Best Water Service Replacement in Seattle WA
I always have a great experience with Fox. Most recently we had a large issue with the main pipe that feeds into the septic tank. Fox came out quickly, assessed the issue and returned to correct it. They even seeded the lawn after they filled in the hole that had to be dug to get to the pipe. I will not use anyone else for my heating and plumbing needs.

Tu explained in great detail why my hydronic and thankless system were not working properly and clarified misinformation on the internet for me. He was very respectful and understanding of the sticker shock and gave me several quotes to review.

Seattle Sewer, Plumbing & Heating provided me with an excellent service. They were incredibly knowledgeable and competitively priced. My plumbing problem was fixed with no fuss, and I would gladly recommend them to all my family and friends!

If you call Beacon, you’ll be freakin. Easy to schedule with. They did come quickly to our emergency. That’s was as far as the good service went. We’ve had to track them down for receipts which may be common. But what made this experience so bad I would never recommend company was, they found a blockage, said we needed to repair 40ft of sewer piping cost 6k. The owner of the house left after this was done. We get a call saying there is more damage than expected. They put the camera further down the pipe and discovered that the main sewer line had deteriorated and was causing major blockages. They quoted us 23k to replace the entire line. The owner said he didn’t have the money so don’t do the second repair. They told him if you don’t, you’re going to continue to have water backing into your home. But they had just installed an opening outside to the line that would actually give us a solution to it backing into the house. We could just go outside, open up this pipe and it would flood outside instead. So they were absolutely trying to use scare tactics. I property manage the house and was referred by a roommates friend to call south west plumbing for a second opinion. We did that. I was there when south west out the camera down our sewer line. There were zero blockages and NO deterioration. There were some very small root intrusions. That’s all. They told us that there were no signs of the line backing up on us anytime soon. Just that the root intrusions will at some point need to be taken care of. I would never use beacon plumbing again. The plumbers left us all not knowing what was going on during the first repair and when you call their office they will have no information for you. You have to get it all from the plumber. They will give you a list of work done and charges. That’s it. My questions for them were. Can the owner dig his own trench and lay pipe himself and then hire them to hook it up. The technician called me back and told me there was no blockage, but he had told the owner that there was. He then said we would have to Jack hammer the concrete driveway to access the pipe and digging our own trench would be very difficult. Well sure if we have to go under the driveway. But when you look at the map of our plumbing, it doesn’t run under the concrete. And southwest was able to use their technology to show us where the line goes. It’s not under the drive way. But next to it and under grass. When I asked Beacon how certain are you it’s under the driveway. They laughed and said, 100%. They straight up lie and try to get more money of people they think they can take advantage of. Do not use this company. There are so many better companies out there. Good luck on your projects and plumbing needs.

1. Very expensive. The tech said he was going to give me a deal by only charging for an hour. That would cost $685 plus tax. Seemed very high but I let them get to work.2. Mis-diagnosed problem. I showed the tech where water was backing up into a shower drain. They located a cleanout and used their high pressure hose and also video'd my sewer. I asked if going through the cleanout would clear the drain in both directions and he said it would.3. Did not check work. Roto-rooter left my house, but the drain was still clogged! I went in to check. Roto-rooter had not checked their work. I used a plunger but could not get the drain to clear.4. Did return to snake my line. I called roto-rooter to tell them that the problem was not solved. To their credit, they sent the same crew back. They used a simple snake through the shower drain in the house and cleared the line in 15 minutes.5. Dishonesty about charges. After returning, tech said he should really be charging me for a second line! Yet this was the exact drain I had identified to them when I called in the first place. Again, the phony message he conveyed was that he was doing me a favor by charging $685 plus tax and not charging me even more because he had to come back.Take aways:1. Way too expensive for a simple drain clearing.2. Use impressive, expensive equipment, but did not solve problem3. Failed to check their work4. Simple equipment fixed problem which I had identified when I called them in the first place.5. Will never use Roto-Rooter again, but rather a locally owned plumber or drain cleaning company.

Jim Dandy initially came out on a yearly service call to ensure my heat pump was running efficiently for the winter (its first service call). After a recharge with Freon and some diagnosis. It was determined that the heat pump was installed with a defective part by the installer (not Jim Dandy) and rather than reject the heat pump, the installer covered it up by removing Freon from the system so the heat pump would run without shutting off. Jim Dandy, worked with the manufacturer to get the part for me under warranty and got my heat pump up and running again. Clearly I will not be using the original installer for anything ever again.

Installer did a fine job. Of course with plumbing, one must remain
alert to how it's functioning over time. Should go fine.

Simon knows his work and is upfront, prompt and courteous. Prices were much more reasonable than others. Recommended multiple options. Great conversationalist. Found the leak in my ridiculously impossible driveway. Will only recommend him for leak detection since I will use no one else. Thanks!
UPDATE: When I had someone come fix the leak, it was right about where he said it was. I probably saved 10k without having to do replacement. Thanks again!

Bobby was recommended by a neighborhood blog. He helped me w/o even a visit!
My dishwasher was emptying water into the cabinet below the sink.
Bobby said his earliest appt availability was two days out but he conveyed some information that allowed me to fix it myself.

We had a few quotes from various plumbing companies to have a water main repaired/replaced. Our house was built in the 60s and they planted big trees over the utilities, we've had our water repaired twice and on the third time we decided it was time to think about moving the line. Akers came out and gave us options but showed us how much of a liability it would be to repair at it's current leak spot, so we bit the bullet and had it moved. They were responsive and were only delayed because of a previous project and issues with the city. They showed up only a few days late and did the work with amazing quality and we're super nice about explaining what they were doing and why (but not if you dont care, which I did). The team did a great job and I have already referred them to someone else who needs work done.

It would be difficult to run out of superlatives in describing O'Neill Plumbing and the work they do. You're not simply hiring a company; you're hiring a family - a team of people who do great and professional work and who obviously enjoy what they are doing and enjoy their co-workers. And trust me: they work HARD. Yes, they're fast, as they claim but they aren't sloppy. They are efficient. They are always willing to take a break from the job to explain what they are doing and why it must be done that way. When O'Neill is finished with the job you can be assured it was done correctly with no corners cut. Replacing a side sewer is not for the financially faint of heart so you're going to want to hire a company you can trust. O'Neill Plumbing is the best! Thank you Bobby, Frank, Cody, Nick, Carl, Elijah, Lorenzo, Larry and Chris and Brian.

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.
Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.

Sharif came the next morning after we called him and installed the water line for our fridge. He worked very quickly and cleaned up after himself. Happy to report my fridge makes ice again! He was very friendly and professional and charged a very fair reasonable price. I will definitely be calling him again when i need plumbing assistance, i highly recommend his services.
