Our double bathroom vanity was blocked; we tried to snake it but couldn't make the corner. Called Fox at 9am and they had someone come out in just a couple hours. Assessed the situation, offered a solution, and had it fixed within the next 2 hours for a reasonable price. Very professional.

Our tech was professional, on time, prepared with masks and booties, and still beeped our number even when we failed to answer the phone. He solved and was finished with the issue within 10 minutes. Excellent work!

We chose Repipe Specialists because they were affordable, but we'd use them again because they were fast, courteous, and knowledgeable. Jose and his crew worked very quickly and helped us with getting our old house up to code for the inspection. The head office responded very quickly to my questions and were a pleasure to work with. We just had our house re-piped by Repipe Masters (replaced 60s-era galvanized steel with PEX). They also installed a new hot water heater and two new toilets we had purchased.

The crew that performed the work was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. They discovered that additional work beyond the original scope was needed, and worked several additional hours to complete it (at a very reasonable cost).

The owner stopped by to check in on the project, and was clear with communication before and during the work. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their house re-piped.

This job was complicated by needing to extend the interior water main to a second water feed including crawl space work. There was one difficulty with crawl space access and they stayed late to complete the job and stayed within the original estimate.

Everyone I dealt with was fantastic, friendly, concerned and knowledgeable. Technicians came out the same day, quickly identified my problem, took care of what could be done immediately, and offered me great advice that lead to clear lines, and a super cost effective resolution. Had a tenant somehow unscrew the bathtub drain and call me cause it wont go back in. Being in Alaska, I couldn't take care of it myself as I built the house. I called another plumber first, who was too busy and recommended these guys. That says something right there....

Marcus came out 5 hours after I called, let himself in the house with the hidden key, called me immediately and was a little confused why it would happen. He found the tenant had cross-threaded the drain into the boot, which could cause him to replace the entire drain. He wanted my permission to try to fix it (fix the threads), then if needed, replace the entire drain.

Calls me back 15 min later and says he had success getting the original unit back together, and tried to only charge me there minimum service call. I voluntarily overpaid (pay for what you get people) and including tax was out the door still for just over $100. Crazy happy.

Integrity, skilled and super easy to work with. If I could give 7 stars I would. Marcus could have turned this into a can of worms by just not trying as hard. And he would have made a lot more money doing it any other way than he did.

When I called this service. The person on phone said there is no charge for check water heater.when the repair guy came he did not tell me what was the fault he opened the box and he talking on phone. After one hour I asked what was the fault. He told me he put new sensors.but he did not put any sensor.he ask me to pay $ 550.00. When I told him that is too much money .he called to company then he said ok I gave u discount pay $340.00. I paid $ 340.00.then he left after couples hour I turned my heater on problem is same . They are unprofessional people. Don’t use this company

Our sewer line was clogged, I called the company at noon, and they showed up in an hour to clean the pipe. They are very professional. And more importantly, they were honest and trustable. They charged me a very reasonable price for the service. Highly recommended!

This is a Very professional company that's as honest and straightforward as the day is long. I can't imagine anyone better at what they do. Nick was totally awesome clearing a very, very (very) plugged drain line. He's been doing that work for 15 years, and his expertise and knowledge came shining through. He is professional, was described to me by another professional in the trades as 'best in Seattle', and all the while, remarkably cheerful and a joy to work with. Oh, and the bill? Let's just say that I Really got my money's worth - every single penny.

Marcus and his apprentice were really great. Marcus took the time to explain to me (a few times, because I don’t really understand plumbing issues) what was going on with our tub overflow. I knew that the last plumber had done something incorrectly, but I didn’t know what. So Marcus fixed it, and was very polite, professional, and efficient. He did not try to up-sell me on anything, but did let me know what all of my options were. I ended up going with the least expensive option, which was reasonable, especially considering the quality of the work. And Marcus is a nice guy. We even had a fun chat about our pets! And he and his apprentice left our bathroom looking cleaner than before. When does that ever happen? I highly recommend!

We woke up to a flooded basement due to leaking water heater and a discovered we also had a faulty water valve. We called Knockout Plumbing and they were able to come out and give us a quote, get the parts and install all in the same day. We appreciate their speedy response excellent workmanship and fair price!

I could not be more satisfied. James and the man who helped him were extremely professional and did more than I expected. They wore slip on coverings over their shoes, vacuumed the carpets where they worked, helped me locate my electrical panel, and moved stuff out of their way and then put it back exactly as it was. And this was a tough, 6+ hour, three-floor job.
