Fox Plumbing was timely, efficient and highly professional. When called in to diagnose our problem and give a quote the technician, Kit, quickly unearthed a hidden crawl space we had no knowledge of. He gave us a competitive quote and replaced a large section of pipe & toilet flanges inside the crawl space within the week. Very friendly and professional! Connor was so nice! Also they were available to fix my problem next day. But, A bit expensive. I had a water heater break at my work less than a week ago and the replacement for the same type of water heater (from another provider) was $1,400. I was charged $2,100 for the same type of job. I'm grateful for the service and level of professionalism, I just wish I didn't feel like I got charged more than necessary.

I have to work from home, therefore I am quite busy and only have a small amount of time to deal with things. When my garbage disposal broke, I phoned a local plumber who was able to come out the same day and fix it quickly. They perform a great job and even fixed my garbage disposal for a reasonable fee!

I’ve used Two Sons Plumbing exclusively since I bought my home. Never an issue until my HOA hired a different company to perform all ground unit drain cleaning. That company did not re-install the garbage disposal correctly and I had a bad leak. I brought Two Sons plumbing back out and Tyler fixed it. I use them (Tyler R) exclusively because they never have to come out back out to fix something they already took care of. They take care of it right the first time.

It's simple, do not use Beacon. I am currently in excessive pricing war with their consumer affairs dept. They over price and lie if they wronged you they will make it correct I chose to not use them and the two other bids I recieved are drastically less and a different outcome. Stay away from the Seattle Beacon plumbing horrible ethics and business practices.

The repair person was professional and repaired my toilet clog in no time. I would use Roto-Rooter again (but hope I don’t need to!).

I called in for a diagnostic appointment with Nick from Repipe Masters. On the day of, he never showed up. I tried to call and he even hung up the phone. They know how hot the market is right now and would only go for the big job. Will not recommend for anyone!

Excellent service! It’s one thing to have technology; it’s another thing to know and understand that technology. Simon used what I will call progressive diagnostics to map the water lines in our concrete slab. From a visual inspection to a “simple” thermal imaging device to the next to a sophisticated listening device to isolate the leak to a one meter circle. I hope to update this review with the results from the the repair.
Simon gave excellent advice on the next steps after having located the most probable area for the leak (just the nature of plumbing in a concrete slab).
FYI. The 3 hour minimum charge was fully reimbursed by my insurance within a day.

After reading their excellent online reviews We hired Drain Pro and were not disappointed. Raman did a great job, in and out the door in about 45 minutes. Now I just have to keep my Grandson and his toys away from the toilet! Worth a try.
