Best Tankless Water Heater in Seattle WA

Not sure I could ever love it having to call a plumber. Especially when the Hawks are in the NFC championship game the same day your basement flooded. But we had the guys from Fox come out first thing on Monday AM and they were prompt, polite, informative and helpful. We've called them in the past, which is why we called them this time, and they'll definitely be the first ones we call if (hopefully not) need them. The service and guys were great.

I had Preston come on time and give me more options then i needed (in a good way) He went above and beyond to help me. I would absolutely use beacon again and i would request Preston as well. Great service

I have used Ridgid Plumbing for years now and Arash has always been my go-to guy whenever we've had a plumbing problem.
I can't say enough good things about him and his service!
He's always there for me and for our family, is super-responsive and his work is top-notch and reasonable. I wish that everyone we have used was as good and as dependable!

We had booked them to check our ceiling for leakage and we asked them 5-7 times about the endoscopy camera technology in which they don’t have to tear up the wall and they confirmed it also but when the technician called us before coming we confirmed with him also once again and he said he as no knowledge of camera thing and our situation… and after that we called the manager of the company to discuss this and he said we don’t have endoscopy camera technology to check ceilings. They wasted our 3 days as we counted on them for this issue. It’s highly unprofessional of them and they should give proper knowledge to their staff about what equipments they have and what issues they can handle. They should not book appointments and waste people time.

Repipe Masters are the only place I would recommend for a repipe job. Very professional and really fast. Finished the job in less than a day and for a very competitive price.

We had an emergency situation where a toilet valve blew off due to high pressure and started flooding the house. Raman was great. He was able to to get us on his schedule within a couple of days, arrived within the time window he provided, did a thorough job, and cleaned up afterwards. He also provided some guidance on how to keep the line clear (gunked up just from regular use). His rate was reasonable and we would definitely use him in the future.

I had a leak in the shower. The wall was very wet. This very nice, professional, man came and fixed my pipe and wall. He left it clean and didn't mess up anything in my home. The cost of my repair was a lot better than other quotes that I recieve. Thank you

My go to for all of my plumbing needs. We've used them for a number of projects from whole house water filter, toilet setting and also the sewer main etc. where we've had root intrusion for the upstairs and downstairs lines. Tyler is fantastic to work with and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.

Wezee's is helping us out with a full remodel renovation of two bathrooms, with full plumbing and sewer work. Additionally the team has experience with waterproofing and is helping us with our basement. They are excellent customer service: responsive, professional, timely, and they do great work.

Excellent company! Plumbing appointment was confirmed with a text message and plumbers arrived promptly on time. They diagnosed and solved the problem within twenty minutes of arrrival and also took care of another problem for free while they were there. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend and use again.

Tough problem - A significant leak with no visible surface moisture and over 250 feet of potential sources. Kevin was able to find it quickly, and then verify using other methods it before we committed to taking up a bit of asphalt. His 'X marks the probable spot' missed by maybe 4 inches. My wife and I fixed our 1000 gallon/day leak ourselves before dinner. Kevin's bill was higher than I'd have liked, due to the complex nature of the problem and the need to use helium to confirm the probable location of the leak, but the fix cost us a $20 trip to Lowes, some beer and take out food! Kevin was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We were happy to pay for the right tools in the hand of a seasoned pro. Highly recommend.
