreams.
