Best Sewer Repair/replacement in Seattle WA

I had a leaking faucet on the exterior wall that Mike helped me replaced along with a 6 pipe that connects it to the main pipe. There has been no leak since so the quality seems good so far. The project took about 30 minutes to complete. Mike is professional and friendly. The transaction was smooth and easy.One thing to note, as other reviewers also mentioned is the price, I was charged $700 after tax which seems steep for such a short project. I understand the company is located in south Seattle, so the time to commute to the north needs to be included and may contribute some to the price. Next time I'd get a few quotes from nearby plumbers just to compare.

Wow. Not sure if I am the only one this has happened to, but what a horrific experience with this company.All I wanted was to have a garbage disposal replaced, which they claim to do, but who knows.They scheduled a window on Friday from 1-3. I rearranged my meetings to open up the window.Then they sent a text saying they could come earlier, during my meetings. Since I was I was on calls, I could not reply to their text, which should be fine, as I have a window from 1-3.They even sent another text saying that they would still be coming.At 2, they said they couldn't come. So I rescheduled for 1-3 on Monday.They said they were sorry for the inconvenience and would waive some $99 peace of mind evaluation, whatever that gouge was going to be.Next appointment, same shenanigans. They texted in the morning and said they could be here in an hour, during the meetings I had rescheduled to open the 1-3 window.Again, at noon, they said they were not sure if they could come, but would try. They said that last time. I said never mind, don't come at all.Bottom line, if you want something small done, go somewhere that wants your business or these guys will always put you at the bottom of their list and you will be subject to their scheduling whims.Apparently their scheduling windows are tentative. Block out 2 hours of your day, and we will come if we feel like it.I called another, better known plumber in the area and they were able to come during my Monday window. 15 minutes into the window they quoted and done in 45 minutes. Nice to finally have it done.

Seatown was on time and courteous. Kept me well informed of their arrivals and whom was coming to the site. Their work was completed in the time slotted by the work order. Job site was cleaned and everything put back as close to original as possible. I would use Seatown for future projects.

Out to my house quickly. Very knowledgeable and fixed my problem quickly. Will definitely use in the future.
