I called Fox based on the reviews given online and was not disappointed. The service technician called the day of my appointment and let me know when he would be coming by beforehand, showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and friendly. I had a simple issue with my shower fixture not allowing enough hot water but Bobby fixed that within an hour. I would recommend them to anyone in the area. I'm not well versed in the current labor costs but they do seem expensive.

We had a sewage backup into a downstairs toilet. Tyler did a great job of determining the problem, locating the blockage, and providing several options for resolving the blockage. The entire project was finished in 4 days.

I used Beacon's Electrical division to replace my panel and meter, as well as to rewire basically my entire house. My primary tech, Dennis, was incredible - I really feel like he went above and beyond and tried to make the experience as smooth and painless as possible (which is always tough when you need surprise electrical work). Super communicative, prompt, and cut me deals where he could - I would absolutely hire them again and would request Dennis specifically!

I would give Stephen Larson 10 stars if I could. I called Stephen because I had a backed up basement toilet, bath and laundry room. I had two other plumbers out to the house the day before, both of whom were unable to get a camera or snake to the clogged area of the line to diagnose the problem properly. After asking around, another plumber who was too busy for my emergent issue referred me to Stephen at Pioneer Plumbing, and told me he was the Inspector Gadget of the plumbing world. I called and left Stephen a voicemail, he promptly called me back, and was at my house within an hour of talking to me. He was able to get his camera to the clogged area within minutes of arriving, assessed the situation quickly, and then got the line cleared. I was impressed with his responsiveness, professionalism, positive attitude. I am very thankful for his years of experience which enabled him to solve my sewer line problems quickly and efficiently. He will be my goto plumber moving forward.

I never write reviews, but I was so impressed with everything about the service I received, I felt like I had to write something about this. I will be referring Pioneer Pluming & Sewer to everyone I know moving forward. You should be using them too.

After trying and trying to unclog our drain using chemicals and lye, I called on Roto Rooter for their services as they've always done the job right with me in the past. They rootered my drain and double checked the line to insure a job well done. They are priced very reasonably and they are informative in the work they perform. This is a company with knowledgeable plumbers who are respectful and friendly. Thank you RotoRooter. You are my first choice in clearing my clogged drains when lye crystals or liquid drain cleaners will not work.

I trusted too much and didn't watch after the pipes were put in. The lawn was a mess. The guy who raked the dirt back into the gully didn't tamp the dirt down and bury the rocks. So there's rocks of all sizes and mounds of extra dirt that didn't fit back into the gully. The ceiling panels could have been put back better. I trusted you Eric. I want that last 500 dollars to hire someone to get the lawn back.

We had booked them to check our ceiling for leakage and we asked them 5-7 times about the endoscopy camera technology in which they don’t have to tear up the wall and they confirmed it also but when the technician called us before coming we confirmed with him also once again and he said he as no knowledge of camera thing and our situation… and after that we called the manager of the company to discuss this and he said we don’t have endoscopy camera technology to check ceilings. They wasted our 3 days as we counted on them for this issue. It’s highly unprofessional of them and they should give proper knowledge to their staff about what equipments they have and what issues they can handle. They should not book appointments and waste people time.

I have dealt with different plumbing companies in Seattle and I have to say that Bob Oates is superior to all I have ever used. I like the professionalism and their expertise. They respected my house. They listened and answered to all of my concerns. They have great communication skills. I am very impressed as I rarely see this. Also they didn't make me feel that got ripped off. I got a great value from them. I have had a bad taste from other plumbing companies and contractors. This company has 100% impressed me. I had my home repiped with pex by repipe masters in November of 2020, and have had no issues with the pipes in the year since. The price was fair and it only took a day for the repipe crew to complete the job for my home (1600 square feet). Nick (the owner) is very friendly and easy to schedule with. I recently had an issue with the main water valve that turned out to be user error, and Nick graciously helped out with that.

I had a valve break under my kitchen sink and had to turn off the main water. Called and they said they'd have someone out between 1-3, I then called them at 3:15 and they wanted to reschedule me for the next morning. So I wasted over 3 and half hours from the time it happened for them to let me know they don't think they'll make it. I called another company and they were able to come out and fix it. Terrible communication.

I called Zoltan to replace my water main. I briefly described the project on the phone, and he quoted me a price, which I found reasonable. He said he could take a look at the project that day, and do the work in a few days. Great!

He called me back a few minutes later, and said if I wanted to do the work that day, he could do it, for an extra hundred dollars. That seemed a little sketchy, and I declined, I was fine waiting a few days.

When Zoltan showed up, he said I misrepresented the job to him on the phone. I didn't think I had, but ok, I assume that's why a tradesman looks at a project before starting or giving a formal estimate, right? But Zoltan seemed especially annoyed by this.

He told me I didn't tell him the main went under the sidewalk. Well no I did not, but that's a common scenario, and I had offered to send him pictures, which he said wasn't necessary. He said he had to do more things, add protection under the sidewalk or something. I asked, what things? He said he would show me when he did the work. I said, I'm curious, what is it, adding conduit or something? And he would not give me a straight answer.

He said, 'you said this was easy job. I don't recall ever saying that. I'm a contractor and I know when people tell me it's easy, it usuallty isn't, so I'm not likely to tell another professional that. If it's not easy, fine, explain how it is difficult. But he didn't do that.

Anyway, I didn't like the way he was becoming more annoyed and accusatory. I didn't like that he wouldn't be specific about the details under the sidewalk. I didn't like that he was throwing out different numbers as we talked, ranging from $800 to $4800.

So when he said, let's take a look inside the house, I said, you know what, let's save each other some time, say goodbye and move on with your day. This seemed to make him more angry. He said, you said it was easy, you do it yourself!. He wanted to argue more, I just wanted to move on.

Maybe he's a great plumber. Maybe he was having a bad day. Maybe we miscommunicated. Maybe, despite my efforts to be friendly and open minded, I rubbed him the wrong way. In any case, he didn't act professionally, and I felt compelled to relate my experience here.

Bobby T and his team are the absolute best! I don’t think we will ever use any other plumber. We’ve had him come out a few times, with services that need to be done as soon as possible. He was always very responsive and able to make it work. Tonight he came out to fix an outside water spigot that had burst. We had to turn off the water main and so he wanted to come out to fix it as soon as possible so that we would have our water back on. He was able to work quickly and come up with a very good solution to make it work and get our water back on. It was very affordable! Especially after having to use Beacon Plumbing a few years ago for a similar service and getting charged over five times as much as what they quoted us over the phone. I very much appreciate his business ethic and quality work. If you’re looking for a plumber don’t look any further than Bobby T! He’s your guy!! Thank you and your team so much for everything, we are truly grateful.

I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.
