Installed new Garbage disposal - new faucet - re-plumbed interior drain and trap.I was called prior to the Plumber arriving to say that he was on his way and then he showed up on time. I explained to him what I wanted done ( I had briefly told the company prior to scheduling the appointment) and he explained my options and approximate cost. We picked the devices we wanted and he proceeded to install and re-plumb.He cleaned the area and laid down a cloth to keep it clean - he wore booties on his shoes to keep from tracking in material from outside. Once the job was complete he cleaned up the area again and removed his tools and presented the bill. He also told us about other services his company provides (but did not push) and to call him if there was any problem with the work that he had done.The Plumber was open to any changes we needed and explained costs ahead of time. He was very professional and worked through to completion. Even though the job was more complicated than he initially thought, he kept it on bid. I would bring this Plumber in if I ever have anything else to do on the plumbing.

Pioneer Plumbing is an amazing group of professionals. Their office is patient and quickly responds to calls. They can help field questions on email. The serviceman who came took minimal time, did only what needed to be done. I feel so lucky to be their customer!

What a rip off. Don't get me wrong the guy that showed up was great to talk to but what a rip off. My problem was a plastic coupler in my crawlspace cracked and was leaking out water and I couldn't fix it (not the right tools) but calling them he said he could put a shutoff before the broken coupler for 300 or fix the coupler and add a shutoff for 600-850. Well I need them to actually FIX the issue not just put a shutoff on that line. So like I said the guy was really good did more work then needed and put a shutoff and fixed the coupler but the bill was then $900. So for less then say $50.00 in parts and a little less then 2 hours of his time was charged $900.00. Not there were no rebates and this was not an after hours call this was just a rip off. Be very very careful if you ever need work because they just arbitrarily pick prices.

Arrived quickly, worked fast and effective, explained clearly, left area clean, charged half what national chain plumber charged last time we clogged up.

They responded quickly and performed excellent repairs.

Nick and his team were clean, courteous and were able to do the work quickly. They repiped our house in one day and when he realized they had forgotten to repair the drain pipe for the washer Nick called immediately to let me know so that I wouldn't use the washing machine until they had come back asap to correct the mistake. They even made time to correct a bad decision we had made about keeping a faucet when they returned.
Bottom line: They provided us with good service and great value.

The office staff & on-site technician Josh C. are great and got the job done. They deserved 5 Stars for their service. However, The labor it's very expensive. $285 to remove/reinstall the toilet. $815 to replace the wax ring and $1000 to snake the clogged pipe. Total $2000+ to unclog a toilet drain pipe. I'm in the wrong line of work.

I'm a Landscape Irrigation contractor, in the biz for 33+ years. I've called on Simon in a few situations that totally flummoxed me- every single time he nailed it, pinpointed the leak and surprised my old jaded self. Really good get- the only time he disappointed me is when he couldn't make himself available, which is understandable- demand is high- his skill set is high value. I've dealt with other leak detection guys that I've given side eye - They don't rise to the level they boast. Lazy or cocky, Simon is not either. As long as he's in this business, you're lucky to get his expertise.

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.

Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.
