We have the service contract with Fox Plumbing and Heating. They were able to schedule the HVAC and the plumber guys the same day. Josh and JP were out within 1/2 hour of each other. They fully inspected everything, gave suggestions and were very friendly. They loved the dogs. We would continue to recommend Fox Plumbing and Heating to all our friends. Called in the morning before 9am and they got me on the schedule right away!!! Plumber arrived by 10:15 am job fixed before 11:30am. Super impressed with fast prompt service!! Milton was amazing and got the job done fast and clean!! He told me why my kitchen sink plumbing wasn’t working right for 8 years since we bought the house! I even have more space under my sink now! The plumber that came was great and he did a good job. We were given a window of 10-2 and I had to call at 2:40 because I hadn't heard from them. He came about 45 minutes later, so that definitely wasn't in the window. Lucky for me, I didn't really have plans that day so it turned out fine. I do think they're a bit expensive, but I wanted someone on a Sunday so I know I paid for the convenience of that. I was VERY happy that they came out the day after I called and took care of my issue.

Arash, the business owner of Ridgid Plumbing came to our condo on a few hours notice to convert the incompatible shut off valve to one that will allow our new sitting dishwasher to be installed. Installer used by home depot can install it because they don’t want to deal with liability of connecting a metal braided hose to a plastic shut of valve. They also can’t fix it. The big problem we have is that we’ll have an open house to sell the condo next day and no functional dishwasher. Arash was able to fix this issue and install the dishwasher which work well and nicely placed. He also fixed the drains of the new vanity sinks the the contractor didn’t do a good job of making sure there was no leak. Arash was easy to talk with and don’t give you a hard sales or doomsday talks that will make you get scared of the cost of plumbing repair you’ll be dealing with. He showed honesty and integrity in his work. I kept his contact info because I know I will be needing his professional services in the future. Though he’s the business owner you can still see the humility and hard working traits in him explaining why he’s so successful and the quality of work he does.

Although the 2 service call men who came over to check the pressure and a leaky shower were knowledgeable and respectful, what they were quoting me was way overpriced .... although I ended up paying the $85 service call, I found another plumber who was way more reasonable who had a different opinion that saved me WAY more money.

Also if you're knowledgeable about what parts you need you can go to a Pacific plumbing on Midvale St., or Ferguson because that's where plumbers go to get their parts and you will find that the parts are fraction of what the plumber will charge you for the same part.

I think plumbers in Seattle need a memo that we are not a blank check Amazon or the government ...we are homeowners just getting by ..... You all might be sizing up the value of our homes but that does not mean that we're raking in billions a year...... so stop quoting us what you would corporations!!!!!! ... SHOP AROUND.

I did not use this business, but I was very impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of the person who gave us an estimate. He took time to explain everything and to show us the problem through his video scope. We have every confidence that his team would do our job well. In the end we chose a slightly lower bid for the job. I would not hesitate to recommend the organization to others based upon our interactions.

I had a 50 year old house with the original galvanized piping. Now I have a 50 year old house with new AquaPex piping and fittings. It is great to have increased water pressure, even flow and no foul taste to the water.
The job was smooth and painless from the time Doug showed up to provide an estimate to when Nick and his crew left the completed job site. Repipe Masters provided a complete installation that I was able to add the installation of a new hot water heater (provided by me) and still be under the competition's price.
The day of the installation, Nick and his crew showed up at 9:00 in the morning and were finished, completely packed up, and everything cleaned up by 12:15.. Couldn't have had a better experience. I recommend anyone considering repiping to Call Repipe Masters.

Made an appointment yesterday and they showed up on time. Raman, took a look at clogged issued which had several plumbers here without results. His troubleshooting and service were unparalleled. Highly Recommend it, but plan to pay for expert service.

We identified an issue with our main water line on Saturday night. Called on Sunday AM, had Andy the owner over to have a look in Sunday afternoon, and scheduled work for Tuesday. They dealt with everything (city, etc), and work was completed as expected - on time and on budget. We had water that evening. Yard looked perfect. Great service from a family company. Highly recommended.

This morning Jeff and Jon came to our home to unclog a shower we couldn't snake successfully. They were on time, professional, courteous , and friendly to our very barky dog :O) After unclogging the first shower, Jeff asked if there were any other issues we wanted them to look at. So, we asked if they would unclog another shower/tub that was draining slowly - all within 30min. I would highly recommend O'Neill Plumbing!

Sherif installed a new water heater and recirculation pump for my home in North Capitol Hill. My home is fairly old and my water heater was over twenty years old. It was my first time replacing a water heater and when I gave Sherif a call he patiently walked me through the possible outcomes and pricing for each option. Sherif gave me all the information without me committing to any kind of service. Also, Sherif had me send photos of my water heater to him so that he could assess the situation. I found this much more effective than many of the other plumbing companies that insist on a visit and $100+ charge before providing a quote. Sherif was very communicative on the day of my service. One of his earlier jobs had run longer but he kept me in the loop the entire time, letting me know when his ETA was going to be. When Sherif and his partner arrived they did the job with great care, making sure not to scuff up any part of the house while removing and installing the old and new water heaters. Overall it was a great experience. I highly recommend Watertite Plumbing.
