Best Trenchless Sewer Line Repair in Seattle WA

I have used Fox Plumbing a few times and they always get the job done. All of the Fox plumbers have been extremely personable and professional. My only complaint is that on this last visit, the charge for simply snaking my bathtub drain and removing a clog seemed exorbitant. Other than that, I can highly recommend their service.

Had a water leak on our two stage gas furnace. Couldn’t be happier with the service provided by 2 Sons Plumbing. Scheduling was a breeze over the phone. A couple days later, an earlier appointment opened up and I was called to see if I was interested… I said yes and the reschedule worked perfectly.

The day of the service, 2 Sons kept me apprised via text messages where within the given time window the technician was likely to show up. Then 30mins before, I received another text with the name and picture of the technician. That made the subsequent interaction so much more personal.

Our tech Josh was great. After initial diagnostics, he took his time to explain the issue and suggested remedies. It turned out we needed a special part that was backordered, so Josh did a temporary fix (which held up well) and promised a follow up in a few weeks. Fast forward, and 2 Sons reached out that the parts arrived and were suggesting a time slot. Josh showed up again and completed the job.

Overall, to me, this experience was the definition of outstanding customer service. I felt in good hands from the beginning to the end.

I will definitely call 2 Sons Plumbing for any future needs.

Had a plugged drain and all toilets in the house were non-functional. Called Roto Rooter and staff was polite and professional. Ruben came onsite in the estimated time. He was knowledgeable and was able to identify the cause of our problem. Ruben was also very thorough and made sure the lines were clean and discussed ways to avoid this problem in the future. Reasonably priced, too!

Nick and his team completed a whole house re-pipe, including replacing our water main line, relocating & installing a new water heater, and re-positioning a gas pipe for our dryer - in May of 2018. They finished the job in a day and a half. He was a pleasure to work with and had great communication - all at a very competitive price. Fast forward to this past weekend and the valve on the water main line had cracked and was gushing water on the side of our house. I called Nick late in the afternoon on Saturday - and while he was unable to make it out (on his day off - he was out of town for the day) he arrived at 8am on Sunday to replace the valve. I have recommended Nick and his team to several friends and neighbors! Excellent service!

Unprofessional!! Don't waste your money

Clearwater Leak Detection did a great job finding my leak that was located under my driveway. The Plumbing Company that fixed the leak used Simons pinpoint mark to cut through the driveway, and when the pipe leak was located it was within 6 of his mark 42 under ground.....amazing. I would highly recommend his service should you need leak detection.

A company is mostly based off of the personnel customers are in contact with, i.e. customer service. Maybe this is a good company but I wouldn't give them my business based on the horrible customer service I was given via telephone when calling about some inquiries. The gal nearly hung up on me. Very unprofessional.

O'Neill did an excellent job of replacing our failed 48 year old waterline. Prior to selecting their bid to do the work, they installed a temporary water connection, at no cost to us, so we could resume normal living until our new water line was installed. Exemplary customer service! Highly recommend O'Neill Plbg.

Talked through everything with me and were very responsive and respectful. They cleaned up everything and made it look like new. I replaced my sewer line, including the connection to the city main about 110' overall. Paul and team used both pipe bursting as well as a liner (to the street). When I compared to other quotes Paul's experienced team completed the work in four days, less than 1/2 the time quoted by others. The team includes employees who have worked for Paul for over 18 years and their experience shows up as being efficient, competent and capable. This is hard work and the team worked hard starting first thing in the morning and not leaving till the completed the expected work and closed up any openings. They insured we weren't without service for more than about 4 hours. I found that their prices were very competitive, and they give a high level of confidence the work will get done right the first time. I recommend that you stay in touch with the team a couple of times a day to find out how progress is going, address any concerns and stay on top of any impacts to your use of the sewer main. Paul is always very quick to respond if now answering his phone anytime you call him. I would highly recommend Paul and his team.

Basically ask for his opinion and he will give you the reliable solution he would use in his own home rather than the most profitable solution.
