These wonderful people have cleaned my bathtub and sink drains many times! Very professional and made quick work of a gross job.

Do not use this business. They sent a technician out, that was not able to get the job done, and was not being honest with us along the process. He made a huge mess, there was feces everywhere on my driveway that I personally had to hose off. He also left the job scene, dirty with some gloves and other miscellaneous items. They ended up charging us full price, even though they never resolved our issue. We ended up calling another business and they fixed the issue immediately. Use Roto-Rooter.

Heather, Jason and everyone at Metropolitan Sewer were amazing! They were extremely punctual and professional. They came out to our home within 24 hours of me calling and were able to diagnose our problem. Within a couple of days I had a detailed estimate of the scope of work and they began the job the next day. After they were done they did a meticulous job of clean up. On very short notice Parnell came out to do a sewer scope and auger at our pending home. They not only saved us money, but were very thorough and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs to be taken care of at a reasonable price with great quality.

The service was fast, thorough and excellent. The technician, Nick, even called to ask if he could come earlier than scheduled! My basement was backed up with sewer water so earlier was a blessing. Nick worked with the camera to find and to show me the issue. He cleared the line and gave me recommendations that made sense going forward. The cost was less than I have paid in the past for lower quality work. I will call Metropoitan Sewer again, no doubt.
