Best Water Line Repair/Replacement in Seattle WA
Fox Plumbing responded quickly to our small impromptu flood.Bobby from Fox plumbing quickly assessed the problem with our kitchen disposal unit (it was not the tree limbs or body parts and knobby bones). The poor thing was just worn out after 12 years of hard work.He gave me several estimates from which to chose and was able to quickly install the new disposal. We'll be happy to call them for any future work.

Plumber was able to diagnose the problem quickly and get the custom part within a day. However, the part was not installed tight enough and this caused a non-trivial drip. Plumber returned when they were notified of the problem and fixed it quickly, but forgot to re-caulk the area before they left.

Would compare them to the ER, Fast and responsive with a tried and true method, but a lot more expensive as a result.
Sort of 50/50 on this.
The good: they responded immediately when we had a sewer backup, the workers were kind and helpful, and went above and beyond trying to diagnose our sewer problem, they decided not to charge us more despite working longer on the job than they intended and damaging their snake.
The middle:
They dinged up our new floor a little bit, overall though they did clean things back up nicely.
The Bad:
They charged us about double the price that a snaking normally costs. This was not because of the problems they suffered, they just have a rate that is astronomical compared to other companies. They also failed to solve the problem (not their fault) but no discount was given to their rate, nor was a discount proposed to the cost to fix the other problem.

I called in for a diagnostic appointment with Nick from Repipe Masters. On the day of, he never showed up. I tried to call and he even hung up the phone. They know how hot the market is right now and would only go for the big job. Will not recommend for anyone!

The problem has been solved in a timely manner. Joshua and Jonathan did an excellent job fixing our water faucet under the crawl space. I like the way they cover their shoes once they went in and out of the door.

Awesome. $500 bucks well spent finding a water main leak along my 350 ft run. Put down that painted X within 6 inches of the leak that was 2 feet down. Stopped me from continuing to make my driveway look like a scene from the movie Holes. A few hours of backbreaking labor on my part saved me a $13k line replacement. Woohoo.

Akers exceeded my expectations on price, professionalism, and finished product. Their team replaced the waterline to my Seattle house with 1 copper, installed a new heavy duty shut off valve, and bolted everything to the concrete foundation. Looks great and works great. Would gladly hire again. My highest recommendation.

I called for a running toilet and unfortunately the part that was needed wasn’t in their stock for weeks. They were able to offer an alternative solution. We were able to order online sooner and will attempt to fix on our own. I appreciated the same day appointment and professionalism by Farmer and Reed. They understood our need to get the parts in sooner. They only charge if they perform the work. I’m going to reach out to O’Neill in the future. (I’ve used another plumbing company and they charge just to give me an estimate)

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.
Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.
