I was totally satisfied with this maintenance service on our gas furnace. Husein was professional, answered my questions, completed the work in a timely manner, and cleaned up perfectly. I appreciated his recommendation for a future repair without any pressure to do it at this time, and if we have a need to do it down the road, we will call Fox (and hopefully Husein can do the work) thanks again.

Had Josh out to service a furnace before putting my place on the market. I was very happy with the work done. He was knowledgeable and answered all questions. I had great response and service to replace a fully functional water heater (it was just time)...problem was the new tank leaked for 5 days before we noticed it....Rotor Rooter very on the spot to come out immediately to drain and remove leaking tank. Unfortunately I was without hot water for 3 days but the team tore out the floor and trim, put in fans and humidifier, cleaned and returned the area rug and got me set up with a new replacement water heater (does NOT leak!)....Now it's in the hands of my insurance company. The Rotor Rooter staff I dealt with were professional, respectful and responsive. I would use them again and do recommend them.

We had Bob Oates come out to clear a blocked sewer line. They were courteous and got the job done. What we really appreciated is that after we had already paid, the technician realized that a note on our account indicated we were to get a discount because of a scheduling mistake. We hadn’t even been told that we would be given a discount, but the technician notified the office and they in turn contacted us to tell us they would send a new invoice for the reduced amount and would stop the original payment. We appreciated their effort to make things right when they could have accepted the original payment without saying anything.

I recently had repipe done by Nick’s team. Overall he did a good job. They finished the job in one day. There were a few things left behind. When I contacted Nick, he took responsibilities and came back to take care of things right away. He seems to hold himself to higher standards as compared with some other plumbers I worked with in the past. It is an expensive project and I hope it can last for decades. Nick also provides a warranty to his job.

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.

Josh and Robert went above and beyond. Very impressed with the professionalism and customer service they both provided. We requested Josh after a previous service call he came out on. Sure glad we did! He took great care of our home, performed the projects with very little interruption and was respectful, professional and friendly. Also considerate of our twin infants nap schedule and did exceptional work at a fair price for what was quoted... Plus threw in a couple of simple fixes at no cost to us. This was surprising and much appreciated! We knew we were hiring someone we trusted, but were very grateful for the additional care that was shown to us as customers. If you have a big or small job, make sure Josh is on your call. Don’t hesitate to request Josh and Robert, they will take care of you.

Zoltan did some plumbing for our bathroom remodel. I will 100% use his services again. He cost hundreds less than the 2 other bids, very knowledgeable, flexible. I accidentally wrote checks out of the wrong checking account for my deposit and the services and both bounced. He.was super nice about it. He came and did he work 3 days after we hired him,and he finished in one day. Perfect work. You won't be sorry if u hire him.

After reading their excellent online reviews We hired Drain Pro and were not disappointed. Raman did a great job, in and out the door in about 45 minutes. Now I just have to keep my Grandson and his toys away from the toilet! Worth a try.

I have been working with O'Neill since mid November. It is now December 5th and our work is not complete but the issue has been identified. They don't call back. Each step of the way has been a complete struggle just to get in touch with anyone. Appointments have been canceled without my knowledge. I have taken time off work to be home for said appointments. I get completely opposite answers to questions from different plumbers. It feels like it is just a call service for plumbers. 3 different plumbers have been out so far. No one communicates back to the office. Every time I have called it has take days to get a call back. Only then after I call again am I getting any help. I would not recommend O'Neill to anyone.

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.

Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.

Watertite Plumbing was fantastic to deal with for replacing all of the old galvanized plumbing in our house. Sharif was responsive to my request for an estimate and provided one promptly. He also recommended only what was necessary and helped figure out which lines should be replaced. The cost was reasonable for very good quality work. They did an excellent job on replacing the lines and tried to do as little wall damage as possible to open up the walls for access to the lines. They also kept everything clean as they worked. Sharif was patient and helpful in answering all of my questions. I highly recommend Watertite Plumbing for honest, quality work.
