Best Repair/Replacement in Seattle WA

I was freaking out bath tub full of standing water, it was over flowing I kept dumping the excess water out, eventually the water seeped into other rooms nearby, it looked really bad. Have a wonderful handyman who came by for 4 hours and couldn't get even a drop to run, called fox they sent out Conrad within 2 hours on an late after hours call and not only was he on time, but very professional. Conrad fixed this issue in 25 min, yes that's not a typo it took Conrad 25 min to fix a problem that was freaking me out and making me very worried. Conrad showed up and put my worries at ease and said he's fix it right away-and that's what he did. I hope I never have to call a plumber, but if I do it's fox and I'm asking for Conrad. I would give Stephen Larson 10 stars if I could. I called Stephen because I had a backed up basement toilet, bath and laundry room. I had two other plumbers out to the house the day before, both of whom were unable to get a camera or snake to the clogged area of the line to diagnose the problem properly. After asking around, another plumber who was too busy for my emergent issue referred me to Stephen at Pioneer Plumbing, and told me he was the Inspector Gadget of the plumbing world. I called and left Stephen a voicemail, he promptly called me back, and was at my house within an hour of talking to me. He was able to get his camera to the clogged area within minutes of arriving, assessed the situation quickly, and then got the line cleared. I was impressed with his responsiveness, professionalism, positive attitude. I am very thankful for his years of experience which enabled him to solve my sewer line problems quickly and efficiently. He will be my goto plumber moving forward.

We had multiple problems with our sewer line, and needed the professional plumber to take care of it for us. One of the technicians from Ridgid came the same day and he explained me what is going on and how they are going to look in sewer line with their camera.
They showed up next day early morning and were able to finish the job before noon. Very responsible and professional.

This total repipe process was quite painless I’m happy to say. The day of the repipe made for a pretty noisy house which was to be expected given the cutting of walls and ceilings. But the two guys doing the work were professional and worked hard to complete their part of the job and restore our water usage before they left that night. Awesome!
The drywall guy had to return a couple times to refine his repairs but Repipe Specialists were on top of it all the way.

Exceptional communication and quality of Service. While the bid we got to install some new plumbing was not the lowest from Jim Dandy, the price was fair and reflected a really high level of professionalism and work from Ryan. Highly recommend.

Trevor came out and cleared my main sewer line that was clogged with tree roots. My kitchen sink line was clogged with grease and he managed to clear this line too. Lot of work with two different machines that took 3 hours but it got done!

Awesome. $500 bucks well spent finding a water main leak along my 350 ft run. Put down that painted X within 6 inches of the leak that was 2 feet down. Stopped me from continuing to make my driveway look like a scene from the movie Holes. A few hours of backbreaking labor on my part saved me a $13k line replacement. Woohoo.

I wish I could give them more then 5 stars but Google won't let me. They were awesome. The moment I met Andy, I knew he was the one I needed to fix my water line. Their team got the problem found and fixed in less then 3 hours. If you need outdoor plumbing done, just hire them and know they will take care of you right.
