We were out of town so, when my daughter called on a Saturday morning about the toilet overflowing we had no question but to call Beacon.In a couple of hours, a technician arrived and took care of the problem. Great service.However, the $935.85 price tag for a service that took a little more than one hour seemed excessive even for a Saturday.

Outside faucet wouldn't shut off, so hose to street dumping at full capacity. Pioneer's office said they were booked today, but got Will to come over for a look. Will solved the problem efficiently, quickly, and saved my day.

Florin Regus has done a couple of projects at our house. Each time, he has done a great job. He arrives on time, is very clean, describes in advance the work he will perform, and the fee he will charge. Then he quickly gets it done. After finishing the job, he reviews what he did, along with providing a few tips on how we can perform better preventative maintenance

We had multiple problems with our sewer line, and needed the professional plumber to take care of it for us. One of the technicians from Ridgid came the same day and he explained me what is going on and how they are going to look in sewer line with their camera.
They showed up next day early morning and were able to finish the job before noon. Very responsible and professional.

Overall they did a great job! They were professional and helpful. They did show up late but that was because they had the address wrong. They were clean for the most part but they did leave the crawl space access open, pieces of pipe and rubber gloves. But they did a good quality job and they were fast. They got to my house at 915am and were done by 145pm. Also, they came in with a much lower price than the other companies estimates and they do have a lifetime warranty which nobody else offers. I would recommend to other people looking to have a repipe.

*Update: we used Puget Sound Plumbing again for a second time (for a separate issue). Tyler was our technician again. He is very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. The price seemed very fair. He worked quickly and did a great job solving the problem. We really appreciate him. We will continue to use Puget Sound Plumbing in the future.

We had to have our sump placed replaced last week. The technician was professional and explained our options clearly. The price seemed fair based on average rates for this type of work. He did a great job. We will use Puget Sound Plumbing again in the future.

Simon did a great job of locating the leak on my waterline service. Pinpointed it exactly where it was about 42 deep. Had already hired a contractor to pothole concrete driveway without success. Would highly recommend his service, very pleased with his work.

My family friend referred Zoltan Plumbing to me and so I called on Monday and he came by my home the next day and checked what I needed done and he came back on the third day. A Wednesday, and he fixed my sewer so quickly. His cost was reasonable and I will refer him to my friends. I was so blessed to find him. I would recommend Bobby T to anyone who needs a plumber. His work was excellent and his rates were very reasonable.

Made an appointment yesterday and they showed up on time. Raman, took a look at clogged issued which had several plumbers here without results. His troubleshooting and service were unparalleled. Highly Recommend it, but plan to pay for expert service.

Very rude over the phone.

They told us they will replace a part in our water heater, instead they replaced the whole unit with one in their own inventory charging us for double the price for the same unit in the market. They took our original unit with themselves and after we asked them to return it the day after, they said they have tossed it out! We emailed them and asked questions about the unit replacement without our consent, and they called my husband and threatened him of consequences! So in short, we got a fast service, but we paid double price, we lost our own unit (which only needed a part to come back to life), and we were threatened the same day for asking questions about their decision.
