Best Water Service Line Replacement in Seattle WA
Highly recommended! Their employees are professional, courteous and timely! We purchased a new water heater from Fox and after four estimates from other companies, we are very happy with our decision to go with them!

Our plumbing failed and we had a very large leak develop. We called Two Sons Plumbing and they immediately put us on the schedule for 8:00am the next morning. The next morning we were greeted by a smiling young man (Tyler)! Tyler was very energetic to crawl under the house and fix the problem. Within a few minutes, Tyler emerged from under the house, knew what the problem was, had it fixed, leak tested and ready for use. Thanks Tyler for a great job!!!!

We hired a plumber from the Caldwell, ID, franchise of Beacon Plumbing. Shawn arrived promptly, checked all our issues, and made minor adjustments. He was scrupulously honest. What great service!

I had 2 toilets that were needing to be installed. Will not only did not come out to do them, he additionally allowed a leak to persist. Do not use this company if you want reliable service & on the chance that you must, ensure Will is not your plumber unless you want bad service & a bad job.

I had a sewage line backup that needed immediate attention late on a Saturday. Of the 4 firms I contacted RR was the only one that could help same-day. Sandeep arrived on time, clearly explained the options, and had the problem solved in 20 minutes. He was professional, courteous and efficient. Recommend.

I had couple of good experiences with Jim dandy. One was to replace a kitchen faucet and another was to fix a blockage in crawlspace drainage underground. The cost for faucet replacements was fair compared to other quotes I got from other plumbing services. The cost for crawlspace drainage unblocking was slightly pricy but they did the job cleanly with a proper diagnosis to identify where the blockage was and they fixed it. Patrick and Tim were the service professionals. They did the good job on the diagnosis on identifying a tree whose roots were filling up the drainage pipes. They identified the point where the roots blocked the pipe underdgound and digged it out and removed the roots from the pipe. A different plumber I used before this couldnt diagnose it and charged me for 2 hours without fixing the issue. I will recommend Jim Dandy since they have done a clean job on both occasions.

I called in for a diagnostic appointment with Nick from Repipe Masters. On the day of, he never showed up. I tried to call and he even hung up the phone. They know how hot the market is right now and would only go for the big job. Will not recommend for anyone!

I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.
Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.

Their window to show up was 11am to 1pm. They showed up at 3:45pm. $99 to show up and $420 to clear a slow draining tub. Shocking they did not waive the $99 fee given they showed up late and that is the absolute top tier price. Would avoid.

Simon was professional in every way: Explained what he was doing, why and how. He solved a complicated problem at our turn of the century house and found the leak quickly. I would recommend him without exception. YOu will not be disappointed!

Bobby T saved the day after water started backing up in my shower. He called me back within 15 minutes of ringing him and came out the next day. He was very up front on what was going on, costs and options. I highly recommend him!

Without a second thought I would recommend and call Akers Outdoor Plumbing again. I came home from work and discovered a water mainline leak in my front yard/porch area. I have some good experience with broken things around the house but water endless rushing from my home into my front yard - not one of them.
I received a few bits of advice on 1) needing to locate where the water main line leak is 2) marking that location and 3) then servicing the lines where the leaks or breaks are. This is where I found the Akers can do all of this rather than hiring two companies - one to detect where the leak is at and then another to service and repair the pipe.
I was lucky and they were able to accommodate coming out the same day I called to take a look and give me an assessment of how bad the water leak was, a general estimate and assessment and help in whether to call the Seattle Public Utilities to come out and shut off the water. In doing so, Andy and Traci coordinated with me all day, great communication and made me feel confident with choosing someone I didn't know yet to help me.
Here is a recap of why I preferred and appreciated their service. Honest assessment from Day 1. Helped me turn off my water by myself at street level and showed the tools to use so I could use water when I needed until the permanent fix could be worked out. 2. Fair estimate and pricing - never once did I receive pricing that felt gouging or high 3. Great communication - Being flexible is key in this line of business from the customer end. Sometimes their jobs take longer than expected so my job had to be pushed by a day or so. Always talked to me about delays or changes right away and gave me a good understanding of when it was going to be rescheduled. 4. Going above and beyond to take care of me with helping with certifications, inspections from the city, rebates for excess water usages etc. I didn't ask for this help ( and didn't even know I should). They saved me hours of calls on the phone with inspectors and the ulilties company and thousands of dollars with fast-forwarding the rebate process. 5. The repair job was done right. Quality materials. Timing. No short-cuts. They took care of my home like it was their's or one of their family members. Trust isn't easily earned, especially with a trade that I may not even know how to assess quality or inaccuracies right...Andy and his crew (and amazing talented wife) are amazing and I'm glad I worked with them.

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.
Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.
