Furnace had shutdown! Fox came out that same day. They were honest about options of fixing furnace vs installing new one. Didn't try to oversell. I felt I could trust them! They came back next day and installed a new furnace. Quickly. On Time. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Professional. Clean. Will use again for all my heating and plumbing needs.

They called to let me know an earlier appointment was possible, and they showed up right on time. Friendly, efficient, and walked me through what he was doing and other options/considerations.

The company rates seem a little high, but that has nothing to do with the technician… he was 10/10.

Tyler was very knowledgeable, explained what the problem was and how to care for it if it happens again.

I had a pinhole leak in a pipe and needed a garbage disposal replaced. The technician Travis did a great job completing both projects. I appreciated that he communicated pricing for various options in advance without any sales pressure.

We had Roto Rooter come to help with a backed up sewer pipe. The 1st crew was not sure he could snake the problem and set up an appointment for the next day. My basement had backed up sewage in it . The next morning they sent a crew with a camera. The were able to find roots in the drain pipe and get it cleared. All there agents were very nice and courteous. After paying over $700 I do not understand why they want to charge another $150 just to give me an estimate to repair the piping. Not happy with the high pricing and charging for estimates.pat

Great plumber. Thorough, communicative, friendly. Another plumber told me they'd have to do up the concrete to fix the issue. Rigid was able to clear it with their snake. My only plumber from now on.

Had two different techs, one for scoping side sewer, one to look at a shower problem. Both were excellent - on time, professional, and competent.

I typically don't leave reviews but I wanted to explain how great Nick and his crew were. I had received a quote from another company and felt very uneasy about the investment and how they interacted with us. I came across Repipe Masters and decided to get a quote. Nick was very prompt and responsive for our appointment. He went through the house and got back to me quick with a very affordable price. He and I went back and forth for a couple of weeks while I asked as many questions that I could regarding the work to be done. He was always informative and I was really taken back that he did not sub out the work.

We decided to go with them and he was able to schedule us within 2 weeks. He and his crew arrived at the schedule time and completed the work in about 8 hours. They laid down barriers to keep the dust down and not to walk on our floors. They worked quickly to make sure that everything was completed and put back together. We did pay for them to patch the walls, which came out perfect.

I 100% recommend Nick and his team. You will not go wrong with these guys!

I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.

Josh and Johnathan were awesome and professional, they came out same day and also fixed everything same day! Our dog liked them, which is a good sign! Highly recommend.

The owner of this business arrived on schedule and quickly identified the location of the leak. He did identify 2-3 locations which was a bit concerning. Later when I dug up the location I found two leaks which corresponded almost exactly to where he had put in the flags. The fix was relatively quick and easy.

I appreciate the punctuality and professional attitude of this business. I would not hesitate to work with them again in the future.

I called for a running toilet and unfortunately the part that was needed wasn’t in their stock for weeks. They were able to offer an alternative solution. We were able to order online sooner and will attempt to fix on our own. I appreciated the same day appointment and professionalism by Farmer and Reed. They understood our need to get the parts in sooner. They only charge if they perform the work. I’m going to reach out to O’Neill in the future. (I’ve used another plumbing company and they charge just to give me an estimate)

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.

Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.

I had a leak in the shower. The wall was very wet. This very nice, professional, man came and fixed my pipe and wall. He left it clean and didn't mess up anything in my home. The cost of my repair was a lot better than other quotes that I recieve. Thank you
