Best Sewer Line Repair And Replacement in Seattle WA

Fox Plumbing, Heating & Cooling - Seattle Plumber
I'm weeks overdue for posting this prop to Sean Smith, from a a repair a few weeks ago. Sean was responsive, timely and straight up on details and pricing - fixed pricing so you know exactly what worse case scenario is. When I note worse case it's because I got quoted for a repair but once they did the work I was charged $500 less than the estimate. These folks are the real deal. I FINALLY have my trusted plumbing service after years of using other companies (such as the two companies who have popular rhyming slogans or celebrity pitches/tv adds and who use their largess to take advantage of people with bs pricing). I've been a landlord for 23 years, and I have had great plumbers for projects. Fox is the one for me here on out!

We utilize the Seattle Sewer whenever we have any issues with our grinder pumps. Each time they have come out, they have been able to identify the problem quickly and have it fixed right away. We highly recommend them for their prompt service and attention to detail.

Beacon Plumbing Plumber
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY.We had a guy come out to our house who was trying to fix a broken pipe in a crawl space. After shutting off our water and working for 5 hours, there was no fix. Only a suggestion that we needed to put in new pipes out to our water meter which would cost us about $12,000. He left our house with a huge hole (a mess in front of our home) and no fix.I decided to get a second opinion and had a different plumber come out in the morning who ended up fixing the problem in 3 hours. He didn't need to re-pipe anything. After calling to cancel the service with Beacon and willing to pay for his work, we found out we were being charged $3,200. We wanted an itemized list of what we were paying for before paying for that service. ($3,200 seems outrageous, especially since he didn't fix anything) Next thing i know, the guy who had been at our house the night before, shows up at my house demanding payment. He didn't have an itemized list, just the paperwork that was signed (before any work was done) from the night before. I ended up writing him a check to get him to leave.I have already called Beacon's customer service line and left several messages with no return.I will now move forward with filing a complaint with the Consumer Protection Office as well as taking them to small claims court. They completely tried to take advantage of us, which worked. They might not have gotten $12k from us, but still received a very large payment for not getting any work done.

Ridgid Plumbing and Drain Services Plumber
Arash, the business owner of Ridgid Plumbing came to our condo on a few hours notice to convert the incompatible shut off valve to one that will allow our new sitting dishwasher to be installed. Installer used by home depot can install it because they don’t want to deal with liability of connecting a metal braided hose to a plastic shut of valve. They also can’t fix it. The big problem we have is that we’ll have an open house to sell the condo next day and no functional dishwasher. Arash was able to fix this issue and install the dishwasher which work well and nicely placed. He also fixed the drains of the new vanity sinks the the contractor didn’t do a good job of making sure there was no leak. Arash was easy to talk with and don’t give you a hard sales or doomsday talks that will make you get scared of the cost of plumbing repair you’ll be dealing with. He showed honesty and integrity in his work. I kept his contact info because I know I will be needing his professional services in the future. Though he’s the business owner you can still see the humility and hard working traits in him explaining why he’s so successful and the quality of work he does.

Seattle's Best Plumbing & Rooter LLC Plumber
I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.

Seattle Hot Water Co. Plumber
Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.

Clearwater Leak Detection, Inc. Plumber
I've been trying to hunt down a leak on my property for the past 2 weeks. I've had a plumber and folks from a water restoration company with a thermal imaging device come take a look. Nobody could find any signs of leaks. But, the water meter said differently. I then called a few leak detection companies and they immediately started talking about finding leaks with fancy techniques requiring nitrogen. One of them was convinced I had a slab leak. Most of these companies employ receptionists so you don't actually get to talk to an experienced technician.

I gave Clearwater Leak Detection a call and was able to immediately talk to the owner Simon. He asked what was going on and after listening to my issue, provided his rates and a working theory on what might be going on.

What truly stood out is how professional Simon was. I can tell he loves his craft and was willing to be transparent upfront. Other companies require their technicians to come out in person before they share anything.

I definitely look forward to working with Simon in the future if I ever need his services again.

Sound Sewer Inspection Plumber
Todd and Sound Sewer Inspection were a critical part of the home purchase decision for me and my family. A sewer scope is a wise minimal upfront expense that can save you thousands and thousands of dollars down the road. This part of the process should not be overlooked. Todd is professional, knowledgeable, and reliable - not qualities you always find in this industry. I highly recommend Sound Sewer Inspection to anyone considering buying or selling a home.

O'Neill Plumbing Plumber
This morning Jeff and Jon came to our home to unclog a shower we couldn't snake successfully. They were on time, professional, courteous , and friendly to our very barky dog :O) After unclogging the first shower, Jeff asked if there were any other issues we wanted them to look at. So, we asked if they would unclog another shower/tub that was draining slowly - all within 30min. I would highly recommend O'Neill Plumbing!

SODO Plumbing and Mechanical Plumber
Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.

Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.
