Best Tankless Water Heater Service in Seattle WA

Very positive experience. We had a problem with the soak tub in the master bath that needed to reinstall the faucet and replace the drain. Called several local companies and decided to take a leap of faith to try Fox. Same day service and problem fixed! Dustin, the service tech is very helpful, professional, and provided quality repair. I was given an estimate before proceeding with the repair and the work was completed as per plan. The rate is reasonable. I was surprise by how clean and the care shown by Dustin of this service. I had many other services/repair (not just plumbing) before but I always have to clean up the area afterward. But not this time! Thanks for the wonderful service.

OMG, Start Freakin, these guys charged us $1000 to unclog a drain and didnt leave a copy of the scope. Pushy, Hustling, Over Priced. I had to take cell phone snap shots of the roots they didnt clear out. Drop Back And Punt Player.A few months later.... I replaced our side sewer myself, after getting some bids. Its not as hard as you might think, first you apply for a permit, then you dig a trench, then you call for an inspection. So the inspector shows up and I tell him about my $1000 down the drain day with Beacon. And what do you think he told me....he told me Beacon got caught showing customers a faked sewer scope vidio that scared them into believing the sewer was really bad. Ooops!

I called when my faucet stopped working and they had someone out to me within 2 hours. It was a super easy fix, and they didn't charge me for the time. As a single mom, this was a huge help and I'm grateful to Shown and Arash for being honorable business partners in our community. Thank you!

Kyle was honest, quick & efficient. I also asked for an estimate to replace the plumbing throughout my house. Kyle answered within 2 days, so now I have an idea on what to plan on. I’m so happy I met someone so kind & helpful and I wish I had not procrastinated on my needed repairs.

We had a really good experience. They showed up right on time, gave us a reasonable price, and completed the work in a fast and efficient manner. I had a follow-up question and they called me right back. I will definitely use them again if we have plumbing needs in the future.

They told us they will replace a part in our water heater, instead they replaced the whole unit with one in their own inventory charging us for double the price for the same unit in the market. They took our original unit with themselves and after we asked them to return it the day after, they said they have tossed it out! We emailed them and asked questions about the unit replacement without our consent, and they called my husband and threatened him of consequences! So in short, we got a fast service, but we paid double price, we lost our own unit (which only needed a part to come back to life), and we were threatened the same day for asking questions about their decision.

We called Green Planet Plumbing because of a water leak we discovered in our home. We didn’t know where the water was coming from, glad we called. They dispatched Eero out the same afternoon who quickly started the process of locating the issue. He even took the time to explain to us the process. Eero found the leak which was coming from the upstairs tub, made the repair, cleaned up and even discussed the invoice with us. Excellent work, we now have our plumber!

Ben has performed the annual back flow safety test on our radiator heating system required by city of Seattle since at least 2015. When the pressure on our overflow tank requires replacement, his team took care of it.

I had a plumbing emergency and had been pulled around 50 directions by a different company that then would not assist me. I called Rudy's, got through immediately, and got a next day appointment without any trouble. I got a reasonable price quote (clearly dependent on what was found on arrival), but an actual quote! (Not a oh, no, can't possibly give you any idea like I received elsewhere.) I got a call back in reasonable time for anything (no matter how crazy) I called about. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

We used Leak Masters to find a leak in our basement slab. They showed up on time and promptly found our leak saving us time and money by not having to dig up our entire slab to find it. Kevin was clean, courteous, and even friendly to our dog.

Showed up same day to get the emergency repair done.
