This is a fantastic company! I was apprehensive to use them because of their advertising thinking they would be expensive. That was simply not true. They are inexpensive if anything. Competent, professional, courteous and likeable people. Shout out to John who fixed my radiant floor heat and Steve and Dean who fixed something I should have caught but didn't. They've earned my respect and loyalty. Great job you guys!

service was good , they show up on time , complete the installation smoothly , but the way they charge me for sending a second man I don't see it as a fair deal , about 600 dollars extra is something that should be discussed with costumer upfront , and shouldn`t be a surprise .
I hope they will consider that in future and inform costumer of all charging details .

It was a pleasure working with Giovanni today. He arrived on time, explained the services clearly, did the evaluation promptly and carefully, and then explained the results. Fortunately, we do not need other services today, but I'll be happy to call on this company again.

It was amazingly fast. The plumber came at the same day I texted to him. All the work was done very neatly and efficiently.

Nick and his team completed a whole house re-pipe, including replacing our water main line, relocating & installing a new water heater, and re-positioning a gas pipe for our dryer - in May of 2018. They finished the job in a day and a half. He was a pleasure to work with and had great communication - all at a very competitive price. Fast forward to this past weekend and the valve on the water main line had cracked and was gushing water on the side of our house. I called Nick late in the afternoon on Saturday - and while he was unable to make it out (on his day off - he was out of town for the day) he arrived at 8am on Sunday to replace the valve. I have recommended Nick and his team to several friends and neighbors! Excellent service!

Jon came out quickly, diagnosed the problem, fixed it with the best parts and was friendly and professional.

Where do I start...I hired Clear water to locate a small leak between the meter and my house. Simon came out and found the spot for me. I told him I was going to dig it up and attempt the repair myself..Simon told me that after I could see the pipe to call him and he would either bring the parts I needed or fix it himself.
The leak was under a 3 ft tall landscape hill...I called 811 and they located my power, right next to the water (of course) so no machines could be used to dig...6 hrs of digging and I found the pipe had been encased in a large tree root over the years...I called Simon...He came out the next day, a Sunday on labor day weekend! 4 hrs of cutting away the root and he got the pipe fixed.
Simon did not charge me anymore than the standard hourly rate...No massive holiday rates...No taking advantage...Simon fixed the pipe because he would not quit when it seemed pointless...He save me thousands in not having to install a new service...Hire Simon and Clear Water leak detection he works hard and is honest!
