We are tenants in a rental home with an 18-year-old gas furnace. The furnace quit working in Feb 2022 and at that time another heating company was called by the property management company to evaluate. That company recommended the furnace be replaced and the owners chose not to do that. So, when the furnace quit working again on Dec 5th, the property management company called Beacon Heating to evaluate the situation. Thus, we were so blessed that Ian and Josh, technicians from Beacon Heating, came to our rental home to evaluate the situation around 11 AM on Wed Dec 7th. Ian contacted the property management company with detailed information and recommendations needed for the property management company to contact the owner. The owner did not get back with the property management company until late in the afternoon. As soon as the property management company got back with Ian about what was approved by the owner, Ian and Josh were on it - they ordered the parts, drove to pick up the parts in Kirkland and got back to our home around 6 PM. They were masters in replacing the two parts needed to get our furnace working again in less than 30 minutes! During those two service visits, they were always in communication with the property management company, thereby expediting our getting the furnace fixed, and always very professional, explained to us what they found and what they were doing. Then, today I had some questions about the furnace. I called and left a message for Ian and he called me back immediately. He answered my questions clearly, patiently and expertly. In summary, Ian and Josh are over the top skilled, knowledgeable, honest and direct about their services and recommendations. My husband and I highly recommend Ian's and Josh's five start services to homeowners and tenants.

I had an issue with a sump pump control board - several plumbers told me I needed an electrician. A few electricians told me I needed a plumber. I got ahold of Pioneer Plumbing and they were able to work around my schedule to have Kip come out and take a look. He quickly diagnosed the problem, walked me through everything he was looking at and found quick ways to solve the problem. Great toubleshooting! Communication was great - each person I spoke to was incredibly nice and super helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again (but here's hoping I won't need to).

I have used Jim Dandy for several plumbing jobs recently. They are fast, friendly, very capable and well priced. I highly recommend them.

This review is a long time in the coming. On 6/16/15 we were moving and had a slight water leak at our water heater. Service tech Ben shows up and tells us that we just need to have a new elbow joint installed . No big deal. But since we had a moving truck in front of our house, he gave me an estimate of $586.70 to fix it. I told him that was crazy and he said, maybe, but what am I going to do as he turns and looks at the moving truck. He showed what kind of person he was and what kind of company this is by taking advantage of someone in a situation like that. Go elsewhere! They will screw you! The reason this review is 3 years after the fact, is I was just going through a stack of paperwork from our move and found the receipt from Puget Sound plumbing and got mad all over again. Since we were in the process of moving when this plumbing company screwed us, it wasn't until I found the receipt and it reminded me that I needed to write this review.it

I had him install a dishwasher and 2 toilets. The dishwasher shorted out underneath, and left evidence of it burning. The pro's who came after him said I should report him for the poor job he did. I'm thankful it didn't start a fire. One of the toilets is fine. The other is wobbly, and I need to yet another person in to fix that. In light of the service I got, I can't recommend him.

I called for a running toilet and unfortunately the part that was needed wasn’t in their stock for weeks. They were able to offer an alternative solution. We were able to order online sooner and will attempt to fix on our own. I appreciated the same day appointment and professionalism by Farmer and Reed. They understood our need to get the parts in sooner. They only charge if they perform the work. I’m going to reach out to O’Neill in the future. (I’ve used another plumbing company and they charge just to give me an estimate)

I highly recommend Watertite Plumbing, as my experience with Sharif during my remodel of my kitchen and two bathrooms offered three visits by him to complete the different stages of the project. He and his teammate were on time, professional and courteous with good mask wearing practices. Definitely will call on Watertite in the future if the need arises.

I called this plumber to have my drain cleaned and they did a great job. They removed the clog and explained everything they did, including what tools they used. They were polite, helpful, and completed the job in half the time expected! I would recommend them for drain cleaning services!

Putting in our new water line was not easy. Our sewer and our neighbor's sewer line were put in circa 1924, and they had sunk and risen over the years. Between data they got from the city, and scoping with a GPS linked sewer snake, Green Planet and their drilling partner did an amazing job avoiding the two sewer lines and a gas line to give us a new one inch water pipe that allows us to take a shower and not have the water die out if someone flushes a toilet or turns on the kitchen faucet. The materials they use are of the highest environment standard. Their high standards of preparation and execution are amazing. If you have an old house with a constricted water connection to replace, you can't go wrong with Tyler Brown and Green Planet Plumbing.

After a year of ongoing problems Ready Rooter was able to identify the cause and fix it. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a pretty big job but at least we know everything is in good working order now.

We just used them to replace the main line drain from house to connection. We found them straight-forward, efficient, and cleaned everything up after completing the job. Their bid was one of best, too. They were recommended by our neighbor/friend who is a realtor. Would definitely recommend!

Horrible. Had a clog. Was told there was a visit fee of 70.00. Fine. Was told once driver was out they'd give an estimate. Fine. Reality was that there was a flat fee for snake of 350.00 and jet of 500!!! Seriously. Couldn't believe that. Rip off. Why didn't guy on phone tell me that??? I paid the visit fee and sent the worker away. 1 hour and 15 dollars in a couple supplies from hardware store later I had the clog cleared by myself. Oh yeah plus the 70 for NOTHING!! Rip off!
