Fox plumbing was great once again. We had a supply line break in our crawl space. They came out quickly. The main repair was done within a few hours of making the call. They also helped with a less urgent repair as well. We will call them again.

Called Gene Johnson for a clogged sink at an apartment complex. It was extremely important this be resolved as soon as possible. I had already called a couple other plumbing companies and getting fast service was an issue. I received a call from Mr. Rene Barajas from GJ that he would be on his way to address this issue. I met him at the site soon after the call, he reviewed the problem, gave me his estimate and began work immediately. Took a little doing, but he got it done meeting our time requirements. We were extremely happy with his service & professionalism. I also got to talk with the lady with their dispatching/call dept. and she was incredibly friendly and helpful too. Great plumber. Thorough, communicative, friendly. Another plumber told me they'd have to do up the concrete to fix the issue. Rigid was able to clear it with their snake. My only plumber from now on.

Had Jim Dandy out to look at my sewer line they replaced 4 years ago and make sure there weren’t roots that needed jetting. Good news is that it was pretty clear and not needing the $850 jetting. Bad news is I got charged $350 for the camera going down the pipe for 5 minutes. Not the technicians fault but is the managements fault as the technician said if the camera goes down they have to charge the fee. Highway robbery. Furthermore when they opened up the pipe they had to remove some rocks and chipped up concrete and left them to the side. For $305 of 30 minutes of work max I would expect the job site to be picked up. Will not be using again.

Bob Oates responded to my phone call and had techs on site the following day. We had a broken sewer pipe which they found and repaired instantly so we could get back on line while we evaluated our options for full and permanent repairs. We decided to make some changes to our interior plumbing as well as have our exterior drain lined. Anthony ran the job on the exterior while TJ was our interior plumber. They are two separate crews but they communicated with each other constantly. Both kept me informed on status each day until the job was done.

Nick and his team were clean, courteous and were able to do the work quickly. They repiped our house in one day and when he realized they had forgotten to repair the drain pipe for the washer Nick called immediately to let me know so that I wouldn't use the washing machine until they had come back asap to correct the mistake. They even made time to correct a bad decision we had made about keeping a faucet when they returned.
Bottom line: They provided us with good service and great value.

They were able to dispatch a plumber out same day which was great. However, they charge a $99 dispatch fee (which they were upfront with), then charged me $400 for a 10 minute search to find the water leak, then charged me another $900 to fix the leak and by the way, they don't repair any of the damage they do after they fix the leak. They were in and out of my house in less than 90 minutes and charge me $1500!!! Do not call these guys unless you want to get bent over.

Zoltan is a great guy, very friendly and knowledgeable. He’ll get the work done and is very accurate with his timing for jobs. I’ve hired him to replace a few water heaters and to repair a broken pipe in the past. You can count on him to get things done and he makes time for you.
