David and Terren came out to the project and jetted the sewer that was full of roots.They worked very efficiently. When they were done jetting the sewer they ran a camera to inspect the sewer and gave a detailed video. The line is clear and we would definitely use Fox Plumbing in the future.

Asked for an estimate for installing a gas line for a BBQ grill. Confirmed over the phone that the estimate would be free.Quoted a price 2x other plumbers in the area. Charged $100 for service visit.EDIT: Beacon proactively reached out to me to get a refund processed. Given that this was likely human error, I've updated my review to reflect the effort put into processing the refund (they could have easily just taken the money and run).

Arash (owner) answered my phone call on a chilly Saturday morning as an external hose bib on my house was failing from a freeze the night before. He arrived for a same day replacement. Arash was friendly and knowledgeable. I'd recommend him for any of your plumbing needs!

I had a blocked bathroom sink, the technician worked on the issue for 30 minutes, he was at the property for 45 minutes and the charge was $445.00. The Tech did advise it was a fixed price but there is no reason this should cost this amount. I would not recomend this company.

I had a 50 year old house with the original galvanized piping. Now I have a 50 year old house with new AquaPex piping and fittings. It is great to have increased water pressure, even flow and no foul taste to the water.
The job was smooth and painless from the time Doug showed up to provide an estimate to when Nick and his crew left the completed job site. Repipe Masters provided a complete installation that I was able to add the installation of a new hot water heater (provided by me) and still be under the competition's price.
The day of the installation, Nick and his crew showed up at 9:00 in the morning and were finished, completely packed up, and everything cleaned up by 12:15.. Couldn't have had a better experience. I recommend anyone considering repiping to Call Repipe Masters.

This job was complicated by needing to extend the interior water main to a second water feed including crawl space work. There was one difficulty with crawl space access and they stayed late to complete the job and stayed within the original estimate.

I was remodeling my master bathroom when the water pipe for the toilet got cut with a sawzaw. Water was everywhere. I called even and he had Norm there in 30minutes on a weekend. He had it fixed in 20minutes. They were super friendly, quick and clean. Thanks for saving my bathroom.

Highly recommend this local company. They do great work and never surprise you with a bigger bill. Helped me solve a crawlspace sewer pipe burst on a rainy cold day 3 days before Christmas. Also have helped me fix up a wonky water heater.

They told us they will replace a part in our water heater, instead they replaced the whole unit with one in their own inventory charging us for double the price for the same unit in the market. They took our original unit with themselves and after we asked them to return it the day after, they said they have tossed it out! We emailed them and asked questions about the unit replacement without our consent, and they called my husband and threatened him of consequences! So in short, we got a fast service, but we paid double price, we lost our own unit (which only needed a part to come back to life), and we were threatened the same day for asking questions about their decision.

Job was supposed to take three days but it wound up taking two weeks. Although there were some minor setbacks, there were too many days when nobody was here working or someone was only here for a few hours. Including the delays the job was done according to Tyler. one month later see photos attached : I wrote to Tyler: this is what happened as a result of not filling in the dirt properly. Also you can clearly see that the seeding barely grew. I am hoping that you will fix this as it was created by your Company digging it all out. The entire area was flat and grassy before any work was done. You even commented to my husband that you were sorry about how the lawn was damaged from the equipment. Please let me know what you can do. Thanks (Tyler wrote back saying that it's a busy time of year for them and will be a few weeks before he can get back to me to address the situation.) Update : OK, it’s been five months now from the start back in Sept to now Feb. and a worker just shows up here without prior notice. We’ve been promised this for many weeks, but this drop in stuff is very unprofessional. I guess he knew we were past the point of being patient, so he was no longer acting civil or even making eye contact when spoken to. I once again explained exactly how the fence and grounds were promised to be when the job was bid by Tyler. He just mumbled something at me and proceeded to do it his way despite the efforts of myself and my very ill husband to provide simple details to him. I can’t express in words how frustrating this project has been. Like most people, we have lives to lead and expect highly paid and self promoted professionals to do as they promise and as we, the ones who write the check, need them to do the job they commit to in writing. With a very active dog that can’t use our backyard for three months because these guys can’t make a phone call or commitment to fill a dirt hole or sink a fence post properly is absurd. Do you really want your next plumbing emergency repair (or anything) promised to take a certain time, stretched out for five or more months? Or, when it goes badly do you want your desperate emails and calls to go ignored for week after week after week?

These guys are amazing. Personal, professional, and ridiculously good at their job. Very grateful for their work!

These folks did work down Perkins Lane in Seattle. They parked in the neighbors driveway blocking their parking, also in the process of using the neighbors driveway to turn around, instead of the public turnaround at the end of the lane, they moved the recycle and garbage bins causing collection to be missed.

Wezee's Plumbing saves the day! Awesome service, super cool guys on site, and great, reliable work.

Tried to replace our main shut-off valve DIY style, but ended up with issues where we were without water. Called Wezee's on a Thursday in the late morning. Dispatcher said there teams were stuck on jobs, but one could come out first thing on Friday morning. A couple hours later, she called me back and said they could come at 3pm, which was a savior. We had another plumber lined up to come around 6pm, but really appreciated Wezee's accommodating us on such short notice. Two nights in a row without water starts to get old.

Thoren and James showed up, and were total straight shooters. They tried to work with the mangled situation that we presented them, and we had some good laughs with how we got to where we were. They were completely honest in their assessment and presented a couple different options which hit different price points. Once we all agreed on the best course of action, I green-lighted the work. They worked incredibly fast and had everything buttoned up and ready to rock by 4:30pm. No small feat when this job required getting into our foundation wall because of the short stub of pipe we'd left them to work with. They did this all while letting us watch over their shoulder, and giving us several tips along the way.

On the $$$ side, they were totally fair, and even gave us a considerable loyalty discount when I mentioned one of their co-workers had installed our tankless water heater. Wezee's is a class act, and before they left, I had them bid re-piping a bathroom remodel upstairs. We learned our lesson, and look forward to getting them back out here to give us solid work and piece of mind.

Evan is amazing and we highly recommend his company. He was incredibly responsive and helped us when our water heater had a major leak. He was able to find a water heater to replace within days despite it being a challenging one, and throughout it all was very knowledgeable and educated us on proper maintenance. You can tell he takes pride in his work. His pricing was very competitive compared to other quote we received.

I had a leak, and requested the leak detection services; Was given a window of 1 to 5 pm. Got a call at 545 PM, and was told they do not offer the service.
