Best Water Heater Repair Tankless Water Heater in Seattle WA

Called Fox to fix a couple of leaking sinks (2 bathroom, 1 kitchen). Service Tech James McGee came out to resolve the issues, and what a wonderful experience! As first-time home owners of an older house, it's really refreshing when you get a knowledgeable professional who is willing to walk you through what you should know. In addition to fixing the leaks, he also advised us on issues he saw (like the last owner using the wrong kind of sealant, which had dried out and was causing the leaks), what would need to be addressed in the near future and further out (like the sink disposal), and approximate costs. We will definitely be calling Fox for all of our future plumbing needs!

Job number 192901, Jake came out within an hour of my call. We had a water issue and he handled it efficiently. Jake was incredible courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Beacon Plumbing and Jake in particular.

We had a leak from our ceiling to the basement and Ridgid Plumbing showed up on time and prepared and fixed the leaked and very helpful and also referred us to a water restoration company and how to work with our insurance company. Definitely calling again and would recommend to everyone in need of plumbing

The guy showed up an hour and a half late. No “phone call 30 minutes before”. Then he proceeded to tell me he can’t do the work from inside the house or in the crawl space. (the only clean-outs that I have)

Our furnace had to be replaced urgently and despite the current supply shortage, sharif was able to find and install a new furnace for us in days, as opposed to weeks/months that were quotes to us from other companies. He is honest, knowledgeable and efficient. Predict he will go far in this industry.

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.

Quick Response, for Small Problem

We had a hose bibb that did not work, and had trouble finding someone who would even respond to calls/email. Then we remembered driving by the Green Planet trucks on Fauntleroy. I submitted a request on their website and got a very quick response with a reasonable quote and upcoming availability - within a few days. I called Friday and they came on Monday (not an emergency for us).

Eeso walked thru the problem with me and had it fixed very quickly - did not even need any parts. He showed me what he was doing in case we had the same (stuck valve stem) problem again.

Green Planet will be my FIRST call next time!

HD Plumbing and Nick were great to work with! Nick installed a new drainage pipe for our washing machine (so it doesn't have to empty into our sink anymore!), and Nick installed a new garbage disposal for us. It all looks really good and there are no leaks! Also, Nick was very friendly, efficient, and did a great job of explaining everything he was doing.

Highly recommend Craftsman. After three visits with plumbers who claimed our two hot waters could not be repaired and made bids of $8,000 to $11,000 for replacements, Craftsman determined how to make the repairs, ordered and installed the parts and we are now fine. Their service personnel and office folks were courteous, competent and pleasure to work with.

We had a great experience with Wezee's plumbing and Thoren. Thoren was very professional and polite and he patiently explained everything for me. Thank you, I can highly recommend this company.

I had hired Leak Masters LLC to locate a leak at my home on my underground piping and they did it very it very well. The spot they gave me was exactly where the leak was at. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a leak on anything. they used infrared cameras, ground sensing equipment. And specialized computers to pin point a spot for us.. very HAPPY

The rescheduling of yesterdays service is why I am leaving this feedback.

I manage a few buildings and BEST PLUMBING came highly recommended. This was a simple replacement of a mixer valve, my tenant could only take 5 mins showers before the hot water was gone. Took at least 2 weeks to get the part and several unnecessary reschedulings due to overbooking (being bumped) before this simple matter was fixed.

THIS person called me up yesterday to offer an earlier time, I declined the earlier offer and asked to have them show up at the scheduled time (tenant requested). I was told that I did not have another window and this was it (even though I booked this appointment the previous week). She then told me it was my fault that there was a scheduling issue. Yes, she actually took time to call me up to tell me I was wrong even though I had at least 2 text currently on my phone from best plumbing confirming my window of service. She then told me my window was never available and then she will get back to me later. Never heard from her. I then called BP back AGAIN that day as I still did not have an appointment and she answered. Eventually she told me her supervisor would be informed, would be calling me back and we set the final appointment . The plumber TRAVIS (excellent plumber by the way, good job and thank you Travis!) came and went at the scheduled time. This took place at least 2 week after I place the first call.

So far, their plumbing work is excellent. But I refuse to lose ANYMORE TIME due to their inability to schedule or to argue, yes argue, with lousy customer service. If only I could charge BEST PLUMBING for all the cancelled appointments...
