5 Star Company!!! We had a water heater installed on 2/28/18.Fox provided professional service at a reasonable price. OurPlumbing Technician was Eric G., he was knowledgeable andfriendly. After the install, you would not have known we hadwork done, the area was spotless! I would definitely recommendFox Plumbing.

David and the crew had to replace the main pipe and a lengthy dig to repair an old drain pipe under the basement floor but contained the mess and took away debris. Very nice work completed

I had 2 toilets that were needing to be installed. Will not only did not come out to do them, he additionally allowed a leak to persist. Do not use this company if you want reliable service & on the chance that you must, ensure Will is not your plumber unless you want bad service & a bad job.

We repiped our house with PEX from CPVC. The company was upfront with costs which were quite reasonable given the size of the job. The team doing the repiping was amazing, made sure we were happy and did an incredible clean up job. Other than massive holes in walls and ceilings you couldn't tell such a huge job was done. The only thing we didn't like was we couldn't get an estimate on patching before the work was done, and by then we found someone else to do it. Hopefully we will never have to do this again, but I would recommend Repipe Specialists to anyone.

My experience with Jim dandy plumbing was AWFUL! They wanted to charge $300.00 an hour PER part they fixed on the toilet AND they wanted to charge the full hour for a 15 min fix. To install an angle shut-off valve (part cost is around $15.00) they quoted me $385.00. plus tax! The rep also broke my seal valve that I had purchased to replace the one leaking and was not going to give a discount to at least cover that cost. I did not hire them to fix the toilet. NOT happy with this company! Do not use!!

We had a serious blockage in our sewer line. They worked us into their schedule quickly. The plumber arrived earlier than expected which was great. He was very professional, thorough and also careful with our property. Explained all that was happening and gave some good recommendations for future. Very pleased with his work.

Got a pex re-pipe. They did it in like 1/2 a day, patch work included!

They told us they will replace a part in our water heater, instead they replaced the whole unit with one in their own inventory charging us for double the price for the same unit in the market. They took our original unit with themselves and after we asked them to return it the day after, they said they have tossed it out! We emailed them and asked questions about the unit replacement without our consent, and they called my husband and threatened him of consequences! So in short, we got a fast service, but we paid double price, we lost our own unit (which only needed a part to come back to life), and we were threatened the same day for asking questions about their decision.

Dustin was great...did troubleshooting to see what the problem was, found it and fixed it in short order. The company kept in contact with me to continually update me on when he should be at my house. The communication was excellent, work was excellent, had the part on his truck so there was no delay in fixing my problem. Will use them again in the future.

Great service and much cheaper than the bigger plumbing companies. Zoltan is very responsive, friendly and installed a toilet / sink faucet / garbage disposal / and 3 bathroom faucets. Thank you!! Will definitely use again.

I would recommend Bobby T to anyone who needs a plumber. His work was excellent and his rates were very reasonable.

These guys do a great job. In March just as the lockdowns starts we noticed water backing up in our basement utility sink. Raman showed up on a weekend and found the break in our sewer line. They had to dig down a ways and remove a retaining wall. They got it all fixed up and even put our retaining wall back up. Excellent work and safety precautions. We'll continue to use them for all of our plumbing needs.

We called O’Neill’s at Midnight and they had a team here the next day to fix our very clogged kitchen sink. A big thanks to Reyde, Farmer and Bobby for jumping in on short notice and clearing our stubborn fat berg. Our sink is finally draining normally again!

Hired then to replace a bathroom exhaust fan and repair leaking sink. Fixed the sink perfectly, but installed the fan incorrectly and covered the exhaust fan of the heater so it broke after 1 day. Also didn't do a great job of the patch work so it is uneven which you can see in the picture. Rather then pay again to come back in just going to do it myself. They did give partial refund though.

Do not use this business. They sent a technician out, that was not able to get the job done, and was not being honest with us along the process. He made a huge mess, there was feces everywhere on my driveway that I personally had to hose off. He also left the job scene, dirty with some gloves and other miscellaneous items. They ended up charging us full price, even though they never resolved our issue. We ended up calling another business and they fixed the issue immediately. Use Roto-Rooter.

My go to for all of my plumbing needs. We've used them for a number of projects from whole house water filter, toilet setting and also the sewer main etc. where we've had root intrusion for the upstairs and downstairs lines. Tyler is fantastic to work with and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I recently used Green Planet Plumbing and Sewer to replace my water heater. This was not a straight forward job.

The water heater was tucked into a small alcove in my utility room and blocked by a small cabinet (with a sink) and a washing machine. The old 50-gallon unit had a power vent. I called numerous plumbing companies, including the largest in Seattle. I was faced with companies who: couldn’t come out and provide me with a bid until the following week, gave me astronomical bids, told me certain things were not possible, or insisted that I move the sink cabinet and the washing machine. Really??? One plumber said the job was too “messy” and wasn’t interested.

When my service technician, Justin, provided me with the bid, he suggested an idea others hadn’t and was able to do the job without moving a cabinet that every other plumber claimed needed to be moved.
Justin performed the service today - and I couldn't be happier. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, conscientious, and personable.

I would also like to recognize Jeremiah. Due to the schedule, I would need to wait a few days for a new water heater. Knowing I had not had hot water for days, Jeremiah offered to do his best to see what he could do. Through his unprompted efforts, I had my new water heater the next day.

I am so pleased with my service that I brought over a neighbor who has rental houses, to meet Justin and asked for some additional cards to give to my friends in the neighborhood.
