Excellent service Gabriel our technician was fantastic,,, so glad that he helped us with our installation!

Furnace broken, called Bacon. Master came said they need to change the main board and some one will call to arrange the repair and charged 75 dollars. No one called. Tried to reach them, but no one knows, no one calls back. It is cold outside ;) So paid 75 dollars for nothing.Worst experience I have ever had.Continuation. I had another company to look at furnace and the problem wasn't the main board as Bacon plumbing said, it was a gas valve. Fixed in under hour. Bacon called me eventually I complained about time and inaccuracy of the diagnosis and they asked never call them. Very unprofessional. Instead of offering refund for wrong diagnosis and not getting back they asked not to call and said they don’t want to do business with me ;)))) Really? Do they think I want to pay them for job not done right again?

My outside drain backed up into my basement. I called Wayne at Emerald City Sewer and he and his crew came over that evening. Evidently the problem was quite a ways from the house. Not only did they blow out the entire line, but they installed an outside access to the sewer line, which I didn't have in my 1962 house. Cleaned up like they were never there. Highly recommend!

We had a clogged bathtub and I called Pioneer because a friend of mine told me he used them with success. They were excellent. They did show up an hour late, but they called and told me this two hours prior so I could adjust. Things happen at sites, I get it, but they took the time and had the courtesy to call and tell me they were working on another clients problem still. That stood out to me because they wanted to take the time to fix an issue and still had the foresight to keep me in the loop. When they got to my place they were nice, efficient, and fixed the problem in less than 20 minutes. For that they get 5 stars.

Arrived and got right to the business at hand. Technician Farhad was professional, concise and communicated well the situation I was dealing with then gave me clear options going forward.The visit next day by Ron to camera the line to check for breaks or other issues proved very valuable. I also appreciated his professional, yet personable advise. He clearly showed me what was going on allowing me to make the best decision for my situation.I highly recommend their service.

I had a great experience with this company. Armin was able to come out the same day when I called for an estimate and was very responsive. I was able to schedule very quickly and get the work done asap at a reasonable price. Armin was very upfront and honest and did not try to upsell anything which I appreciate. Guy showed up and took 15 minutes to change the cutter head, then after a couple attempts to clear the line, ran a camera down, but couldn't see anything (surprise! the line was full of water) and said I could either call the jet machine in at $900 or possibly dig up the sewer. So I called another company, within 20 minutes they had the line cleared! No more BOB OATES

I typically don't leave reviews but I wanted to explain how great Nick and his crew were. I had received a quote from another company and felt very uneasy about the investment and how they interacted with us. I came across Repipe Masters and decided to get a quote. Nick was very prompt and responsive for our appointment. He went through the house and got back to me quick with a very affordable price. He and I went back and forth for a couple of weeks while I asked as many questions that I could regarding the work to be done. He was always informative and I was really taken back that he did not sub out the work.

We decided to go with them and he was able to schedule us within 2 weeks. He and his crew arrived at the schedule time and completed the work in about 8 hours. They laid down barriers to keep the dust down and not to walk on our floors. They worked quickly to make sure that everything was completed and put back together. We did pay for them to patch the walls, which came out perfect.

I 100% recommend Nick and his team. You will not go wrong with these guys!

DONT DO IT!!!! criminals they promise you one thing and do another. They had overcharged a job that took 10-15 min they charged $400 for a simple job then promised to not cash a check till a latter date then cashed it anyways. And then the manager Chris blames me for writing the current day I wrote the check instead of the day I wanted it cashed when I had mentioned 2-3 times and the moment before I wrote it I did not want it cashed till the following week. Which he agreed to them they cash it two days later. I would give zero stars if I could I would never use them agian. I wouldn't recommend them to my worse enemy!

Simon came out the same day I called about our main water line break. He detected the leak and was able to repair it 2 days later. He showed me the broken pipe and the how he repaired it. The whole time spent took about 3 hours. The price was was 50% less than a quote I received from a plumbing company!! Excellent work. I would definitely recommend Clearwater Leak Detection.

Quick Response, for Small Problem

We had a hose bibb that did not work, and had trouble finding someone who would even respond to calls/email. Then we remembered driving by the Green Planet trucks on Fauntleroy. I submitted a request on their website and got a very quick response with a reasonable quote and upcoming availability - within a few days. I called Friday and they came on Monday (not an emergency for us).

Eeso walked thru the problem with me and had it fixed very quickly - did not even need any parts. He showed me what he was doing in case we had the same (stuck valve stem) problem again.

Green Planet will be my FIRST call next time!
