Daniel came in and spent extra time to figure out what was happening with our old furnace. He explained each step along the way, and diligently found a solution that saved the day for us. We were also very pleased with the value considering how much time and work he put into fixing the problem. Great experience and very thankful!

Jesus and Alex came to repair a broken garbage disposal. They quickly assessed the problem and did a thorough and complete repair job on-site. Jesus provided great communication before and during the repair. Would definitely call again.

When we need a plumber, it is usually an emergency.

Finding some urgent help can be extra challenging. My kitchen and laundry room were completely blocked after a mini flood caused by a major drain clog in the main pipe under the house. While I was able to deal with smaller issues in the past this one could not be solved easily by my usual tricks.

All that during the covid-19 lockdown with the whole family being stuck at home 24/7. And it had to happen on Saturday too (of course!). I called a few shops, but everyone was either closed for the weekend or booked for at least another week.

I was lucky to stumble upon Ridgid Plumbing on the internet and called Arash. He asked a few questions to do a quick assessment and promised to squeeze a visit between other jobs on the same day. He and his partner arrived a few hours later as planned, wearing gloves, masks, and shoe covers. After another quick check they shared the plan and an estimate. And within an hour we were back in business!

While they were working on it I got a few tips and tools from Arash on how to prevent this type of clogging in the future taking into the account my house specifics. Both guys were very courteous and knowledgeable. I would totally recommend them if you need some professional help with any plumbing issues.

Throughout the process Raman was very helpful and reassuring. He explained everything in detail prior to any work and also explained the cost and variables. The leak was found after some investigative work annd successfully fixed. We've been lucky that this was the first unknown plumbing issue for this house. Trying a new service company always makes you wary. With this company you don't have to worry. Will definitely use again.

Very knowledgeable however their price for tightening 2 urinal bolts and installing a metal p-trap under a sink was $550 after taxes. I've used them in the past but I'm going to have to find a new preferred vendor after this latest experience. They charge $250/hour labor. I don't think plumbers are worth TWO HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS AND HOUR? Maybe a lawyer or a doctor?

Sharif came out and was absolutely top-notch to work with. He was very transparent (not at all salesly) when talking about the longevity of our furnace, was able to fix a component of our Nest thermostat free-of charge, and gave a recommendation about how to self-service our water heater. Sharif's customer service was superb and would recommend him for any of your heating & plumbing needs!

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.

Very professional service, you get what you pay for. I tried to fix my plumbing issue to no avail, so I called Craftsman Plumbing. The tech was punctual and professional, and he iterated over approached from least invasive to most hands-on until he completed the task in a timely and effective manner. Ty Monty.

We have worked with Jason at Rudy's for a long time. He is a caring person who tried hard to deliver the best work for a reasonable price.

Rudy's have made lots of changes to improve their business operations and they are dedicated to quality work. They also work hard are keeping their prices down in order to be an excellent value.

Their service area is mostly on the eastside including Mercer Island, Bellevue, Kirkland, Renton, and Redmond. They do some Seattle jobs however.

Being without a kitchen for 4 months after a pipe break, I called ProMax and Evan answered the phone and immediately got me into his schedule which was the next day. yay! He was friendly, efficient and got the job done. I cant recommend this business enough.

We used Leak Masters to find a leak in our basement slab. They showed up on time and promptly found our leak saving us time and money by not having to dig up our entire slab to find it. Kevin was clean, courteous, and even friendly to our dog.

Where to begin... terrible communication on every level.
