Sebastian arrived on time with a professional and friendly attitude. He diagnosed the problem with my furnace, repaired it, and gave it a thorough cleaning/repair. The price was very reasonable compared with other companies I have hired. Best of all was Sebastian‘s positive attitude and pleasant demeanor. Also, Fox communicated well with me from the time I made the appointment to once the job was completed. I would definitely hire them again.

Hired Seattle Plumbing last week for the first time ever needing emergency plumbing work. They were so amazing!

Service is to unclog kitchen sink.
Called Jim Dandy after two days of clogged sink doing some home remedy and still water doesn’t drain down.
Michael is very friendly and hard working. He makes sure he does his work done even how hard it is. When the first time it did not work, he looks through and checks all the possible places and trying again until problem is solved.

Was notified by PUD that our meter was running excessively. After looking over a lot of reviews online, I decided to call Clearwater. I spoke with Simon on a Friday, and he was able to squeeze me in on Monday.
He was right on time, and went straight to work. I have a long driveway, and the waterline runs under most of it, then cuts over to the garage.
After some time, Simon had narrowed it down to two potential spots he was feeling strongly about. He commented that it was difficult to determine between the two and felt that the line could be deep, or something over it. He picked one of the two spots and marked it.
He had let me know in advance that due to his current schedule, he would be unable to do the repair himself, but recommended Trident Plumbing who he felt good about. Trident came out, cut the driveway, dug out the dirt, but initially were unable to find the line. I called Simon, and he came out the next day and did another scan. It turned out, he was in the right place for the line, but it was to the side and the plumber had been only about one shovel more from it. Simon then dug some more under the concrete, and sure enough, not only was the leak under the first spot he suspected, but it was covered by a large root, that had pinched the pipe.
He definitely knew what he was doing, and I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Had a problem trying to get a plumber and tried this new company out. Sharif quickly came to my rescue when no other plumber would see me that day. Got a new water heater just in time. Thankyou again for the excellent service!!

Fixed toilet backup then returned few days later when toilet showing small new leak at base. In both instances their staff were responsive, friendly, professional and most importantly came out the first time at 9 pm. Prices comparable and most important was their response when needed. HD Plumbing and Nick were great to work with! Nick installed a new drainage pipe for our washing machine (so it doesn't have to empty into our sink anymore!), and Nick installed a new garbage disposal for us. It all looks really good and there are no leaks! Also, Nick was very friendly, efficient, and did a great job of explaining everything he was doing.

As a woman, I absolutely loved that they send you a photo of the service person ahead of time so that you know you’re opening the door to the correct person. This is a very thoughtful and considerate security feature.

Top notch work! Called for commercial help however they sadly no longer do commercial. I was helped by Jennifer who went above and beyond to suggest other plumbers and even after my call ended fallowed up with a text message providing yet another option.

I had a pretty serious back up in my bathroom sink. The pipes were clogged and sludge was oozing from the sink and would not drain. Chris from Fischer Plumbing came out within a day of calling for the service and did a fantastic job. After 20 minutes of work the pipes had been cleared out. Water drains as it should and the terrible sludge smell is now gone. Thanks Fischer and thank you Chris for such efficient great work!

Full of excuses, waited 3 weeks for them to fix a broken shower, lack of communication on rescheduling and when things will be fixed

Four years ago I Hired GF for major job of over $7,000 and they didn’t honor our contract. He didn’t replace 5 feet of pipe and blamed Puget Sound Energy for his responsibility. The Better Business Bureau made multiple attempts to resolve the issue but they didn’t reply. NEVER HIRE this company!
