It is an emergency when the water line from the main line to your house begins leaking and pours water out into the street. You need to get plumbing help immediately. With the help of Angies List, we chose to call Puget Sound Plumbing & Heating, and it turned out to be a terrific choice! Within two hours a very large truck from Puget Sound Plumbing & Heating arrived, with a highly skilled, competent plumber, Mike Sauget, and his excellent assistant, Junior Contreras. Fixing our leaking water line was incredibly challenging, and indeed required that we replace it with a new line. This is very challenging to do on an emergency basis, but Mike and Junior had every skill needed to put in the new line. They had to dig up a lot of yard and garden, they had to bring in special boring machine to bore under the driveway. The new water line was running perfectly by 7 PM the next evening. The portions of our yard that had to be dug up were restored to how they were before the digging commenced. The quality of line was vastly superior to the former one. Mike made several suggestions around our plumbing that were very helpful. Mike and Junior worked tirelessly, finishing up their work as darkness fell. Really really impressive.

Burst hose bib stopped Spring yard cleanup. Called O’Neill and they were on-site in under 90 minutes, replacing the hose bib in under an hour, despite the difficulty of working from a crawl space.

We had a sewer line backed up and it was broken in places. Budget repaired the breaks and re-lined our pipes all the way down to the main line. Their verbal bid came in a bit below the other two bids, and after speaking with my wife and neighbor we went with Budget on basically a handshake. The work and service and clean up were top dollar. Very refreshing to do business with a family business that's all business and completely reliable. I'm very pleased and when my next plumbing project comes up, I know I'll be back. They patched my cement perfectly and filled the 2 holes in the yard and replaced the sod perfectly. My driveway is cleaner than before, or we'd not even know they had been there! Everyone at Wezee's are focused on customer service. I was updated all along the way either by the office are the people who came to the house. There were no surprises and the price was reasonable. They are my first choice for any plumbing work!

I was referred to this business specifically by a friend. Had Curtis out the 22nd of August for an estimate on a smaller job (perhaps this is the problem?) and have not heard a word since. In that time we have contacted the office twice for an update after a few weeks of silence and both times were told we would be called back/contacted with an update soon. We were not contacted either time. Why give us the run around and waste our time? Very disappointed and would prefer an honest “we are not interested in helping you” over being ignored.
