David and Terren came out to the project and jetted the sewer that was full of roots.They worked very efficiently. When they were done jetting the sewer they ran a camera to inspect the sewer and gave a detailed video. The line is clear and we would definitely use Fox Plumbing in the future.

One of the strangest interactions I've had with a plumbing company. I requested a quote for a battery backup for my sump pump and confirmed via phone this is a service they provide.

When the technician arrived, he didn't know much of anything about battery backups and kept asking if I meant I wanted a generator installed to power my house. He then ended the interaction by trying to upsell me to a larger sump pump and said he'd call me back about a battery backup. No call ever came.

My entire interaction with the company was really strange.

Our hot water heater quit working and upon inspection had leaked. Our technician Jordan arrived within 45 minutes of our call and promptly diagnosed the problem and presented an estimate. With our approval, he located a new water heater system that fit our needs exactly. He drove and returned with everything we needed within one hour. Our heater system was more complex than most as it was a gas heated system and had a fan exhaust. Jordan had the old system removed and a new one in place with all new piping, connections and fittings completed efficiently and quickly.
Jordan was professional, courteous, competent and friendly. The scheduler at “2 Sons Plumbing” went out of her way to take care of our emergency quickly for which we are deeply appreciative. We strongly recommend “ 2 Son’s Plumbing”.

I called late on Sunday evening about a hardwired smoke detector issue and on Monday morning, as promised Ali and Sam arrived to fix the issue, bring my detectors up to code and did so in a quick, efficient, professional and friendly way. They are a great team who work together flawlessly and remove all the stress from the customer with their knowledge and manner. So glad I called Beacon and they sent these two guys out! Thanks Ali and Sam!

Our tech was professional, on time, prepared with masks and booties, and still beeped our number even when we failed to answer the phone. He solved and was finished with the issue within 10 minutes. Excellent work!

Roto-Rooter was great : Timely, responsive and efficient. We have a leak because of our fridge line. The first plumber Michael came in, did an assessment and suggested a pretty expensive repair but was not pushy on having it done letting me do another quote. I had to call the next day as I realized the water heater was off and was not able to turn it back on. Tahj came and turned the heater back for free. He also looked at the other issue and came back with a more affordable solutions. In both case, they were one time, available, and professional. Cheery on top, wait to get an answer on the phone was less than 5 minutes both times.

We had a garbage disposal go out and Arash was the quickest plumber in the area to get it done, he did great work and we were on our way in under a few hours, with a new disposal.

Morgan was friendly and professional. Total price was as quoted and he worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done fast. Left everything as good as new in just two hours - which included time to go and get the necessary parts. Definitely one happy customer!

I had a clogged down spout drain next to my garage (easy access). I told the dispatcher that this was an outside drain and not a $250 job. She said the plummer wound give me a quote when he arrived. I also told them I lived down a steep driveway so don't send a big truck. When the guy got to the house he refused to drive down the driveway. He said the job was $250 which is some kind of standard charge for a clogged drain.frustrated at this point i just said go ahead. Big mistake. He couldn't fix the problem. He needed other equipment in his truck but wouldn't drive down the driveway. He then told me he would need another person to help him, another $300. I told him to forget it. When the accountant called me the next day over a 10 cent error on the check I complained about the whole situation. The Manager on his own initiative called me. He said I got charged the wrong price and he would check with the plumber and call me back the next day. No call. I finally called him back several times after the rain started and drain backed up again. Still no call back. If you don't like getting ripped off do not use this guys.

Very satisfied customer. Nick and his crew were fast and professional. They repiped the whole house in one day, just as they projected. I felt that they really cared about their customers.

Very rude over the phone.

They told us they will replace a part in our water heater, instead they replaced the whole unit with one in their own inventory charging us for double the price for the same unit in the market. They took our original unit with themselves and after we asked them to return it the day after, they said they have tossed it out! We emailed them and asked questions about the unit replacement without our consent, and they called my husband and threatened him of consequences! So in short, we got a fast service, but we paid double price, we lost our own unit (which only needed a part to come back to life), and we were threatened the same day for asking questions about their decision.

Rick Braden arrived on time, checked my water heater thoroughly, explained his recommendations, showed me how to shut off the gas to my house and water heater, and service my water heater to make it last longer. He wrote up a work order and began the work immediately.

A bit on the pricey side, though about the going rate, Simon (owner) was quick to respond, called when he was on his way with an ETA as we had requested, is personable, easy to work with and most importantly, accurately detected our leak. Thank you!

I recently received a higher than normal water bill and determined that I had a water leak somewhere between my house and the meter at the street. Andy came out to take a look and sent me a work proposal to bypass and install and new water line. I checked out reviews of other plumbing companies and compared prices but found that Akers had nothing but positive reviews and quality work reported from it's customers. I went ahead and had Andy and his crew come out to do the work, it was finished within a day, they were very courteous and knowledgeable and restored my front yard to the point that I would have never known that any digging was done. They even installed a brand new shut off valve in the front yard. Bottom line excellent work done with quality parts...I would recommend them to anyone who is unsure about who to turn to for plumbing repairs.

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.

Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.
