Best Water Pressure in Seattle WA

Called Beacon for a repair to a backflow system. They quoted me $3500. Two days later, a different licensed/bonded plumber charged me $180.

We just had our house re-piped by Repipe Masters (replaced 60s-era galvanized steel with PEX). They also installed a new hot water heater and two new toilets we had purchased.

The crew that performed the work was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. They discovered that additional work beyond the original scope was needed, and worked several additional hours to complete it (at a very reasonable cost).

The owner stopped by to check in on the project, and was clear with communication before and during the work. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their house re-piped.

I had one of their competitors (Bee’s Plumbing) do some plumbing work the day before. Bee’s Plumbing was very expensive and I felt they lacked initial transparency regarding their costs. That is, they charged me over $300 to ‘find a leak’ and then would not even attempt to repair the leak that day. They said I would have to call them after a contractor repaired some damage. Say what?

Enter O’Neill!!! They showed up the next day and fixed the major water leak under my house that Bee’s made no effort to address. Needless to say, I will have O’Neill Plumbing do some more work for me after my contractor begins work repairing my damaged floor due to said leak.

My house had some extensive water intrusion from an external pipe. I was able to schedule an inspection/quote very quickly. Elliot was the administrator and he was very professional and responsive. Roberto and Devin came out to perform the inspection and provide some hydro-jetting service for our sewage line as well. They were so nice and helpful. I am really pleased with the quality of work from Sewer Friendly and will definitely use this service in the future as well!

My wife and I recently found a big issue with our sewer line and contacted multiple companies about fixing the problem. Dirt Cheap was the only company that focused on understanding the cause of the problem and coming up with a reliable, economical solution; every other company recommended digging up the street would would have cost too much. We were experiencing an issue with our kitchen sink backing up after the water had been running for some time (the joys of home ownership). Thoren and his colleague came to our house and provided a thorough evaluation of the root cause of the problem and the step by step approach of how they were going to tackle the issue. Obviously, it is never a great experience to pay over a $1,000 for a repair. But the technical expertise of Thoren provided me peace of mind as well as his explanation of the issue. That to me is worth the 5 stars and will have me coming to them again (hopefully not necessary) if a problem were to arise again.
