I've used Rapid Rooter several times. Their pricing is very reasonable and they do one thing very well which is clear your clogged drain. They helped me clear up a drain issue that was holding up my bathroom remodel and allowed me to continue with the project. I'll definitely use them again.

Mr. Duncan was very professional. He reconnected the gas fitting of the gas fireplace at the lower level. Explained in detail what he did & what he thought may have been the issue to the leak. Pulled the gas fireplace unit & tightened all connections. Tested for any leaks & reassembled the unit back into the wall.Mr. Duncan was highly knowledgeable & I would recommend his services to anyone.

They called to confirm morning of appointment and arrived on time. They completed the installation in less than an hour and were very respectful of my home. Reza and Arush moved a trap, hot and cold water valve, and installed our new vanity. They completed the job very quickly. They are both extremely friendly, and respected our home by wearing shoe covers and laying down protected covers on the all work spaces. We will be using their services in the future for any plumbing or drain services.

When I was in Seattle I had the distinct pleasure of working with Bob Oats and I cannot say enough about the customer service and overall experience. He was there in less than an hour and completed a big toilet and sink job before I was back home from work. I wouldn't work with anyone else in the area and wish he would expand to NYC soon!
