Best Sewer Repair And Replacement in Seattle WA

We had a great experience with Fox Plumbing after we realized our sewer line was blocked. Doug came out and did an amazing job! Very quick and knowledgable in finding and fixing our problem. Came to our house at the start of the allotted time and we were back up and running much faster than we thought. Great service and cuts right to the chase. Highly recommended, thanks again.

Unfortunately, this review is to warn others so they do not experience what I experienced. When I woke up to the sound of running water on Christmas Eve, I knew a pipe had burst somewhere when the weather warmed up after a week below freezing. I immediately turned it off at the house and checked the meter to ensure it was not running and my shut off was successful. I called a few companies and Gene Johnson answered (on Christmas Eve!) and scheduled me for the following Wednesday. The technician who came out was wildly unskilled. He did not have customer service communication skills (he informed me the charge would be more than the $60 service call because “he had to go buy waders” and had to “crawl under my house”). Is looking for a broken pipe in the crawl space of a house not par for the course with plumbing? After returning from his shopping trip, he (maybe) crawled under the house but eventually came out whining about how hard it would be to get his tools in there, and I would need to hire another company to pump out the standing water (ok, so your plumbing company doesn’t do that?) and then produced an $1800 quote with random charge codes and generic language. I kept assuring him that the standing water was not from a leak (the water had been off for days) and was a result of recent heavy rains and ground water behavior. He offered no knowledge or understanding of hydrology or the behavior groundwaters, surface waters, water tables, etc. And his estimate containing random charge codes, included No narrative, no discussion of the standing water, no description of the break, type of pipe, length of pipe, etc. I certainly did not book with this company and was fortunate to get another plumber out on Friday. Wouldn’t you know it? The pipe break was in my detached shop; some pvc couplings had cracked. It wasn’t even under the house! This company and their technician charged me $343 for a leak detection service they did not provide and produced an $1800 quote for something that wasn’t broken! After days of waiting for a call back, I finally got an email from the guy’s supervisor saying that he reviewed the notes, and the techs performance wasn’t in line with company process and procedure and he would issue the refund. And I still continue to get impersonal and generic marketing outreach from the company “owner” welcoming me to the family and giving me a $20 gift card to refer others. Never would I refer someone to this company!

We called Joe’s 2 Sons Plumbing, on a referral from a friend, to fix our bathtub clog. They were able to see us quickly and quoted us a reasonable price to fix it. Unfortunately it turned out to be a bigger job, but Dave and his partner were able to come back two days later and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Happy to have found these guys and will definitely call them again in the future!

Jesus and Liam were really kind and proactive. They got the sink/plumbing issue resolved right away (under 30 minutes). Very pleased with the service and would recommend!

Pioneer did a great job for us! The tech, Mike Davidson, showed up on-time and was very professional. He kept our house nice and clean and had our drains running in no time. Price was good and didn't have to deal with upselling. Honest company and highly recommended.

Scheduled a service between 8am–12pm. By 4:40pm they still weren’t here and had not communicated any timeline. It’s Christmas Eve, I’m about to have a baby and need to wash his coming home outfit, I can’t do dishes or cook for Christmas at all, and they communicated absolutely NOTHING. I had to call multiple times to get any update at all.

We had a leak from our ceiling to the basement and Ridgid Plumbing showed up on time and prepared and fixed the leaked and very helpful and also referred us to a water restoration company and how to work with our insurance company. Definitely calling again and would recommend to everyone in need of plumbing

Local company who's been around the Puget Sound for a long time. Saw their trucks all over the city and when I had a problem decided to call. Found out I had a busted sewer line and was given a fair and reasonable estimate. After a couple of more estimates I decided to give Bob Oates a try and boy am I glad that I did. Not only was it a better value than the other companies but excellent service. Great Job!

Repipe Masters are the only place I would recommend for a repipe job. Very professional and really fast. Finished the job in less than a day and for a very competitive price.

Rude and sloppy

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.

Awesome. $500 bucks well spent finding a water main leak along my 350 ft run. Put down that painted X within 6 inches of the leak that was 2 feet down. Stopped me from continuing to make my driveway look like a scene from the movie Holes. A few hours of backbreaking labor on my part saved me a $13k line replacement. Woohoo.

Todd is great. Reliable, honest, knows what he's doing and is nice. He has good resources and has excellent suggestions for saving money too.

Akers Outdoor Plumbing were professional in every aspect of the job. They were extremely knowledgable about the best way to install a new water line in a challenging yard with many mature plants and trees that they took great care to protect. I give them my highest recommendation.

I hired O’Neill Plumbing Company after having a really bad experience with another supplier recommended by The Home Depot. After being without water for 4 days and the other company leaving the premises without any solution, Donna from O’Neill called me to learn about my experience and figure out how they could help.

Nelson showed up at my place to assess the situation on Saturday evening and was able to fully explain the process, the cost, and their commitment to get the work completed on Sunday. Nelson, Bobby, and Mickey were at my place at 9:30am as scheduled. They were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to do business with. They took care of everything and, although the cost ended up being higher than I initially budgeted for, it was worth every cent as the process was seamless and the work was completed as expected within the time frame they provided.

On top of that, their positive attitude and customer service was top notch. They sacrificed their Mother’s Day celebrations to complete this project and can’t thank them enough for such a great experience. I would highly recommend O’Neill Plumbing Company to anyone looking for similar services. They’re simply the best!

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.

Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.

Sharif repaired my burst hose bib which had frozen over the winter. The connection was in a difficult to access area, and a previous plumber had quoted me $2000 for the job. Sharif finished the job over two short visits and charged me $470. I was extremely pleased with his service for a few different reasons:

- I called him four times over the course of the repair job, and he picked up right away each time.
- He was very transparent and forthcoming about the details of the job. The knowledge he gave me about hose bib maintenance and operation was at least as valuable to me as the actual repair he made.
- He gave a solid quote within the first phone call, and the final charge matched that initial amount.

I will be going to Sharif for all my future plumbing issues for as long as I live in the Seattle area.

One very minor nitpick: he and his associate did track a little bit of drywall/masonry dust on my floor. Ideally, they would have cleaned that up before they left. But again - a very minor issue that doesn’t even preclude my rating them five stars.
