David and Makana came to the rescue on a Tuesday night. Our old 1908 house had a back up in the mainline, and they quickly jumped into action. Not only both of them friendly, courteous, and informative. They gladly showed me the “snaking video” and taught me about the plumbing system and best practices along the way. They resolved the situation that night. Later that week, I discovered that my water heater (+10 years old) was on its last leg too. So I called up David and they both made time on the same day to get this replaced. These guys are unsung heroes! I will refer and call them every time in the future. THANK YOU GUYS!! - Cody/EmilyP.S. Chhaylee came to our place at 9pm on a Sunday evening to unclog our main sewer line that was backing up. Was in and out in about an hour and a half, pleasant to be around and was reasonably priced. Did a great job and took great care to ensure the area was left clean. Great Job!

I had my home repiped with pex by repipe masters in November of 2020, and have had no issues with the pipes in the year since. The price was fair and it only took a day for the repipe crew to complete the job for my home (1600 square feet). Nick (the owner) is very friendly and easy to schedule with. I recently had an issue with the main water valve that turned out to be user error, and Nick graciously helped out with that.

Awesome. $500 bucks well spent finding a water main leak along my 350 ft run. Put down that painted X within 6 inches of the leak that was 2 feet down. Stopped me from continuing to make my driveway look like a scene from the movie Holes. A few hours of backbreaking labor on my part saved me a $13k line replacement. Woohoo.

I’ve used O’Neill Plumbing for years but something as changed. I called in the evening, as it was an emergency. They advertise emergency service. No emergency service.

The women that answered the phone said she could have my house be the first stop for a plumber (do they only have one????) in the morning, so an 8-8:30 arrival.

At 7am this morning, the plumber called and said “so sorry” I’m not available until 2 in the afternoon or Thursday. Very unprofessional and clearly this business is now poorly run. And NO ENERGENCY SERVICE.

We had a really good experience. They showed up right on time, gave us a reasonable price, and completed the work in a fast and efficient manner. I had a follow-up question and they called me right back. I will definitely use them again if we have plumbing needs in the future.

Had an estimate scheduled and i was unable to attend. Gave her a line about stuff they were not here for. Obviously in an attempt to gain more business. Caused a huge family argument. Found out they were feeding her bs.

The folks at Sewer Friendly came to give a bid on resolving a recurring problem with roots clogging our sewer line. They were creative with the solution which saved us over $5k, and possibly more, by not having to dig under the sidewalk. Once selected, they completed the work on time and on budget. It's been at least 5 years since the work was completed and we haven't had any problems with the sewer line (knocking on wood).

Quick and easy to deal with

We just used them to replace the main line drain from house to connection. We found them straight-forward, efficient, and cleaned everything up after completing the job. Their bid was one of best, too. They were recommended by our neighbor/friend who is a realtor. Would definitely recommend!

Rudy's have made lots of changes to improve their business operations and they are dedicated to quality work. They also work hard are keeping their prices down in order to be an excellent value.

Their service area is mostly on the eastside including Mercer Island, Bellevue, Kirkland, Renton, and Redmond. They do some Seattle jobs however.
