The service technician Fred was very quick to diagnose the problem and let me know that the water heater's broken part would not be found in the market since it was about 12 yrs old. He knew his job very well. He replaced the water heater. He was very quick, professional, polite and knowledgeable. I would work with him again when i call Roto - Rooter! Thankyou Fred for the help! Akers did an amazing job fixing the waterline in front of my house. They replaced the whole pipe. I was expecting my lawn to be a disaster zone afterwords since they needed to dig to get to the existing pipe and put in the new one, but after they finished you couldn't even tell they had dug anything.

I’ve used O’Neill Plumbing for years but something as changed. I called in the evening, as it was an emergency. They advertise emergency service. No emergency service.

The women that answered the phone said she could have my house be the first stop for a plumber (do they only have one????) in the morning, so an 8-8:30 arrival.

At 7am this morning, the plumber called and said “so sorry” I’m not available until 2 in the afternoon or Thursday. Very unprofessional and clearly this business is now poorly run. And NO ENERGENCY SERVICE.

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.

Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.

I haven’t used Fixer yet for home repair services, but I plan to call them very soon. I just learned about the company today when I suddenly had a flat tire several miles from my house while picking up my child from school. I made it to a gas station, but the employee there couldn’t do much for me, and I had no experience changing a tire, and no AAA membership. My luck changed when another customer pumping his gas nearby noticed my predicament, came over and offered to help. He found the source of the leak, pumped my tire back up enough for me to get to a tire shop, and gave me some helpful advice. I noticed he was wearing a shirt with “Fixer” on it, and when I asked about it, he told me he worked for the company as a handyman. He couldn’t have been any better of a representative for them! He was incredibly generous to take the time out of his day to help a stranger stranded at a gas station, and he was very intelligent and knowledgeable. He is exactly the kind of person I would love to hire to work on my house! I’ll update my review once I do have some work done with Fixer, but I wanted to go ahead and get this endorsement posted.

Richard, my plumbing tech was fantastic. Was able to fix the clog in the bathroom sink and standing shower with ease. The price is also competitive with other plumbing companies near me, will definitely use their service again in the future if needed.

Horrible. Had a clog. Was told there was a visit fee of 70.00. Fine. Was told once driver was out they'd give an estimate. Fine. Reality was that there was a flat fee for snake of 350.00 and jet of 500!!! Seriously. Couldn't believe that. Rip off. Why didn't guy on phone tell me that??? I paid the visit fee and sent the worker away. 1 hour and 15 dollars in a couple supplies from hardware store later I had the clog cleared by myself. Oh yeah plus the 70 for NOTHING!! Rip off!
