Best Replacement Water Pipe in Seattle WA

Called Fox and their CSR Savannah was helpful and polite. Repairman arrived within 30 minutes (for a non-emergency call) to fix a leaky copper pipe in our crawlspace. Duston was professional and clearly communicated what needed fixing and what it would likely cost. He completed the work quickly and cleanly. He was upbeat and friendly. I'd recommend Fox to friends.

Chad came in and fixed our plumbing in one of the bathrooms at our warehouse. He was quick, efficient, and professional. Chad and the rest of the team were great to work with every step of the process.

Plumber did not arrive until 9:04AM. We had them come out to identify a leak from our shower/bathtub; they did a quick inspection and told us it would cost $400 to do further inspection (non invasive). We went ahead thinking they would be doing more testing, but were disappointed with services provided to come to the conclusion that no leak was found. We are going with another company to identify leak. Services were a waste of our time for no resolution.

Great plumber. Thorough, communicative, friendly. Another plumber told me they'd have to do up the concrete to fix the issue. Rigid was able to clear it with their snake. My only plumber from now on.

I called in for a diagnostic appointment with Nick from Repipe Masters. On the day of, he never showed up. I tried to call and he even hung up the phone. They know how hot the market is right now and would only go for the big job. Will not recommend for anyone!

Pool was loosing water. Simon came and did an extensive examination of the pool and all the plumbing. He was able to map out all of the undeground pipes for intake and outake. Eventually he found the leaks in the side of the pool. There was an old decommissioned 1.5 inch copper pipe that had started leaking at some point. He inserted a screw cap, and the leak was fixed.

Akers did an amazing job fixing the waterline in front of my house. They replaced the whole pipe. I was expecting my lawn to be a disaster zone afterwords since they needed to dig to get to the existing pipe and put in the new one, but after they finished you couldn't even tell they had dug anything.

They were fast, friendly, and charged an extremely reasonable amount. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work.

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.

Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.

PJ and the team came to the rescue for me. My home ran into a serious plumbing issue, with a sewer line that needed to be replaced. Our whole household was in emergency mode — we couldn't take a shower, flush, or even wash our hands normally.

PJ and the team went well beyond the call of duty, working late into the night on a holiday weekend to get us operational again. They didn't have to do that — but I am so appreciative that they did!

They told us they will replace a part in our water heater, instead they replaced the whole unit with one in their own inventory charging us for double the price for the same unit in the market. They took our original unit with themselves and after we asked them to return it the day after, they said they have tossed it out! We emailed them and asked questions about the unit replacement without our consent, and they called my husband and threatened him of consequences! So in short, we got a fast service, but we paid double price, we lost our own unit (which only needed a part to come back to life), and we were threatened the same day for asking questions about their decision.

Steve seemed to be a competent and personable technician and did a good job. The only problem was the cost - absolutely outrageous.
