We had a plumbing emergency late one night recently and our landlords called Beacon Plumbing. Zadrien showed up within an hour of being called and reassured us that he would get us up and running again soon as well as be able to tell us what may have caused our issue. Zadrien was professional and also calm, cool and collective given the circumstances. We really appreciate his service and professionalism.

Steven & Yoseph did a wonderful job putting in our new lights and switches. I needed some work done recently. The woman I talked to on the phone was so sweet. She is the type of sweet that you'd want your son to marry. Her name was Annie. They sent a man named Scott to do the work. He was very professional and polite. I will be using beacon plumbing again because of these two.

Jesus and Liam were very helpful, knowledgable, and friendly. They cleaned up very well also.

Called up to ask for a quote on unblocking a clogged dishwasher pipe, customer service was extremely rude and helpfully offered a quote of between $1 and $10,000.

It's not unreasonable to want a ballpark estimate on a common job like unblocking a clogged line before committing to paying $75 to book a visit. Cannot recommend these guys until they have more pricing transparency and better training for customer service.

The drains in the kitchen and laundry room backed up in the morning. Sean R. came out within two hours of calling in and was able to find and unclog the issue within an hour. A huge headache was averted thanks to Sean R.! Thank you!

A simple job to do fix the shower faucet. They were professional and timely in fixing that but the price is a rip-off at $465. Refused to give a quote before visit and once they were here, the only option was to pay $465 for the job or don't have them do the job and pay $75 as visit fees.

Over pricing and not constant primary estimates,They told me that they will charge $70 for inspection and find the issue in phone , then they show up and told me what is the issue for pump and asked me $250 To fix it, I said Ok , then after 10 minutes they told me that we need to give you quote for repairs which was $1100 For filling gas for pump?! I said you told me $250 for repairs couple of minutes ago
I said No but they charged me $250 without solving any issue and they left ?!!!, they said that is the price for inspection?!! That was totally different from what they originally quote me and way higher,
Bad customer support and bad experience , our pump is 4 years old and was inspected regularly,
I do not recommend them to any body unless you want to overpay for services,

Called Beacon to come snake my drains in my house where reno work is going on; kitchen and bathroom. No sinks or toilets installed, dry wall missing as well.

I realize that there is a cost for convenience, but the total cost for snaking out the drains was $900+.

While the speed and service was great, I would not use them again as the cost was way too high in my opinion.

Buyer be ware! My parents are senior citizens. During the virus crisis my folks water heater went out. They called Beacon plumbing. They quoted $5000.00 for a standard 50 gallon hot water heater gas powered. Everything was up to date with earth quake straps and proper venting. They literally just needed to drain the existing and hook up the new. This is typically a 2 hour or less job for a good crew. I was blown away that a company who represents Seattle Seahawks would try to over charge my parents. To me this is stealing. I understand that the business needs insurance and it’s not cheap for plumbing but I have never heard of this kind of mark up. $2000 maybe $2500 tops. Not double. It is obvious that these guys are getting commission and they’re not being considerate of people’s budgets and how easy these crews are taking advantage of older people making me never wanna watch the Seahawks again. I will be submitting letters to the city, the Seahawks franchise, The better bureau business, the local Chamber of Commerce, and media outlets. This can’t happen and keep going as it’s unsustainable for our local economy and our senior citizens and people in general should not get used like this. A friend and I install the water heater in an hour and a half , for less than $500 , for the same water heater. We saved my parents $4500 and my mom was crying that a-company will take advantage of us like this in our community. How outrageous! As a fellow business owner please stop gouging the market , this makes all businesses suffer with consumer confidence dropping , thank you beacon plumbing for the great experience we literally were freaking out on you!

Josh and David were prompt and they were detailed about what the costs and the time it would take for the repair. We had washing machine faucet leak. They were able to fix the repair in a timely manner and they were friendly and honest.

Last Thursday Sept 6 their plumber David came to the condo and he provided the best value possible. The company should treat him well as he knows how to charge for the right amount of work and educate the consumer on things they can do to help with simple problems like a hair clog. Many businesses would treat the problems he found as an opportunity to gouge and he did the right thing and charged a nominal fee for a small amount of work. I would refer them in a heartbeat and hope all the business promotes this non sales culture.

Very disappointing. I called at 10am for a plumber. The operator said they will be in my place at 11-12, nothing happened at this hours. I called the plumber, he said he will be at my place in half an hour. Nothing happened for the next 2 hours. I called the plumber and he said he got stuck and will be at my place in 25 min. I said if he don't come in next 30 min, don come at all. He didn't. So I called Roto Rooter instead.

Great! This is the second time we had to call Beacon. They are always available and have done very high quality work for us. They are not the cheapest but availability and quality work make it worth it.

Had Beacon out to replace our residential hot water heater- quoted $4,800!! No thanks. Went another route. Sadly we felt Beacon took advantage of the situation - price gouging.

Beacon Plumbing is now my permanent plumber as have had other plumbers and Beacon has had to come and fix. Also Beacon, Jake, has been able to access and permanently fix a situation that no other plumber has been able to find or fix. 221032 and 221016

They showed up less than 90 minutes after I called. Friendly, masks, booties and all, they cleared my drains and laughed at my dad jokes.
