I continue to use Fox for my plumbing needs. They are always prompt, communicative and professional. Fate D. was our technician today and he gave me a lot of confidence by giving me options, explaining the work and then completing it in the timeframe given. I called Beacon at 11 am with a worn out toilet that wouldn’t stop running. The dispatcher was very professional and courteous and told me someone would be here before 1pm. Brent C. & Kyle showed up a few minutes before one and were super! Friendly and professional experts, they had my toilet replaced with a low water unit in less than 45 mi it’s so I could get on with my day. I’ve used Beacon several times in the past and they have always been prompt and done great work at a fair price. This time was no exception!

Patrick diagnosed the problem and helped us resolve it. He was professional, patient, and pleasant!

Professional in all aspects from start to finish. Protected carpets from mud and debris, left premises neat. They were on time and worked quickly. Excellent communication. I would highly recommend!

Repair was correct and looks fine however price was outrageous for less than an hours work ($921.84). Manager Chris was very unprofessional on phone call about price. I honestly thought there was a mistake in pricing because there is no way it should be that high. Highway robbery at best. Never will i use or refer this company. Steer Clear of these overpriced plumbers.

Clearwater Leak Detection was absolutely wonderful to work with. Simon was prompt, professional, and very easy to work with. He was patient with all my husband's questions and helped us quickly identify the source of our leak for a fair price. Highly recommend!

Raman came at 11:50 am and was done removing and replacing my garbage disposal at 12:25 pm. Fast, efficient and professional. Cleaned up after himself. Excellent job overall! Wore a mask and gloves for safety. Can't say enough good things.

Great service, great price, extremely friendly. We needed the plumbing under the sink rebuilt after installing new counters. The first company we called quoted such a laughably high fee that we called Green Planet. They showed up same day, provided complete service, at 1/5 the cost of the first quote. We have our go-to plumber in West Seattle now.

This is my second time using them and I just love about everything about them! Their booking process is easy and the techs are super friendly, and knowledgeable. Appreciate that they understand and support doing what’s necessary but not more when budget is an issue. Five stars!!!

We had a great experience with Fischer plumbing thanks to the plumber named Sean. In fact, he clued us in to the fact that since we live on the ground floor of a 4 story condo, it probably was the fault of people above us that our drain was clogged with hardened grease. It meant then that the homeowner's association would pay for the plumbing costs. Yay, and yay for Sean. If we have work for a plumber we will ask for Sean for sure.
